It's Halloween and it's dinnertime, but after that, Tyler, Korey and the kids are all going to get ready to trick-or-treat!

Hazel is pushing around some pasta with her fork, really excited to get going and not wanting to eat much.

Rory, on the other hand, is happily still eating, trying to not be too messy. The pasta sauce was green and had lots of veggies in it, which all the kids loved.

"Hazel, can you eat a bit more, please? You want to have energy to walk around, right?" Korey asks.

"I do! I just can't wait!" Hazel says in reply.

"I know, but the sooner everyone finishes, the sooner we can get dressed and go! Plus, you girls need your hair done." Korey tells her, and Hazel nods, having more dinner.

Archer and Sparrow finish their food and clear their plates, but they stay at the table so Hazel won't feel rushed.

"I'm really excited too! We're gonna see Dad and Connor and Carson, Jack, Ava and baby Eleanor!" Archer was saying to Tyler.

"Well, we might not see Connor and Ellie too much because she's only a few weeks old." Tyler explains. "But Dad and the other kids will come with us!"

"Yay!" Hazel cheers, finally finished with her food. Rory has already finished and they both clear their plates, Tyler wiping Rory's face with a napkin before she gets up.

Rory still didn't understand Halloween very much because she was very young last time.

Hazel, Archer and Sparrow hurry upstairs to get changed. Rory follows behind a bit slower.

"Guess we're getting ready now." Korey laughs.

"Yep, they took you seriously." Tyler says with a chuckle.

Tyler heads upstairs and brushes Rory's hair gently, then helps get her into her dazzling costume.

Rory looks in the mirror. "I love it! So pwetty!" Rory says with the biggest smile.

"Your hair is so so pretty! And you are a pretty little girl! The cutest Elton John." Tyler says as he helps Rory get dressed into her costume.

"Mama! I'm Cinderwella!" Hazel yells with a big grin.

"Wow! You are a pretty princess! And you let Daddy put your hair up! Yay!" Tyler says proudly to Hazel.

Both girls don't like their hair brushed which is common for young kids so for Hazel to have her hair brushed and styled is a big deal! 

"Uh huh! Cinderwella's hair is up so that's why! And I got my crwown on!" Hazel says as she twirls around a few times.

Archer: Brian May from Queen, Sparrow: LA Dodgers Baseball Player, Hazel: Cinderella and Rory: Elton John

"So beautiful! And good twirling!" Tyler says encouragingly.

"She sat very still for getting her hair done! Dedication to the costume." Korey says with a slight laugh. Tyler nods.

Rory smiles at her reflection again, very pleased that she looks like her favorite musician.

"Mama, get a song on your phone, pwease!" Rory tells Tyler, wanting to practice her singing.

"You want a song? Okay!" Tyler pulls out his phone and goes onto Spotify, searching Elton John songs.

"Which one did you want?" Tyler asks
Rory happily.

"I still standing!" Rory requests. It was her current favorite.

"Sure!" Tyler taps it and 'I'm Still Standing' begins, to which Rory starts dancing around. It was very upbeat.

"Never know what it's like," Rory sings loudly.

"Your blood like winter freezes just like ice." Archer finishes the lyric as he walks in. Rory beams at him and stops singing.

"Ooh! So cool!" Rory tells her big brother.

"Thanks! You look so cool, too!" Archer says back.

"You got the wig on right, it looks like." Korey smiles.

"I did! It took a bit to do! I don't know how he manages his hair in real life." Archer laughs.

Tyler turns his phone off when the song ends, and smiles at Archer.

"Wow! That looks awesome!" Tyler tells him. Archer thanks him.

Hazel notices Archer's guitar around his back and she looks at it.

"I even learned a few riffs! Just some simple ones, like this." Archer plays the first chords to 'Hammer To Fall' which sound clear and smooth. Then he plays the opening chords to 'Radio Ga Ga'.

