I looked up at the gorgeous building and almost fainted from shock. I mean imagine being an orphan and getting a full scholarship for an awesome school like this.
I decided to save myself from humiliation to stop looking up and gawking. And looked down and already saw other students pointing .
Ugh.
I mean seriously first of all just my luck to mess up on day -1 I mean who else that is - flips hair- awesome as me can do that?
Exactly, nobody.
Second of all I thought that high school was in the past ,we all grew up already... Now that I think of it who grows up in a year or two I mean trust me, I saw pictures from when I was two and I was no rocket scientist.
Either way it's super rude that they think they juuuu- I looked down at my watch, 8:59 and my class was on the other side of the campus. I told ya, it's the magics of Temma luck!
I ran as fast as my little legs could carry me ( even though I am a decent 5'8) I knew I should've followed rule #34-When important things will happen hasten yourself to be there 10 minutes early. I mean it's a decent rule unlike rule #67- When in love always look at their resume, if they are a doctor or a scientist do not keep your relationship with them at all. Now this one I ignored because in my mind in knew that if I found the right guy it wouldn't matter what job they had. So in the lot of the rules some were useless and some weren't. I was lost in thought when I by accident bumped into someone's back... Ok maybe not bumped but walked straight into his back . I was startled ,lost my footing and fell. I embraced for the pain but surprisingly none came. I dared myself to open my eyes and I saw sea green eyes and perfection and I'm also sure I was drooling by then, when suddenly self consciousness smacked me in the face and told me to get a grip of myself ,just after me staring at him for around approximately 25.79 seconds, which you should know is very awkward. I shook my head in embarrassment and said -" Oh-My-Gosh I am so sorry I was just hurrying and it's my first day and-" "it's fine I understand here he helped me pick up all the things I dropped I swear as he did this there was gleam in his eye, eh probably just the sunlight. Either way he said-"oh! Where are my manners !" He exclaimed in this cute British accent,"My name is Christian Hampton and you must be?" "Temma" I blurted quickly maybe to quickly "Temma Clove" when I said the last name Clove his eyes danced but then he looked away for a brief second as if to hide it from me then he looked back and it was gone.
After those brief moments he got up scratched his head and said " Well... Enjoy your first day"
I cocked my head to the side like a confused puppy and said -"Oh ok yeah I'm late to class" I kinda gave a half wave and ran off to my first class.
I knew one thing for sure it was gonna be the year of my life.
