Background: Formed after the Battle of Academy City as a deterrent for future attacks, the 2nd Platoon of the Force Reconnaissance Company (also known as Esper FORECON), is a premier Special Operations unit itself. Their main objective is not only deter the KVA from attacking the city again, but also to hunt down the unoffical organizations that form the Dark Side of Academy City, as well as the magic terrorist organization GREMLIN, formed after WW3 (Toaru Kagaku No Railgun version). The unit comprises of Espers ranging from many different levels and parts of Academy City. They have even been successful at recruiting some now former Skill Out members, after offering them a way out and starting a new life. Of course, this unit usually operates in the shadows, only helping out Anti-Skill or Judgement on certain occasions. But one thing is for sure....they will not stop until everyone can sleep at night. Their enemies fear them, and call them....Ghosts.

- Data Knife (is both a melee and a hacker tool)