"Nice job, Archer! Your guitar skills sound incredible!" Tyler says proudly and Archer smiles.

"Mom! Uncle Korey! What are you guys gonna wear for your Halloween costumes?" Archer asks Tyler and Korey.

"I'm wearing a shirt that's a skeleton and has two babies on it! And Uncle Korey will wear a skeleton shirt to match." Tyler says to Archer.

"Oh, I like that idea! That's cool." Archer says to his mom.

Since Hazel and Rory are ready, they go to the other room with Archer, and Korey and Tyler start to get dressed.

Archer practices walking around while playing the guitar, something Brian May does on stage.

"Who's being Fweddie?" Hazel asks her brother curiously.

"None of us are being Freddie. Or John or Roger! I'm just being Brian. Good question!" Archer answers.

"Ohh." Hazel nods in understanding.

Tyler also brushes his hair because he hadn't gotten the chance to earlier.

"Sparrow, are you getting ready?" Korey says, calling for Sparrow.

"I'm ready!" Sparrow says as he throws a baseball up in the air and catches it.

"Do I look like I'd play on the LA Dodgers?" Sparrow asks Tyler as he poses like a baseball player.

"Possibly!" Tyler says with a smile.

"I think you do! That's a good pose!" Korey tells Sparrow.

Sparrow looks pleased that his costume is somewhat convincing. "Yeah!"

"Can we go now?" Hazel runs up to her
Dad and asks him.

"Yeah, if everyone is ready! Oh, we need shoes." Korey remembers.

"We don't want to go outside in socks again like last week." Tyler says playfully, having seen Korey do that.

"Yeah that wasn't fun having muddy feet." Korey says with a giggle.

"Is Dad, Carson, Ava, Ellie, Jack and Connor coming?" Archer asks Tyler.

"They should be on their way! I haven't heard from them but they told me they will be here a certain time." Tyler says

"Are we waiting for them inside?" Sparrow asks.

"We can! Or we can wait outside, if it's nice and breezy." Tyler responds. "We'll need shoes either way."

Hazel hurries to get her shoes on. They are some new ones for her costume but also to be practical; they are glittery silver sneakers. With Velcro so she can do it herself.

Archer gets his pair of Adidas from his closet and laces them up. They were from a thrift store, so it wasn't expensive. And he liked the concept of buying secondhand things.

"You got Roger shoes!" Rory points out.

"They are like the ones Roger Taylor wears! But Brian and Freddie wore them too!Sometimes at the same time." Archer says with a grin.

"Cooool!" Rory says, hugging Archer.

Tyler and Korey make sure the kids have their shoes on and are ready for trick or treating.

"I see Dad's car!" Sparrow says with excitement.

"Let's all go downstairs and meet with Dad, Connor, Carson, Jack, Ava and baby Ellie!" Tyler says with the kids running downstairs.

"Don't run!" Korey says to the kids, causing Tyler to laugh.

"You know saying "don't" will only make them do it, right?" Tyler asks him jokingly.

"I know." Korey laughs. "I just worry about Rory tripping over something if she runs, she's so fast."

"Fair point," Tyler agrees. He and Korey go downstairs at a normal pace.

There's a knock on the door. Sparrow checks who it is, and then opens it. He knew who it was but was setting an example for his sisters.

Carson: Marshmello, Jack: Oogie Boogie, Ava: Princess Peach, and Eleanor: Mario Super Star

"Hi! Happy Halloween!" Troye and his family say.

"Hi! We've been waiting!" Sparrow says energetically.

Connor and Troye and their kids go inside. Connor was holding Eleanor.

"Aww! Her costume is so cute!" Hazel says with a smile.

Troye glances at Archer and grins.

"Hmm. Let me guess, I'm great at this," he jokes. "Are you Jimmy Page?"

"NO! I'm Brian May from Queen! Obviously!" Archer says with some playful sass causing Troye and Connor laugh.

