The day passed quite quickly filled with Liam's and my baba's laughter throughout the day. I was happy Liam accompanied us, else it'd have been lonely with just two of us. Around 6 pm he dropped us home, and insisted on staying. But that's more than I can ever ask for, and moreover I didn't wanted to keep Destiny waiting. So after much insistence Liam bid us farewell and left.

"Mama why isn't Daddy home yet?"

I could see pain seethe in her eyes, she truly liked that poor excuse of father.  I sometimes wish I'd have bought  her up on my own so that I wouldn't  have to see this.  I wish I had that courage. Sometimes I think I failed as a mother to my baba.

"Baby daddy is busy, but surely he'll bring you gift when he comes home. Alright?"

"Alright Mama."

"So now what time is it?"

"Bedtime"

I chuckled as I picked her up. She is the only reason today I was alive, after all what happened in the past , I lost many things that mattered to me the most and she was only thread of hope I was still clinging on to.

"ANDREA FUCKING RODRIGUEZ"

"Calm down Robert.  I have just put Olivia to sleep, and why in the hell would you shout like this at middle of the night."

He stood there with a hard gaze, and surprisingly sober. Never even once I have went 3 feet near to this man, since we started living together, not even when things were calm. I despise even the sight of the person standing in front of me. The same applied to him, he never really cared about us. The only reason he sticked along to us was because his parents made sure he took care of Olivia else they wouldn't fund his education. Now since he started working, things became worse and he despises me and his daughter even more.

"Why did I fucking spot my baby and you with that Liam again, didn't I warn you to stay away from that jerk."

"A jerk who had time to spent with your daughter, a jerk who willingly made you daughter happy instead of guess who?  YOU ."

In a flash of second my eyes were shut closed, there was pain seeping in through my skull. My hair was pulled by his dirt filled gruesome hands gripped my hair. Pain sweeps through my head to toe but I hold back my screams. I never want my baba to witness this. I tried to push him away but he was too strong for me. With a final blow, I was shoved across the room hitting the floor.

"Listen, either you obey me and fucking live here or you get your ass out."

Silent tears escaped my blurry eyes. I wanted to end everything with this asshole and I was too coward for it. I didn't want Olivia to grow up without a father in her life. But today he crossed all his limits.

I decided, I am strong for everything I've been through. So it's not like I wouldn't survive without him. I took my phone and dialed Liam.

"Li, could you arrange us for a place to live."

"What happened Andri, you don't sound well. Did that Robert did.."

"I don't want to talk about it right now Li. Could you maybe let us live with you until I find a place."

"I am coming right away. Stay safe Andri."

I sighed putting away my phone and dragged myself to my room and packed few of my clothes and essentials in a small bag.

I took a once last look at the picture that was hanging in our room. It was  three of us smiling to the camera with
baba sitting on shoulder of Robert.
