We walked into Ronin's shop and Alex wandered off and looked at everything.

"Heelllooooo? Anybody here! Specifically Ronin!" I yelled out, looking in all directions.

"Hmm, he could possibly not be here at the moment." Colty responded while flicking something silver in a box.

Alex snorted. "Thought you'd know if he was here know-it-all."

Colty glared but kept her mouth shut and looked around the shop.

I walked up to what seemed to be the cashier's, aka Ronin's spot, and look around there. "Maybe he's just busy guys," I said while looking at a weird vase in my area. "Or he's definitely not here."

"Oh we did not just come all the way to Stiix to find out Ronin isn't even here!" Alex yelled, hands upraised into the air.

Colty sighed. "We would've had to still come here, Alex. We couldn't have known if he was gonna be here."

"Yeah," Alex muttered. "But it would've been easier to know than to come and not be here at all."

"Well, I guess we're gonna have to go back and say we weren't able to find Ronin." I walked towards the door but didn't leave yet.

Colty stayed in her spot quietly while Alex looked at me. "But doesn't it seem kinda weird to know Ronin isn't even here," Alex admitted. "It just isn't normal to have a shop open when nobody's here."

"Well to be honest Ronin isn't even normal. He's a thief and he helped the ninja before which is definitely weird." I chose my next words carefully. "So it seems kind of normal for Ronin to do these kinds of things."

"I already texted Nya that we weren't able to find Ronin in his shop," Colty said out of nowhere. "She said to head back and it's okay that we couldn't. That we could always try again another time."

Alex groaned. "It took us an hour and a half to come here, and I'm already slightly afraid of water as it is.

"Let's just head back like Nya said, anything can happen and they might actually need us." I spoke to my group.

"We heard, I just didn't want to go back without finishing our simple mission," Alex started walking to the door. "Simple mission!"

Alex then headed out the door and Colty soon followed after her. I looked around the shop for a few seconds and left Ronin's shop as well.

Time to head back.
