*beatstar stirred and groaned*

Beatstar (groaning): ugh my head...

*Beatstar opened her eyes and gasped as she saw a periwinkle sea monster with purple hair, blue-purplish ear-fins, blue fins on its tail, legs and arms with green eyes wearing a yellow tank top with brown shorts*

Beatstar: AH! sea monster! *hides in her wings trembling* Don't hurt me don't hurt me please!

*she felt one of the sea monster's hands stroke one of her wings*

???: hey don't be scared

*beatstar peeked out from her wings with a whimper*

???: I'm not gonna hurt you

Beatstar: Really? y- you're not?

*beatstar said as she came out of her wings*

*the sea monster shook all the water off turning into a human*

Beatstar:...*eyes widen in surprise* wh- how- how-

???: Yeah it's a bit of a long story

Beatstar: Okay but- who are you?

Alberto: oh right Alberto Scorfano *holds out hand*

beatstar: Princess Beatstar *grabs alberto's hand*

Alberto: Piacere, Girolamo Trombetta

*albarto said while he and beatstar do a handshake*

Alberto: It's a human thing i'm kind of an expert

Beatstar: What does it mean?

*alberto doesn't say anything and bites his lower lip*

Beatstar: that- that thing you said? what does it-

Alberto: C'mon i'll show you some more stuff *grabs beatstar's hand and leads her to his tower*

Beatstar: holy heck! you live up there?

Alberto: Yeah me and my dad, he's not even here a whole lot so i pretty much just do whatever i want

Beatstar: isn't that kinda dangerous?

Alberto: Yeah it's the best! everything good is above the surface

Beatstar: like what?

*montage #1*

Alberto: Air! *inhales*

*beatstar accidentally inhales a bug and chokes on it but coughs it up*

*montage #2*

Alberto: Gravity! also known as *jumps off of the top of the tower* FALLING!!!!!

*alberto hits a tree as he falls and lands flat on his face and gives a thumbs up letting beatstar know he's okay*

Alberto: the sky, clouds, the sun

*beatstar tries to look at the sun*

Alberto: *slaps his hand over beatstar's eyes* Whoa! don't look at it!...*removes his hand from beatstar's eyes* just kidding definitely look at it

*Beatstar looks at the sun and quacks like a duck as she falls over going blind temporarily*

*montages over, at dusk*

Alberto: and then there's human stuff

*alberto motions to the tower*

*alberto and beatstar climb up the ladder and into the main tower room*

Beatstar: Wow! this is all the stuff you collected?

Alberto: Yeah do you like it?

Beatstar: yeah i like it it's beautiful

Beatstar: hey what's that?

Alberto: oh that? yeah that's the singing lady machine it's broken unfortunately

*beatstar puts the handle back on and it starts playing music*

Alberto: Whoa! you un-broke it!

*beatstar and alberto listen to the music*

Alberto: oh come up here i wanna show you something

*alberto climbs up the rocks of the tower to the top and beatstar follows him to the edge with an amazing view of the sea*

Beatstar: whoa!

Alberto: Yeah pretty cool huh?

Beatstar: It's so beautiful...

Alberto (whispering under breath): Not as beautiful as you principessa..

Beatstar: What was that?

Alberto (blushing): Huh? what- what i didn't say anything

*beatstar smiles at him with a slight blush before turning back to the view*

Beatstar: *notices portorosso* What's that place over there?

Alberto: Oh that place? yeah that's the uh the human town

Beatstar: have you ever gone over there before?

Alberto: Yes...no but- but! my dad did tell me all about it so i'm pretty much an expert

Beatstar: *giggles* Your dad sounds so cool...you always get to do *chuckles* Anything! *slowly starts to frown* meanwhile i'm just a princess who can't swim too far off cause i'm so *make finger quotations* "Fragile and too delicate"

Alberto: yeah...but now you're out here...but by the way how DID you get out here?

Beatstar: Well i got seperated from my brother King Trollex in a very bad rainstorm...*groans and facepalms* I thought i could swim back to techno reef on my own!

Alberto: Yeah but you didn't get hurt though right?

Alberto (thinking): Please say you didn't get hurt, Please say you didn't get hurt, Please say you didn't get hurt

Beatstar: Well no but i did hit my head pretty hard on a rock back in the rainstorm i'm surprised i didn't get a concussion or any amnesia otherwise things could've been worse

Alberto: Well other than that i'm glad that you weren't hurt *places his hand on beatstar's shoulder*

beatstar: *blushes* Thank you...

Beatstar (thinking): well i'm glad he thinks about my safety and all but why does he make me wanna kiss him so badly? *mentally slaps herself* NO! Bad beatstar! you're not in love with him! He's a sea monster! an ali-human and a sea monster can't be together...even though he looks so...handsome *Mentally slaps herself again* NO! pull yourself together he's just a friend!

Beatstar: *notices the stars coming out* We should uh...we should probably get some rest...

Alberto: Ye- yeah you're- you're right it's been a bit of a long day for the both of us and- *notices beatstar already asleep on the ledge*

Alberto (thinking): That can't be comfortable for a princess

Alberto (quietly): Okay carefully...

*alberto gently scooped beatstar into his arms and then he set her on the ground, he kneeled in front of her and lightly brushed her hair out of her face*

Alberto (quietly): God she's adorable

*he laid down beside her and gently pet her head and fell asleep*
