Part 1
~Bella's view point~
August 14th, 1993...that's the day I was committed to St.Jude's...the day my dad decided he didn't want to deal with me for another 18 years. 18 years of silence and blank looks, wasn't worth, at least that what I had heard him say when he thought I wasn't listening. I blink a few times looking around, my bag in hand and take a few steps in as a nice nurse gives me a reassuring smile..but of course...I stayed silent. I looked around me, tucking a stray strand of my long red hair behind my ear as a boy with what I must say the biggest smile I had ever seen bounded up to is like a child on the first day of school, 'Ello! I'm Campbell! Campbell Bain! You must be new! Well of course your new!' He rambled a little and I blinked at the sudden booming voice in the hall, his bright smile never faltering as he stuck out a hand. I looked at the hand a moment like it was a foreign object but when it refused to fall, I slowly stuck out my own to meet it, shaking it slightly. He seemed to be waiting for my name but it never came, not from me anyway, 'This is Bella, Bella smith' the nice nurse said. I really must learn her name...'Bella! Beautiful name! Dosen't it mean beautiful some where?' His face twisted in thought a moment before springing back to a grin, 'Lord knows! Didn't pass that class ins school! Didn't technically pass school either!' He smiles as though it didn't bother him one bit and the woman turned, 'Campbell why don't you show her around?' She suggests and if possible his smiled even brighter, 'Brilliant idea!' He grabbed my free hand and I tried hard not to snap it back, though it really wasn't a problem with the hold he had on it, doubt I would get it back, as he toured me around. I didn't really need to speak, he did enough of that for the both of us, that was until he dropped me to my soon to be room and I looked at the door than him, 'Go on than, it won't bite' he beamed and I turned the handle, 'My rooms just, just down there' he took my shoulder leaning close and pointing before smiling and bounding off as music started to play, swearing loudly and saying with was late with an apology. I stood there, blinking my brown eyes until I was completely alone, smiling a little, though no one could see, that, that was a day I would never forget, not because of the hospital, because that was the day I met Campbell Bain..
*guys! Please tell me if you want me to continue!
