Today has been.......... Interesting, if nothing else. It had been a normal day, I had been practicing with the katana and sai, they made a remarkably strong pair. I was mastering them quickly, as I had already mastered these weapons on their own. But things took a turn when Master Splinter and I finished training.......

We were halfway into meditation when Splinter broke the silence, "my son, I must speak with you." I dropped my meditative pose and looked at my Sensai, I could tell from his expression that this was a serious matter.

"Hai Sensai, I sense this is important" I responded.

"Yes, you see, I do not believe you should keep secrets any longer."

I looked up with a shocked expression, "surely you don't want me to tell my brothers about all, all this" I said referring to my training.

"Yes,"

I looked to the floor, I wasn't ready! Not yet! "I'm sorry Sensei, but I am not ready to tell them."

"Mikelanglo," Splinter looked me in the eyes. "I know you don't want to tell your brothers, but you must."

I nodded, then left the dojo, unsure as to how I should tell them.
