(Almost none of that is true. In Ciel's core environment he can be very unpredictable. Often doing things out of enjoyment for himself, and not caring of others around him. If he's talking to you there is a high chance that he just wants something out of you. Deranged would be another way to describe this pain loving royalty, he is very messed up in that mind of his and believes the world centers around him. This can leave to him acting like a spoiled child, and can leave not knowing how to control his emotions, something he has a hard time doing. Often unsuccessful which can lead to him crying one minute and laughing the other. Luciel will use his abilities to get what he wants, and can yes, be charming, but to a point where he is quite manipulative. The boy has to be kept in check for the safety of those around him, or he'll week havoc and cause yet another war that will end in many innocence dying. Luciel likes to prey on the innocent and weak minded, turning them into pawns that he can use to his disposal )

(Long, long ago in a Victorian like era, vampires ruled over a kingdom along with many other creature kind. There was peace among each kingdoms, but this didn't last long as Ciel was born. Growing up, he didn't have the most safest environment. Often he would skip manner classes to go off into town and explore, and even more often he'd find himself on the bad side of the kingdom. But...for some reason for each wrong thing he saw there, death, crying, robbery, he couldn't help but enjoy it. The loud noises and action attracted a hyperactive child such as him, and soon it had became a daily thing. But, after a few weeks had gone by his family noticed his strange behavior. Often around others Red would be thirsty, or violent, and this soon turned into him killing off servants. For what it seemed to be, the young prince was going down the path of madness, and for a pureblood such as him, this would lead to chaos. A vampire with that much dark power was one his parents feared he would become, and their fear came true when Luciel had went on a hunger craze in the middle of the night. But, not all was the young child's fault. His mind had been filled with awful, terrible things from the other side of the kingdom, and he had only acted out on what he saw. After that night his parents ultimately had to choose. Either continue to try to get through to Red, or save their entire kingdom from their son. The two had to choose what they thought was best, and so with that they called upon a wizard that casted a sleeping spell on Luciel, one that was thought to make sure the Prince would never wake up. Cursed to forever sleep in his dream world. This did no good for the young Prince, he was left there to rot by his parents, and in his sleep he became bitter, unstable, and more and more unable to control himself. This dream like world was one where the day repeated itself, over and over. After years of this pattern Luciel had began to experiment, both with his growing abilities, and others in the dream world. For hundreds of years this went on, and for what seemed like Red who would wither away, a group of adventurers had discovered him in ruins of his castle. This reasoning behind it was that as long as the Prince remained untouched, the sleep spell would work, so when these humans had opened up his casket for the first time in a long time, the Bloody Mare had awoken)

(Going with the classic vampire abilities, Ciel has a few others. He has the ability to control reflections and mirrors. Both in a telekinetic way, such as levitating and shattering them, but also having the effect to teleport through them)

(Ceil is faintly effected by normal ways you would go against a vampire. He isn't effected by the sun, though his skin gets a very bad tan from it, and a little allergic garlic. However, he is still effected by holy water and churches. What is most important is what keeps him from going on a killing spree. A simple lullaby box. One that he can't destroy, and puts him to sleep for as long as it's played. The only problem is that this is inside of a museum, one that is locked up. Alternately if the music box is not discovered, one can hum the melody to put him into a dazed like trance. Because of his past along)