"I'm sorry for being mistaken." Troye says

"Hiiiii!" Hazel says as she runs over with a big grin.

"Hiiiiii! Hiiiii!" Rory yells, running right behind Hazel.

"Hi! Wow, Hazel! You make a beautiful Cinderella." Troye looks down at her and smiles.

"Thank you!" Hazel does a little twirl.

"I like your guys' costumes! I haven't played any Mario games in a while but I still think it's cool!" Sparrow compliments Troye and Connor.

"Wow, I didn't know I'd ever be cool!" Connor says sarcastically.

"And you! Wow, l've never seen a cuter Elton John." Troye says to Rory and she giggles.

"Yeah! I love him!" Rory says with a cheeky grin. She lets Troye lift her up and she is careful to not mess up her costume.

"She always loves being held by you. We haven't even been walking yet!" Tyler says, laughing.

"We are best friends! Right, Rory?" Troye asks Rory.

"Uh huh!" Rory says, hugging Troye.

"Baby Ellie is gonna go trick or treating with us!" Ava says with excitement.

"She is? How fun! She is so cute in this costume!" Tyler says as he looks at Eleanor fast asleep in Connor's arm.

"We couldn't think of one for her since she is so small and Jack suggested it and it worked out wonderfully." Connor says with a grin.

"Yeah, it looks perfect!" Jack adds.

"It does! And it's a good one!" Connor nods.

"Your costume is really good too, Carson! I was that for Halloween a few years ago!" Sparrow says.

"Thanks! Yeah, I just thought it'd be a fun one." Carson replies.

Archer plays some more chords on the guitar as background noise and to not get bored.

"You've really improved on that, Archer. Sounds great!" Troye tells his son.

"Thank you, Dad!" Archer says with a big cheeky smile.

"You're welcome!" Troye says to Archer with a grin.

"Baby Ellie!" Hazel says with excitement.

"Yeah! Baby Ellie is gonna trick or treat some!" Connor says happily.

"She can't have candy! She's a baby!" Hazel says putting her hands on her

"That's okay! Connor and I will have the candy." Troye says as Connor laughs.

"Dats not fair!" Hazel says causing the adults to laugh.

"We did the same thing with all of you." Tyler says as he chuckles.

"Baby!" Rory says, pointing at Eleanor.

"Yeah! You see baby Ellie? She's a Mario star. So she's nice and cozy warm." Connor says to Rory happily.

Rory nods as she looks at Eleanor happily. "So warm!"

"All right. Are we ready to go now?" Korey asks everyone.

"YES!" The kids shout in agreement.

So they all go outside and start walking around. Ava walks with Hazel, talking to her about different candy.

Carson and Archer walk side by side, talking about music.

Troye sets Rory on her feet but makes sure to hold her hand to keep her happy.

"Mama! See dat house!" Rory points at a house with pumpkins all over the front yard and in decorations.

"Wow! I love that house!" Tyler says with a smile at Rory.

"I hope all of this walking don't get you into labor now, Ty!" Connor says jokingly as he holds Eleanor close to him.

"Hopefully not! I remember walking a lot when I was pregnant with the boys and I had contractions a lot near the end of my pregnancy with them. I still have over a month to go!" Tyler says with a soft chuckle.

"I wanna go there first!" Hazel points at a house decorated with lots of purple and black.

"Okay, sure!" Korey says, finding it funny how soon she tound a house to go to.

Hazel runs with Ava, and once the kids are all at the door, Hazel rings the doorbell.

A man opens the door with a bowl of Kit Kats and sour gummy worms and smiles.

"Trick-or-treat!" The kids all say in unison.

"I love all of your costumes!" The man says, handing Carson, Jack, Archer, Sparrow, Ava, Hazel and Rory a few pieces of candy.

"Thank you!" Carson, Jack, Archer, Sparrow, Ava, Hazel and Rory all say in unison to the man.

