October.

Today they are all in the same position they were just a few weeks ago.
Isaiah held his mother's hand as they injected the embryos into her.  Jessica prayed this time one would take.

After it was over Isaiah hugged his mother tightly and said, "No matter what happens Momma, we love and appreciate you more than you will ever know.  What you've done already is incredible."

Jessica smiles softly. "Anything for my baby." She chuckles through her tears.

Two weeks later.

Gabriella wanted to be with her family on her birthday so today she arrived in New Orleans.

"Lolli! Oh I misses you, Lolli!" William runs to Jessica.

"Oh my boy! I missed you more, baby! Look at you! You're so big!"

"I big, Lolli! I SO big!"

Jessica smiles and kisses his cheek.

Gabriella chuckles at her son's excitement. "Hi momma!"

"Hi pretty girl! Excited for your birthday?"

"Yes! Did you get my list?"

"I did!" Jessica laughs.

"Goody! Where's daddy and my little brother and sister?" Gabriella asks as the twins run to her.

"Sissy! Sissy!"

"There they are! Hi babes! Look at you two chunks!"

"I not chunky, I jus fluffy." Emerson says making everyone laugh.

"You are too much, Emerson!"

"There's my princess!" Danny walks in.

"Daddy!"

"HEY! I da pwincess!" Willow says.

"Yes you are! You're my little princess." Danny smiles as Isaiah walks in and says, "Gabby's daddy's OLD princess!"

"Not nice little brother! But I'll hug you anyway." She smiles.

"What did I do to deserve the pleasure?"

"Oh Isaiah stop that and hug your sister!" Jessica says.

"I'm only playing." He chuckles.

"How are you, sis?"

"I'm doing well!"

"Where's Julio?"

"Oh he's coming tomorrow. He has a show tonight."

"Nice! Uh mom, I need to speak with you." Isaiah says walking into the next room.

"Alright." Jessica chuckles and follows him.

"What's up, baby?"

"I don't want to tell her what's going on until we know for sure you're pregnant."

"That's fine, honey. I have a test and I want to take it! I know we have an appointment tomorrow but.. can I take it?" Jessica smiles.

"Yes, you can take it." Isaiah chuckles.

"Yay!"

"Heh! How do you feel? Do you feel pregnant at all?"

"I feel a little tired but, I have toddlers to look after. I'm always tired." Jessica chuckles.

"That's true!"

Later that evening when Gabriella was putting William to sleep, Danny, Jessica, Isaiah and Emily gathered in her room.

"Okay, I have three!" Jessica holds up the tests.

"Take them all so we'll know for sure!" Emily says. She was so nervous.

"Okay.." Jessica takes a deep breath and walks into the bathroom.

A few minutes later she stood there puzzled.

"Mom?  You okay?"

Jessica grabs the tests and walks out.

"What's wrong?  Are they all negative?" Emily asks.

"No.. this one is.. and if you squint, you can see a very faint line on this one.. and this one is positive."

"What the hell?"

"I know!  I guess we'll have to wait till the morning.. I'm sorry, guys."

"For what, mom?" Isaiah chuckles.

"That my pee isn't working!" Jessica cries softly.

"Momma, it's okay.  Don't be upset." Isaiah wraps his arms around her.

Jessica lays her head on him and closes her eyes.

"Weepiness is a good sign!" Emily whispers with a thumbs up.

"I just want them to tell me I'm pregnant.  If I fail you guys again then.." Jessica sniffles.

"Jessie no!  You didn't fail anyone!"

"Em's right, Ma.  Don't worry about that. We love you no what what happens."

"I love you guys tooOOOOOO!" She sobs.

The next morning.

"The eve of my birthday and no one made me breakfast?"

"Oh Gabby, I'm sorry!  Daddy and I have something to do this morning."

"Oh yeah!  So do Emily and I!" Isaiah says. His eyes going wide.

"Okay?" Gabriella gives him a funny look.

"Could you watch the twins, Gabs?"

"Sure.  What's going on?"

"Nothing!  We'll be back, kiddos!  Be good!"

"Bye Bye!" They wave.

The door shuts and Gabriella looks at the three kids with a smile. "They're planning my surprise! How sweet!"

The four of them sat in the doctor office in complete silence.  Everyone was full of nerves.  Even more than the last time.  Isaiah and Emily both agreed that they wouldn't make Jessica go through this again.  This was their last chance to have a child that is biologically theirs.

Suddenly the doctor walks in.  This time with a much happier look on his face.

"Hello Huston family!  How is everyone today?"

"Nervous!" Jessica says fiddling with her fingers.

"Oh Mrs. Huston, you shouldn't be nervous!  It's not good to be nervous when have a baby inside you!"

"What?!" Jessica's eyes go wide.

"What?!" Emily giggles.  Tears immediately filling her eyes.

"You guys are gonna have a baby!"

"No." Isaiah immediately starts crying.

"Zaya, we're gonna have a baby!  We're going to be parents!" Emily hugs her husband.

