Escape
Jack's P.O.V.
"Phoenix, I need you to wait here," I commanded. She gave me a worried and slightly sassy look.
"What?! You expect me to wait here while my sister gets tortured? Possibly even killed?! Hate to break it to you, Jack, but I'm coming with you. Whether you like it or not." She could get really stubborn when she wanted to. Right now I really didn't have time to waste. Elsa had been taken away in a blink of an eye and I wasn't able to catch up to the men. My theory was that they were taking her to Arendelle.
"It will be cold," I warned.
"I can handle it," she said bravely. I nodded, a bit unsure, and flew in the direction of Arendelle.
❄☀❄☀
Arendelle was completely frozen over. Everything was covered in thick ice and snow. Only white.
I could sense Phoenix shivering behind me. I flew on ahead in search of Elsa, leaving Phoenix stranded in the snowstorm.
She wasn't in the castle. She wasn't anywhere to be seen. I thought of the least possible place she could be at. It was likely. I flew down and looked through the windows of the many cells in the castle. I had to get to her fast. I could sense something bad was going to happen.
When, in the distance, I saw ice slowly spreading on the outside walls of a cell. I dashed to it and looked inside the window. A worried and scared Elsa looked out the window at the now snow-covered Arendelle. Just as I looked in, she looked away at the ice forming on the walls. She tried to escape by pulling on the metal cuffs on her hands. From the other side of the door, I heard muffled voices wanting to get in. I felt scared for a second then channeled my energy to freeze the cuffs and prison cell. She pulled harder, now with more fear than before. I had to get her out of there.
Elsa's P.O.V.
"No," I whispered to myself, looking out the window. The storm was getting stronger by the second. Suddenly, I heard a crackling noise and looked around at the prison cell. Ice was forming on the walls and freezing the steal beams. Maybe if I pull on my chains, they ice could crack them off. I tried pulling but they didn't budge.
"Hurry up!"
"She's dangerous!"
"Move quickly!"
Voices commanded from outside. I just kept pulling. The ice kept climbing the walls, moving towards the door. I could sense that some of this ice didn't belong to me. Sure I was scared and my ice was reflecting my feelings, but half of that ice was being spent on trying to free myself from the chains. The ice was spreading very quickly note and in all directions.
"Careful!"
"It won't open!"
"It's frozen shut!"
I looked around, much more frantic. Above me, the beams gave in and toppled down. I pulled one last time and the chains snapped, frozen. I left the cell from a space in the wall that had broken off with the ice. Once outside, I was greeted by a strong snowstorm and the warm sight of Jack.