"You are very welcome! Happy Halloween!" The man says to everyone and waves.

"Yeah, it looks perfect!" Jack adds.

"It does! And it's a good one!" Connor nods.

"Happy Halloween!" The kids say back. They return to their parents.

Troye, Tyler, Korey and Connor are waiting patiently and they walk with the kids to the next house which is further away.

"What did you guys get?" Troye asks.

"He gave us Kit Kats!" Ava says eagerly.

"And sour gummies! They're still my favorite!" Sparrow answers.

"Ooh, that sounds really good!" Tyler agrees.

The next house didn't have obvious decorations but there was a bowl of candy that said take one.

"Where's the people who live here?" Ava says as she takes a piece of candy.

"I think an older couple lives here! They might be in bed!" Korey says as he grabs a piece of candy for Connor and Troye's little basket.

"In bed? It's too early for bed!" Jack says with some sass.

"Well, older people like to go to bed early and wake up early. I'm ready for bed too."

"You have two babies in your belly that keep you up all night moving around." Connor says as Tyler nods in agreement.

"These boys must be nocturnal I swear!" Tyler says as he laughs.

"Must be! Hopefully they're not nocturnal when they're born." Korey says jokingly.

Carson, Jack, Archer, Sparrow, Hazel and Rory all choose a piece of candy before they move onto the next house.

"Ooh! Look at the spooky lights at this one!" Archer says happily.

"Spooky!" Rory repeats, looking interested.

This time, Connor and Troye go up with the kids to get some candy in Eleanor's bucket

"Next year our boys will be trick or treating. Probably trying to walk." Korey says as he rubs Tyler's baby bump.

"I'm excited about that but also kinda sad since they will be our babies." Tyler says, realizing once their twin sons are born that he and Korey are finished having children.

"That's a valid feeling. It is sad. But it's also an interesting idea. You'll get to see them be incredible people just like the rest of the kids. And they'll be babies for quite a while." Korey reassures Tyler, putting a hand on his shoulder.

"Yeah, that's true." Tyler nods solemnly.

"Mama! Look what I got!" Rory runs up to Tyler, a chocolate bar in her hand. "I share it with you!"

"Aww, thank you! That looks so good! Let's eat it when we get home." Tyler says to Rory and she nods her head happily.

"I got a BIG Reese's cup!" Ava says with a big smile.

"Mmm! I love those!" Connor says as he kisses Eleanor's head as she sleeps on him.

"Ellie sleeps a wot!" Hazel says as she notices Eleanor asleep again.

"She does! It's because babies need lots of sleep to grow!" Connor tells Hazel. "She doesn't have much else to do!"

"Oh, yeah." Hazel says, understanding.

The kids all slowly walk around trying to find the next house they wanted to go to. The adults follow.

"Remember when Rory slept all the time?" Korey asks Hazel.

"Uh-huh! She did!" Hazel replies.

"No I did not," Rory protests with sass. "I don't now!"

"You don't now, that's right. You barely nap anymore." Tyler says causing Korey, Connor and Troye to all laugh.

"The babies will sleep a lot when they come out!" Hazel says with a grin.

"Yes, they will! But eventually they will stay awake all the time besides bedtime." Korey says to Hazel.

"Which means we won't get much sleep until then." Tyler jokes, and Troye chuckles.

Sparrow, Archer, Carson and Jack go up to a very creepy looking house. Ava hesitantly follows, holding Jack's hand.

Hazel and Rory stay behind with the adults. They're not so sure about this one.

"You don't have to go if you don't want to." Tyler says when he sees how the little girls look nervous.

"That's a really scary house, huh?" Connor says as Rory and Hazel both nod.

"That is a scary house. They shouldn't have houses like that with kids trick or treating." Korey says a little upset about the house.

"I guess it's for the teens and adults." Troye says shrugging his shoulders.

Sparrow, Archer, Carson, Jack and Ava walk back from the house with their candy.