"I'm pregnant?  Really?!"

"You're pregnant!"

"Ahh!  This is so cool!  We did it guys, good job!" Jessica smiles.

"Momma.. oh momma, you are the best person in this entire world!  I love you, I love you, I look you!" Isaiah kisses her hand over and over again.

"I love you more.  I'm just so happy for you guys."

November 14th.

Six weeks and 3 days pregnant.

Danny rolled over in his sleep. He wrapped his arm around Jessica's stomach and pulled her closer.

He then heard Jessica moan followed by a grumbling in her stomach.

Jessica quickly moved Danny's hand and made her way to the bathroom.

Danny opened his eyes and heard her getting sick.

"You okay, honey?" He asks.

Jessica didn't answer. A few minutes later she came out with her hand on her stomach.

"And so it begins, huh?"

"Yep." Jessica nods.

"I can't believe you're pregnant again! And the baby isn't even ours." He laughs.

"I know, isn't it great?"

"Yep! You can't blame me for anything this time. It's Isaiah and Emily's fault! Not Mine."

"Well you helped me make Isaiah so Yes, I Can blame you." Jessica says getting back into bed.

Danny chuckles. He then looks at her stomach. He places his hand on it and was surprised at what he felt.

"Oh I wasn't expecting it to be so firm already! It's gonna be a big baby!"

"It's Isaiah's! Of course this baby will be huge! Remember how early I started showing with him?"

"Yes!" Danny laughs. "You had to wear that sexy outfit all plumbed."

"I was huge!" Jessica laughs.

"You were precious. You're a pretty incredible woman, Ms. Lange."

"..I'll agree with you on that, Mr. Huston."

Danny chuckles and kisses her lips.

Later that day they went to the doctor. They were hoping to be able to see the baby for the first time.

"Hello, Jessica! How are you feeling?"

"Well I was sick this morning. That was the first time I've thrown up this pregnancy."

"Well that's a good thing! I know it's not pleasant for you but-"

"But it means there's a healthy little baby in there."

"Exactly! Now you've already gained two pounds so that's really good!"

"Two pounds at six weeks.. ouch!" Jessica laughs. "It's okay, I love chubby babies!"

"Yes, now go ahead and lift your shirt a bit, please."

Jessica does what he asks and the kids gather around.
Suddenly a strong heartbeat fills the room.

"Oh my gosh! That's the baby?!" Isaiah's eyes widen.
"That's my baby?"

"Yes sir!"

Emily smiles and places her hand on his back.

"I say it's a boy."

"Oh Danny, how do you know that!" Jessica laughs.

"I have a feeling!"

Soon it was time for the ultrasound.
As soon as the image of a tiny bean sized thing popped up, everyone was in tears.

"Oh my gosh! Hi! Oh sweet baby, I'm your mommy!"

"Aw.." Jessica pouts.

The doctor then scans around and everyone gasps.

"What is? Wait, wait, wait.. is that?" Emily freezes.

"That's another baby." Isaiah says not blinking.

"It's twins?!" Jessica asks. Her eyes practically jumping out of her head.

"It's twins!" The doctor chuckles.

"Oh my gosh! Oh my!" She giggles nervously.

Jessica was happy for her son and his wife, but being honest, having twins at this age scared her more than anything.

Later that night.

"You okay, honey? You're quiet.. usually by now you'd be annoying the shit out of me."

"I'm okay.."

"No you're not.  What's up?"

"I'm scared!" Jessica cries.

"Why, honey? About the babies?"

"Yeah!"

"Why? You've had babies before, honey. You've even had twins before!  Just four years ago, babe.  It wasn't ages ago!"

"But Danny I'm over fifty now.. don't tell the kids I'm scared. It was just a shock but.. I'll be okay!  I'm happy I'm doing this for them, I really am."

"If anyone can do this, it's you, Babydoll."

Jessica closes her eyes as Danny kisses her nose.

"Ohh! Shut up, you don't have to do it!" Jessica storms off to the bathroom.

Thanksgiving.

Jessica has gotten used to the idea of having two babies, so there have been no more tears.
Today is the day they are going to be announcing the pregnancy to everyone.

"Ouch!  Dammit!"

"Jessica?  Are you okay?"

"My jeans don't fit!"

"The bambinos are growing!  Here, wear your maternity pants."

"Oh you found them!" She smiles.

"I did!  Do I win a kiss?"

"Haha!  Sure." Jessica smiles.

...

"Ah these are so much more comfortable!" Jessica says with her shirt rolled up.

"Look at that belly.  It's growin already, baby."

"I know!  It's weird, isn't it?" Jessica chuckles and rubs her belly.

"Very!  You look beautiful." He smiles.

"Aw.. thank you, Danny boy."

Later that day.

The entire family was gathered around catching up and having a great time. Little did they know they were about to get so many surprises.

"William!  How's auntie Ana's little man?" Anastasia picks him up.

"Good!  I so good, Auntie!"

Anastasia laughs and kisses his cheek.

