"Taehyun, my dear...please, trust me. He is not that bad" Taehyun's mother, Mrs.Kang ruffled her son's hair.

"Why? we can't undo our promise. Please understand" Mrs.Kang rubbed her forehead, playing with her patience.

Taehyun sighed, he stood and walked towards his room. "I need to go to work"

Taehyun leaned back on his chair, eyes shut, a sigh escaped between his lips.
"Choi Beomgyu..." He muttered.

Thinking of his marriage with someone he hates makes him wanna gag as memories are flashing in his head.

"Hyung, it's ok...Don't cry" Taehyun patted his friend's back. "I'm *hic* trying my best *hic*...not to cry, But.. " Soobin sobbed silently.

"God, forget that mf Choi" Taehyun spat. "Don't act like you don't like him...you also have a crush on him" Soobin wiped his tears.

Taehyun opened his mouth to say something but closed it again. Soobin is right, Taehyun does has a crush on Beomgyu.

He hates him but also likes him. He hates the man's attitude, his friends, his pride, his so-called coolness, even how he feels proud of himself and everything.

But his heart says something else.

He randomly got feelings for the whole school's crush, Choi Beomgyu.

"I...don't. I liked him for 1 week, he is an asshat" Taehyun looked away. And of course, he lied.

He hated him but whenever he sees Beomgyu, His heart raced fast like a running horse, his knees get weak, he gets nervous af although Beomgyu ain't even gonna look at him.

Well, Soobin and Taehyun hated him somehow. But also loved him.

Soobin stood and took a deep breath. "You don't need to cry over that dude" Taehyun rolled his eyes.

"Says the one who cried in our school bathroom after Beomgyu threw him a judgemental faced" Soobin scoffed, Taehyun's face grew red.

"The fuck!? I didn't cry for him...ew why would I!? I cried because I got 8 out of 10 on the math quiz" Taehyun rolled his eyes.

"Your seatmate, Kai told me that you cried before sir entered the class. Which means you cried for him" Soobin looked at Taehyun with a victory smirk.

Taehyun couldn't say anything more, he sighed. "Gosh fine..."

Soobin let out a soft laugh and pulled Taehyun in a hug. "It's ok"

"Binnieee" Yeonjun threw his arms around Soobin's shoulder to hug him. "Were you crying?!" Yeonjun panicked as he saw the tear stains on Soobin's adorable face.

"Nah?" Soobin looked away, Yeonjun pouted. "It's nothing hyung" Taehyun yawned.

"Is it...Beomgyu?" Yeonjun tilt his head to Soobin, Soobin stayed quiet. Yeonjun sighed.

"One more time you two simp for Beomgyu, I'm going to kick both of you" Yeonjun warned, "what I did do?!" Taehyun glanced at Yeonjun.

"You also like Beomgyu, don't you?!" Yeonjun yelled, graining everyone's attention. "DON'T YELL"

"And no, I don't" Yeonjun rolled his eyes, not believing a word. "I still can't believe how y'all have a crush on that dude?" Yeonjun dramatically put his hands on his hips.

"Yeah...We both have bad taste...even Beomgyu has better taste that he got a crush on Yeonjun hyung" Soobin laughed.

Yeonjun rolled his eyes again. Yes, Beomgyu had a crush on Yeonjun in elementary school.

"He still likes him" Taehyun scoffed. "I know right? He comes for a high-five, talks with me nicely while being bitch to others, and rubs my stomach randomly. Like dude what?" Yeonjun laughed.

"So funny" Soobin said sarcastically.

Taehyun's phone rang, He looked at the screen, seeing Soobin's ID. He picked it up and drew it closer to his ear. "Hey Hyung" Taehyun whispered in low energy. "Hey, Taehyun. What happened? You sound dull"

Taehyun stayed quiet for a bit, then chose to talk. "Meet me in Yeonjun hyung's cafe after the evening"

Taehyun got out of his car and walked into the cafe named 'C.YJ Cafe'. His eyes roamed around to find Soobin and Yeonjun sitting at one table, laughing and talking. He greeted them with a fake smile. "Oii Taehyunnieee" Yeonjun opened his arms to hug the shorter but Taehyun chose to ignore him.