"Here, Hazel! Here, Rory! Here's some candy!" Sparrow says to with a big smile at his little sisters.

"Thank you!" Hazel and Rory say to Sparrow and take the candy. They smile back at him.

"That was nice of you to give some to them." Tyler says.

"Yeah, I didn't want them to be left out!" Sparrow says like it's nothing. He figured it should always be that way. It was the optimism of his age.

"Look, there's a less scary house. Do you reckon we should go there?" Troye asks.

"Yeah! It has gween pum'kins!" Rory says, looking at the house which also had some cute ghost decorations.

"Wow! Those are so cute!" Tyler says with a big smile.

"Dad! Is Ellie having fun?" Ava asks Connor happily.

"I think so! She is sleeping right now." Connor says as he smiles at Ava before kissing Eleanor's head. 

Troye holds Rory's hand because she puts her hand in his hand first, and they walk to the house she was talking about.

Ava stays with Connor, Korey and Tyler, not wanting to go to every house. The boys and Hazel follow Troye and Rory.

"Not going to this one?" Korey asks as he looks at Ava.

"No. I'll go to the next one. I don't like how big the decorations are." Ava replies.

"That's okay." Korey nods.

"Trick-or-treat!" Sparrow, Jack, Archer, Carson, Hazel and Rory say.

"Oooh! Nice costumes! And I love your Brian May costume, he's my favorite guitarist!" A young lady says with a grin, giving out sour patch kids and candy corn.

"Oh em gee same! Queen is my favorite band ever!" Archer says with a big smile.

"I brought you a few pieces of candy, Ava." Carson says handing the pieces to Ava.

"Thank you!" Ava says, hugging Carson tightly.

Carson smiles proudly, hugging her back.
Archer and lady talk for a moment more before the kids wish her a Happy Halloween and return to the group of adults.

"Mom! Look what I got!" Sparrow shows Tyler the candy.

"Ooh! Those are some good flavors!" Tyler says in return.

"And the lady who gave it to us was a Queen fan!" Archer says to Tyler, Troye and Korey.

"Woah! That's so cool!" Tyler says, rubbing his baby bump and Archer smiles.

"That is really cool!" Korey says to Archer happily.

"Onto the next house!" Jack says eagerly, walking over to a house that had projections of Halloween images and some fairy lights too.

"I like this one!" Ava says, looking at all the purple.

All the kids go to that one, and Connor comes as well, holding Eleanor. He didn't go up to every house either, but he liked seeing the kids be so happy.

Carson rings the doorbell and waits patiently. He notices some jack o' lanterns by the door and admires them.

The door open and the kids yell "trick-or-treat!", to which a person smiles and takes the time to see all the different costumes.

"Wow! What awesome costumes! So cute!" They say as they start to give out M&Ms and Skittles.

"And you look like Elton John! Is that right?"
The person asks Rory.

"Yes!" Rory says with excitement.

"That's awesome!" The person says to Rory with a big grin.

Eleanor wakes up from her sleep and looks around at everything.

"Hi, sissy!" Ava says to Eleanor with a big smile at Eleanor.

Eleanor blinks, looking a bit spaced out as most babies do at first. She liked hearing her family's voices.

"What's your favorite song?" The person asks, still smiling.

"I'm Still Standing!" Rory replies, beaming.

"Oh, good one! My favorite is Don't Let The Sun Go Down On Me. Happy Halloween, guys!" They say.

"Happy Halloween! Thanks!" The kids all say.

"Mama! Mama! Dey know who I am!" Rory tells Tyler about how her costume was recognized.

"They did! Wow! That's awesome, Rory!" Tyler says, kissing Rory's head.

"I got Skittles! My favorite!" Hazel says as she smiles ear to ear.

"Me too!" Ava says as she giggles and smiles.

"That's so cool, Av!" Connor says as he rubs Eleanor's back.

