SMG3 nods and takes a deep breath. He then fired, the glowing energy ball hits and blows up a target.

SMG4: Nice one!

SMG1: Now you're doing it right!

SMG2: With our powers now fully functioning, we'll be a big help!

Y/N: Yup.

Next you check up on the inklings and octolings outside, firing their weapons.

Desti: Hey Y/N...

He nods then Percy gets another sandbag and slashed it open with his big meaty claws. You then go outside to see Skully and his other buddies boxing away at sandbags.

Troy: Oh, I don't think we've met yet, I'm Troy.

Y/N: Hey Troy, Skully told me a little bit about you, glad to finally meet you though!

Troy: Same here.

Y/N: How's everyone else doing?

Troy: Zirax is doing great, so is Skully.

Y/N: Good, good.

Sherak was running into his sandbag with his head.

He then proceeded to strangle the sandbag.

You then check up on Zirax and Will.

Y/N: Hey you two.

Zirax: Hey, Y/N, Right?

Will: I've heard much about you, is it true you put a bunch of lil potatoes into hospital?

Y/N: Yeah, that was a long time ago.

Will: Still very good.

Zirax: He's Russian, that's why he talks a bit strange.

Will talks as he was lifting a barbell.

Will: I've been trained to be the most toughest fighting machine that had ever walked this planet. I've started training ever since I was only eight. Lifting chunks of ice in the cold weather, running around the woods, lap after lap. Eventually, I've managed to join boxing, winning every single time. Then I became Skully's special forces after graduating. Now I end up here, fighting for friends. For freedom on Mother Earth.

Y/N: Damn, sounds like you've been through a lot..

Will: I have, but I'm glad I get to be here.

He sets the weights down.

Will: That's enough for now. You better check up on orange girl, she's been training hard as well.

Y/N: Okay, train hard.

You leave and see Meggy.

Meggy: Hi Y/N!

She comes up and kisses you.

Y/N: Hey Sweetheart, how are you?

Meggy: I'm a bit nervous.

You frown a bit but cheer her up.

Y/N: Don't worry, whatever you feel, bury it. Replace it with faith and hope. We can do this.

Meggy processed that and you gain a nod.

Meggy: You're right. We can do this!

Beta came up to see you two.

Beta: Hey, how's it going?

Y/N: Good, how are you doing on training?

Beta: I crafted and baked an explosive.

Meggy and you just look at him funny.

Y/N: What do you mean?

Beta: I made a Umm..dynamite cupcake.

Y/N: How does that work?

Beta: Instead of a candle, you put a stick of dynamite instead. Blasting with flavor.

Meggy: Of course you'd make something like that.

Beta: You both know me too well. Also, I noticed Desti's been a bit stressed lately, probably concerned about the whole Zero thing.

Meggy: Uh huh.

Y/N: We all are.

Beta: Yeah, but she's acting like she has a sword through the chest.

Meggy: That sounds painful.

Y/N: Ouch.

Beta: Yeah, maybe she'll calm down.

Y/N: Did you check on Beth?

Beta: Oh! Yeah, she made a glitter bomb, sure it's for capturing package thieves, but this is for a demonic glitch ghost.

Y/N: Nice, is it functional?

Beta: She hasn't tested it out yet, she got Simon to help her out.

Y/N: Okay, good. What about Axol?

Beta looks a bit concerned about him.

Beta: He's hit a rough spot ever since he lost Melony. He's got Saiko to cheer him up.

Y/N: I feel bad for the guy.

Meggy: Me too.

Y/N: But there's no need to worry, we will retrieve her. We'll do whatever it takes.

The three look in the distance, seeing the sun shining a bright orange hue and a few trees swaying in the wind.

Y/N: We're ready.
