January 8th.

Danny woke up to the sound under of crying babies. He yawned and looked over to Jessica who was in a very deep sleep.

'Okay.. I'll give her five seconds to wake up... if not, then I guess I'm up first.' Danny says to himself.

'Five.. four... three..........twoooooooo............'
Danny lifts his head and looks closely at her face.

"Dammit! One!" He said loud enough for Jessica to hum and turn to her side.

Danny gets out of the bed and walks over to the twins.

"You two literally went to sleep an hour ago! How are you awake?!"

The babies scream so Danny quickly lifts them up.

"Shh, shh.. it's okay, daddy's here."

The twins didn't care one bit.  It was obvious they wanted their mother.

"Oh goodness.. we want mommy, don't we? Well she's asleep, guys!
.. But you two need to eat.. okay, wakey wakey, mommy!" Danny says walking over to the bed.

"Baby." Danny says gently nudged her with his leg since his hands are a bit tied up.

"Jessica.."

"Hm?"

"The babies are awake."

"That's good, Danny.."

"They're hungry, babe."

"You feed em."

"Jess."

"I know, I'm sorry." Jessica sits up and rubs her eyes as she yawns.

"Good morning, loves."

Danny hands the babies to Jessica, then grabs her nursing pillow for her.

"Thanks honey."

"No problem! Happy Anniversary, baby." Danny said with a smile.

"Thank you, handsome! Happy Anniversary to you too!"

"Twenty three years!" He smiles.

"Damn!" Jessica laughs. "That's a long ass time."

"Too long!" Danny jokes.

"You ass!" She laughs harder.

Danny chuckles and kisses her temple.

"Let me wash up, then I'll go make you some breakfast.  What do you want?"

"French toast." Jessica smiles.

"What!  That's too much work!"

"Ah!"

"Kidding!" He smiles.

"French toast coming right up!"

"Thanks, smelly!"

"Hey!" Danny turns and gives her a look.

Danny quickly made her breakfast and brought it up to the bedroom.

"Just in time!  Emmy spit up everywhere and needs to be changed."

"Lucky Me!" He chuckles. "How did you burp them both at the same time?"

"I'm supermom!  Heh!  I just laid Willow across my legs on her tummy and held Emerson on my shoulder."

"Nice!  Well here's your breakfast."

"Thank you, my love!"

"No problem!  And you mister, come with me!"

Danny takes Emerson but places a kiss on Willow's forehead before changing his diaper.

"Hey chubby girl!"

Willow smiles and kicks her legs.

Jessica chuckles. "She's finally embracing the chubby lifestyle instead of crying every time someone calls her chubby!"

"Being chubby is good, mama!  Don't ever cry about it again, okay?" Danny kisses her nose.

Meanwhile Emerson is still screaming.

"Oh my goodness!  Little boy, you need to calm down a bit, okay?"

*Screams louder.*

"Alright, Alright, I'm coming!"

Later in the day Danny and Jessica took Anastasia to get a final look at the hall before her sweet 16 the next day.
The twins of course went along with them.

"Thank you two for being such good babies on the way over!" Jessica says unbuckling Emerson then sticking him in his baby carrier.

Danny took Willow and stuck her in hers as well.

"I love these things.  It's like a backpack pack for a baby!" He chuckles. "Although, it kinda hurts my back." He stretches out a bit.

"How do you think I felt carrying these two monkeys around for so long?" Jessica chuckles.

"Ouch!  See?  You are supermom!" He smiles.

Jessica laughs then looks down at Emerson who was just waking up.

"Uh oh!  Little monster is waking up!"

Emerson makes a funny face making Jessica laugh.
"His facial expressions are the cutest!"

"Yes, everyone is cute! Now let's go inside, please!"

"Sorry, Ana! We're coming, baby." Jessica smiles.

They all entered the hall, and were blown away with how amazing it was.

"Wow!  Everything looks so beautiful!  Thank you, mom and dad!" Anastasia hugged both of her parents tightly.