They walk around the neighborhood more, talking excitedly. Then the kids go up to a one story house with lights and take cobwebs.

Archer knocks on the door. It opens and there's a man who looks pretty young who answers it.

"Trick-or-treat!" All of the kids say happily.

"Hi! You can choose whatever candy you like. I got a few different kinds." He says, smiling. He was dressed like a Minecraft sheep.

The kids each pick a piece of candy before they all say thank you and leave the porch.

"Is Ellie okay?" Troye asks Connor.

"She's falling back asleep." Connor says as he smiles at Troye and Troye smiles back at him.

"Aww. Do you wanna take her back home? We've been out for a while." Troye asks.

"No, I think she's okay. I'm feeling good, too. This walking is nice." Connor shakes his head.

They all go to a house that's got decorations of The Nightmare Before Christmas.

"This one matches my costume!" Jack says with a giggle.

"It does! We've only seen one person from that movie tonight." Says a young woman on a chair in the front yard.

She had a bucket of candy out for kids to choose from. She just liked being outside to see people walk up.

"Trick-or-treat!" The kids say loudly.

Just then, another lady from inside the house walks outside.

"So, babe, I got more of those 3 Musketeers candies. All the kids go for those." The other young woman, probably her girlfriend or wife, says and puts some candy inside the bucket.

"Oh, hello! Great costumes!" She tells the kids.

"Wow! Elton and Brian! I love that. You even have a guitar, will you play us something?" The first woman asks with a grin.

Archer happily begins to play a tune causing Troye to smile that one of the kids is interested in music just like he is.

The two women clap when Archer finishes the song, very impressed. Archer bows.

"That was amazing!" The second woman says and Archer thanks her.

"Go ahead, take some candy." The first woman says and Archer chooses the 3 Musketeers one, just like she'd said the kids always choose, which causes the women to giggle.

"Good choice! That's my favorite too!" Says the second woman.

Hazel and Ava both pick out a piece of candy, and then Carson and Jack take a box of Nerds candies each.

Rory goes for a little bag of jelly beans.
She chose it for the color. "Dada, what's this?" She asks Korey, holding it up.

"Those are jelly beans! They see yummy candy!" Korey explains to Rory.

"I eat!" Rory says as she smiles big.

"Maybe you can have some later or tomorrow!" Tyler says, kissing Rory's forehead.

"I love jelly beans!" Korey says to Rory and Rory giggles.

"I like all the costumes too. Love the Mario theme! How old is the super star?" One of the women asks.

"She's three weeks old! Staying nice and cozy." Connor explains, moving Eleanor to his other arm.

"Awww. How sweet. She's brand new!" The woman says gently.

The kids all thank the ladies for the candy and wish them a Happy Halloween, and then go to the next house.

"Everybody loves Ellie's costume Daddy!" Ava says excitedly as she smiles up at Connor

"I know! She's a big star!" Connor says, causing Ava to laugh. 

They all go trick-or-treating at one more house before walking back to Tyler's house.
Inside, the kids wash their hands but stay in their costumes. Connor and Troye talk with Tyler and Korey.

"We can stay over for a bit! We aren't in any rush." Troye says when he was asked if they were leaving.

"The kids would like that anyway." Korey laughs.

"Okay, Archer, Sparrow, Hazel and Rory.
You can all choose two pieces of candy to have!" Tyler tells his kids.

They all cheer, and Ava asks her parents, who say her and her brothers can also have a couple pieces.

"I eat this!" Rory holds the chocolate bar from earlier up and when she has Archer open it, she breaks it in half.

"Wow! So strong." Tyler says to Rory and he smiles.

"For you, Mama!" Rory hands him half.
He takes it happily.

All the other kids talk and eat some candy, recalling all the fun they had going out.

Tyler, Korey, Connor, Troye, Carson, Jack, Archer, Sparrow, Ava, Hazel, Rory and Eleanor all had a fun Halloween! :)
