You & SMG4 have been friends for quite a while now, ever since R64 came to be, running from chain chomps, return to Freddy's spaghettera, and so on. Today you and the others were working on the castle you live in with Peach and the gang.

SMG4: So, how long do you think until this is all done?

Y/N: I don't really know, how much paint do we have left?

Peach: Not much, hey Y/N, do you mind going to get some paint for the house along with Mario?

Y/N: Sure, Come on Mario.

Mario was covered in paint.

Mario: Okie Dokie!

You and Mario went to go searching for some paint, until the orange paint can started shaking violently

Y/N: What the hell?

Mario: Hmmm...what's happening here?

All of a sudden the paint can blasted open and showed an orange squid speeding away, it grabbed ahold of Mario and the other tentacle grabbed ahold of you too, dragging you both with it.

?: Woomy!

Mario: WAAAAA!

Y/N: What is going on?!!?!

The squid dropped you and Mario on the ground, the squid then morphed into a human with tentacle hair, orange tentacle hair.

???: Who are you?! Did you trap me in that paint?!

Mario: Ooooh! Are we at the Bikini Bottom?

??? Then shot Mario almost hitting you.

Y/N: Please don't shoot! I'm unarmed! I swear we didn't trap you in there!

The figure stared at you, making sure you're telling the truth, they bought into it and lowers their weapon.

???: Hmmm..okay, if you say so.

Mario: Mama Mia...

Y/N: So, my names Y/N, that red plumber over there is Mario, you are?

Meggy: I'm Meggy, Meggy Spletzer, the upcoming star of Inkopolis!

Mario: Ooh, sounds coo coo crazy!

Meggy: What?..

Y/N leaned in to whisper to Meggy.

Y/N: Don't mind him. He's suffering from a disease known as stupidity.

Meggy giggled at that and understood.

Meggy: Okay, good to know.

Mario: Hmm?

Y/N: Nothing Mario.

Mario: Oki.

Y/N: So, what is this "Inkopolis"?

Meggy: Oh, it's a beautiful city, you should see it sometime, I can give you both a tour if you'd like.

Y/N: That sounds pretty cool, yeah we can go, right Mario?

Mario: Hmm..okie dokie!

The three of you head down to the basement, Meggy introduced herself to Peach, Toad, SMG4, Luigi and Toadsworth of course before you and the two went down, you feel a weird feeling but brush it off, soon you, Mario and Meggy got to Inkopolis, you were shocked by how pretty the city was.

Mario & Y/N: Whoa...

Meggy: I know right? Is breathtaking.

Soon you and Mario got to meet Meggys team, they are cool, especially the Heavy Squid.

Heavy Squid: Pootis.

Meggy: No heavy squid, like I said, it's Woomy! Not Pootis, whatever that means.

Heavy Squid: Woomis.

Meggy: Close enough..

Y/N: I'm liking your team. I'm looking forward to you winning!

Meggy smiled

Meggy: Thanks, I really appreciate it.

The two of you stared into eachothers eyes for a while until Mario came flying in and was about to hit Meggy.

Y/N: MEGGY WATCH OUT!

Y/N pushed Meggy out of Mario's shot and hit heavy squid instead.

Meggy: Whoa! What the?! Mario!

Mario: Oopsie.

Heavy Squid: I am ded, no big surprise.

Meggy: Noooo! Heavy Squid!

Y/N: Rest In Peace you magnificent fighter.

Mario: Since you're one teammate down, can Mario join your team?

Meggy sighed

Meggy: fine. You can join.

Mario began humping the air in victory.

Meggy: This is gonna be a long day.

Y/N: At least you don't live with him.

Meggy: I feel bad for you, if he doesn't work out too well, I might put you on the Splatsquad.

You smile

Y/N: Yeah, I've got a few skills up my sleeve.

Meggy: Care to show me?

Y/N: Of course, got a weapon?

Meggy handed you her splattershot.

Meggy: this should come in handy.

You aimed carefully and shot all bullseyes with no hesitation.

Meggy: What?!

Y/N: I think I went to a lot of shooting ranges to get my aim right.

Meggy: That was amazing! With skills like yours, we all could be unstoppable!

Y/N: Definitely.

Mario: Mario's impressed! You can take my spot if you'd like!

Y/N: but you were begging to be on the Splatsquad?

Mario: Mario is not that great, but I can help train if you'd like.

Meggy: I'd like that Red, thanks.

Y/N: So it's settled then?

Meggy: Looks like it, let's go get something to eat, I'm starving.

Mario: Mario is hungry too!