"Hey sis, did you see his cute little outfit?" Gabriella asks.

"Let me see!  Did you change, buddy? You weren't wearing that before."

"What does it say?" Jessica smiles.

"It says- OH MY GOSH!" Anastasia screams.

"What?!" Jessica gets annoyed.

"You're pregnant?"

"Me?" Jessica asks. Her eyes slightly widening.

"No, ME!  I'm pregnant again!  This time it was on purpose!" Gabriella smiles.

"You're pregnant, baby girl?!"

"I am!"

"Aw Gabby!" Jessica hugs her tightly.

"William, you're gonna be a big brother!" Jessica picks him up and kisses him repeatedly.

"Yeah, Lolli! I gonna be a big bruder! I kepted da secwet!"

"Oh you're so good, baby boy!"

The entire family was so excited.

"Guys, I want to announce something too!" Anastasia says.

"Ana!  This is my moment!" Gabriella pouts.

"I know but SHH, and listen!"

"What's your news, princess?" Danny asks.

"I was offered a role in a movie.. a leading role." She smiles. "This is it.  This is all I've ever wanted!" Anastasia says.  Tears filling her eyes.

"Ahh!  My baby!" Jessica grabs her. "I'm so happy for you!  Oh a new grand baby and a movie star!  What else could a mommy want?" She smiles.

Isaiah clears his throat. "Momma?"

"Oh right!" She smiles.

"Guys, Emily and I have some news." He says.

Gabriella sighs. "Guys I didn't think everyone was going to have something to say!  I would've gone last!"

"Gabriella, be nice and be happy for your siblings!" Jessica says.

"I threw up in the potty!" Emerson says. "I told mommy right in time!"

"I'm happy for you." Gabriella says with a straight face.

"Heh! Well anyway!
You all know that Emily and I are unable to have children of our own.. it wasn't easy accepting, but.. someone in our life stepped up and offered something so incredible. Someone that I love so so much.. and even more after this. My mother.. that beautiful beautiful soul over there.. she's offered to carry our baby. And we're so happy to announce that she is now almost eight weeks pregnant with our twins."

"WHAT?!" The room screams.

"Plot twist!" Jessica shouts.

"You're pregnant too?! Mamacita we're pregnant together! This is going to be so much fun!" Gabriella jumps up and down and hugs her mother.

"Oh Lord.. this is going to be terrible." Danny grabs his head.

"Who's pregnant?!" Albert asks.

"Gabriella and Jessie." Dorothy answers.

"What?"

"Gabriella and Jessie!"

"Jessie? What?! She's old, Dottie!"

"Al, we all know that! Now just say congratulations!" She shouts.

"Congratulations, Jessie."

"Thank you, daddy!" Jessica laughs. "The babies aren't mine though!"

"What the hell?" He makes a face.

"They're Zaya's."

"What the hell, Jessica?! He's your son!"

"Daddy, that didn't happen! They are their babies!"

"Not yours?"

"Not mine! They're my grand babies." Jessica lays her hand on her belly.

Albert gives. "You've always been strange, Jessica."

"Daddy!" She laughs.

"Gramma." Charlotte walks up to her.

"Yes my Charlie Parley?"

"You're having babies? Again?"

"Yep!"

"At your age?" She chuckles.

"Yes, Charlotte." Jessica says looking very unamused.

"And they're not yours?"

"No, baby."

"They're uncle Zaya's?"

"That's right!"

"..Gramma, you are kind of weird."

"Gee, Thanks!" Jessica laughs.

"Mommy! Want youuuuu!" Willow cries. The twins have been extra clingy lately.

"Mommy has to potty. I'll be back."

"Go with you!"

"No Willow, stay here and-"

"GO WITH YOU!" She shouts.

"Okay Fine!"

"Mama, what you doin?"

"Just pee pee, silly girl."

"Oh! Mama I still not pee pee in the potty." Willow nods.

"I know and you're gonna have to. Soon mama won't be able to change you."

"But why?" She lifts her hands.

"Because my tummy's gonna grow!"

"Why? You eat too much?"

"Well that and Because there are babies in there!"

"Oh no!" She whines.

Jessica chuckles and pulls her pants down.

Jessica looks down and gasps.

"Mama! You's is bleeding!" Willow says with worry.

"Oh no.. oh no.. I'm losing these babies. Shit!" Jessica whispers.

Jessica quickly wipes herself and pulled her pants up.

After washing her hands she ran out to find Danny.

"Guys! Mommy's bleeding! We have to take her to the hostable!" Willow says in a panic.

"What?" Isaiah quickly turns.

"I'm bleeding." Jessica cries.

"Oh gosh. Okay, let's hurry up and get to the emergency room. There are so many reasons you could be bleeding, it doesn't necessarily mean it's That."

"Okay.." Jessica says trying to remain calm.

Danny, Jessica, Isaiah and Emily hurry off to the hospital. Jessica prayed and prayed the entire drive over. She couldn't be losing these babies.