"So what happened?" Soobin asked Taehyun, Taehyun told the two males everything. "So both of your parents promised that you two will marry each other when you two will grow up?!" Yeonjun repeated Taehyun's words with extra dramatic effect in his voice.

They looked at Soobin who is throwing them a confused face. "I am not getting anything" Soobin slightly pouted, making Yeonjun coo at his cuteness. Taehyun rolled his eyes.

"So when We were kids like newborns, That time our parents were best friends so they decided to promise that I, Kang Taehyun and Choi Beomgyu will marry each other when we will grow up. But They couldn't meet each other when we were teens so yeah. I never got to meet them but I will, tomorrow. And Beomgyu still doesn't know me...Fuck I know he is going to be like 'My life is ruined' " Taehyun explained all.

'Uh ok...great" Soobin nodded slowly, processing everything. "Take Yeonjun hyung with you tomorrow" Soobin laughed as Yeonjun glared at him. "Don't laugh...I moved on him after being depressed all my teen life now guess what? Getting married to him...Why me..." Taehyun lightly hit his forehead on the table.

"I thought of hating Beomgyu's future partner but never mind" Soobin took a sip from his drink. "Now what?" Yeonjun asked, making Taehyun look at him. "What? I'll tell him we are doing this for our parents. He can love and date anyone he likes because of course he will never like me" Taehyun sat up.

"But you never know what happen" Yeonjun smirked, "Yeah, You think he will like me? Even if he does, I won't"

"I still remember when you glared at him secretly! And you could say he doesn't respect seniors because he talked informally with Ryujin" Yeji chuckled, Taehyun sighed.

Yeji still thinks Taehyun used to hate Beomgyu but doesn't know he liked him too. "Yeah, I used to hate how he talks like that to seniors! Even I respected her, although they are your-" Yeji cut his words, "Shut up now. We need to leave" She dragged him outside.

"We are ready!" Yeji grinned at her aunt. Mrs.Kang smiled seeing Taehyun is ready to meet the Chois'. "Great! Let's go" Yeji nodded, She turned to Taehyun. "Listen, first greet the elder" Taehyun rolled his eyes. "I know that"

"And don't glare at Beomgyu...By the way, he became more good looking" Yeji smirked. "I don't give a flying fuck about that" Taehyun scoffed.

They finally reached the restaurant they are about to meet the other family. "Oh! Taeyeon-ah here!" Mrs.Kang heard her name called, she looked at the women around her age, she went to hug her. "it's been a while!" Mrs.Choi cooed. "Yeah"

Taehyun walked closer to them and bowed at them, "Woah you grew up a lot" Mrs.Choi smiled and patted Taehyun's head, Taehyun smiled. His eyes landed on Beomgyu, his heart started to beat faster. He started to feel the same feelings.

"Noona was right...He became more handsome..." Taehyun gulped.

"Taehyun, He is my son, Choi Beomgyu" Mr.Choi smiled. Taehyun smiled back and looked back to Beomgyu.

"You two can talk in private"

They ended up at another table, only two of them. "You look familiar..." Beomgyu spoke, breaking the awkward silence. Taehyun looked at the male, "Of course, idiot..." Taehyun whispered. "Huh what? Sorry, can you repeat it?" Beomgyu tilts his head, Taehyun shook his head.

"wait...Are you related to Yeji noona?" Beomgyu asked, Taehyun nodded. "And yeah! I saw you with Yeonjun hyung and...Soobin years ago" Beomgyu scanned Taehyun from head to toe. "Yeah, they are my friends" Taehyun spoke in a low voice. Beomgyu nodded.

"At least he changed a bit...His face soften a bit"

Taehyun took a deep breath and spoke," I know you also don't want this marriage. So you can date or love anyone, I won't interfere in your life. And you don't even need to force yourself to love me" Taehyun blabbed out.

"And who said I don't want this marriage?"
