You've always had these strange bumps on top of your head, and you never knew what they were. Whatever they were, you hated them since you were able to think cognitive thoughts.

Oftentimes, you would have your hair in a style that hid them or just wore a scarf like a headband. There were way too many times that you were bullied for it, especially in elementary school.

It's been something you've shunned about yourself for your entire life. The only things that made you happy were simply making flower crowns or milk with honey, sometimes a little evening stroll.

Until you ended up in a different world. Until you met him.

His name? Malleus Draconia. You knew he was a faerie, and his horns stood tall proud after all. Something about it bugged you, but you simply dismissed it as new-world jitters.

Originally, those things on your head were soft bumps that were lighter than your hair color, but ever since coming to Night Raven they’ve become harder and longer. You didn’t think you could hide them with a scarf or your hair when they become too large, and feared that eventual day.

On one of the nights Malleus came to Ramshackle Dorm, you decided to tell him about it. He knew something was bothering you ever since you two met, but didn’t think of asking about it (he’s socially awkward).

“Can I see them?” he asked, knowing the high likelihood that you’d just decline. However, he was surprised that you nodded and removed the scarf from your head.

At first, he was shocked when he saw your horns. You’re from a world without magic, how could you be one of his own kind? Then he smiled, telling you that those were horns on your head and you’re a faerie.

After that bonding experience, he’s not going to stop you from wearing that scarf, but will try to help encourage you to wear it less and to be proud of your horns. Malleus just wants to help you gain confidence in yourself, even accentuate your horns with some accessories. He wants you to be proud of yourself.