"Anything for my Princess." Danny smiles.

"It was just so fast you two had everything done, and it's SO perfect!"

"You only turn sixteen once!" Jessica smiles.

"So I'm getting a car?!"

"Haha! Are you kidding?"

"Ah!" Anastasia laughs and taps Jessica's arm.

Getting home that evening they noticed Evan and Sarah were there.

"Hey! Look who's here!" Jessica smiles.

"Your favorite person! Happy Anniversary, you old goats!" Sarah runs over and hugs them both.

"Now I'll take these babies off of your hands, and you two go out for your romantic dinner in the backyard." She smiles.

"Ooh! You made dinner for us?"

"Yes!"

"We helped!" Noah smiles.

"Yeah gwamma, I helped too!" Charlotte says loudly.

"Aw my Charlie Parley! Thank you, princess!"

"Did she even hear me?" Noah looks at Kenley.
Kenley chuckles and pats his back. "It's okay, baby."

"Go outside for your date! Pop pop is gonna serve you!"

"Oh! Well thank you, pop pop!" Jessica smiles at Evan.

"My pleasure!" He chuckles.

The two went out to the backyard, which was decorated with lights and candles.
Evan served them their dinner and let them be.

"This is so sweet of them!" Jessica says.

"Yeah.. I wonder what they want." Danny jokes.

"Stop that!" She laughs. "The past two months have been crazy, it's nice to be out here with you."

"I know. I wonder what craziness is goin on inside!" He chuckles.

"I don't even want to know!" Jessica laughs.

"Your desert!" Evan comes out and places their desert on the table.

"Thank you, kind sir!" Danny says in a British accent.

Jessica laughs and sips on her glass of wine.
She barely took like two sips the entire meal, but just the taste of it was amazing after almost a year of no alcohol.

Jessica noticed Danny staring at her and her cheeks went a light shade of pink.

"Why do you always do this? What are you staring at?" She giggles.

"Perfection." Danny responds.

"Aw, Daniel!" He smiles.

"I'm serious. You are.. and you only get more and more perfect each year. I'm incredibly blessed to call you my wife."

Tears sprang to Jessica's eyes.
"Aw!" Jessica places her hand on her chest and gives him a beautiful smile.

"I love you, Daniel Huston.. So much."

"I'm kinda crazy absolutely it you too, Jessica Lange."

Suddenly they both hear their wedding song playing through the backyard speakers.

"They've really outdone themselves!" Jessica chuckles.

"They have!  May I have this dance, Ms. Lange?"

"It would be a pleasure, Mr. Huston." Jessica smiles and takes his hand.

The two hold each other close and sway to the music.

"This song.. it's the anthem of our little story, isn't it, babe?" Danny asks.

"Absolutely!"

"Well maybe not Little story.. Twenty three years of marriage, six kids.. Hundreds of dance recitals, MILLIONS of poopy diapers, school dances, boyfriends, girlfriends, a grandbaby.. Fighting and making up.. more fighting and more absolutely incredible ways of making up..
Damn!  That'd make a great book, huh?"

"Heh!  The best." Jessica smiles softly.

"I love you, Danny."

Danny chuckles then speaks in his deep raspy voice.
"I love you more than jazz, Babydoll!"

Jessica laughs and wraps her arms around his neck.
She then goes up on her tiptoes and kisses his lips.

"Danny.." She mumbles.

"Hm?"

"I'm not ready for the real deal but.. I think we can do some stuff." Jessica smiles sweetly.

"Say no more!" Danny lifts her up and hurries inside.

"Ah!  Danny!" Jessica laughs.

"Don't bother us, we'll come down when we're finished!" Danny says to everyone in the living room.

"Oh GROSS!" Gabriella shouts.

"They finished with their date?" Charlotte asks Sarah.

"Not yet." Sarah laughs.

"Disgusting!" Isaiah makes a face.

"I think it's sweet!" Kenley smiles.

"Cause it's not your parents, that's why!" Noah shouts feeling extremely grossed out by the actions of his parents.
