|Third Person POV|

Sonic couldn't sleep, he was just walking through the castle, he did have respect for Shadow and Scourge, being the Alphas of the Clan they must be busy a lot at night, he can respect that, as for him, he was anything special besides being someone who was on the run from force marriage, as for Scourge and Shadow they have a whole Clan that look up to them, the blue hedgehog couldn't help but to be a little jealous cause being the prince of Atlantis meant that everyone in the fallen city relied on him to make the choices, to be as great as his parents, when he's not. He does hide his true feeling from the public in the fallen city so that he doesn't concern anyone and make himself look bad, but with him fleeing and not facing his problems he has a problem with that. Just running away instead of facing his problems, a sigh escapes the blue hedgehog's mouth as he just stops at the front door of the castle. He knew what Shadow told him just don't leave castle at night cause of all the danger that was out of the Territory.

"Am I really gonna run away from this?" Sonic asked him as he just turns around to looked at foyer of the castle that lead that had the balcony of the second floor a very open space, two double big doors that lead to the throne room and big double doors to the left that lead to the old Ballroom, smaller doors that lead to the castle's many hallways and spare rooms. The blue hedgehog just lowered his hand and just walked backed to his room, as he was walking he soon came to a stop looking at the old paints of the two princes hanging on the wall. "It's okay Sonic...Maybe in the morning you can hang out with both of them...You can't just keep running away from your problems" he tells himself before he just ran off to start make a plan, he really wasn't one to make a plan since he just went with the flow, but maybe he can get an idea of what the two would like.

|Scourge's POV|

I hate humans, they are the most selfish creatures, besides myself I have ever met, but Mom and Dad had always helped these Hairless Monkeys, in order to keep peace between our Clan and theirs I feel like they may just back stab us, it's not rocket science since these apes, had a history of wars with there fellow kind, and if you think about today they are still have these wars even if it's a small one, anyways as werewolves we help those hunters hunt and gather for food, in return they give us food that we can't really get ourselves, I most importantly fish, I just have a bad history with water, but bathing in it is fine just not swimming in it, unless I have to.

"How are you doing Scourge?" Shadow asked me, he really had to monitor me, I'm fine sure that bear just came out of nowhere but I can handle it, Ugh he's better off back at the castle then out hear. I just let out a growl before pointing my head in the direction of where I smelt the deer. If anything we aren't always lucky on our hunting, but if we can get a bear, or a Moose as well as some the meat the humans trade with use then we can survive.

Shadow just took of in that direction, I just sigh the sooner we get this done the sooner I can see Sonic I follow after him.

|Memory|

Scourge walking into the gardens of the castle he sometimes just takes a walk through the to help clean his mind, he really wasn't one to take care of plants but the place was his Mom's favorite place to come and relax, her words be one with nature, on his walk he stumbled upon his brother Shadow was just sitting on the bench in the garden looking at a very unique tree that was slowly wilting away from the lack of care and sunlight it was getting.

"Shadow? What are you doing out here?"

Shadow's ears perked up and he turning head to see the green hedgehog, he just wipes away a bit of tears from his muzzle just wanting to hide the fact that he's been crying. "H-Hey Scourge..." he swallows the lump in his throat.

The green hedgehog sighs and goes over to the ebony hedgehog sitting down next to Shadow. "You don't have act tough around me, Shadow"

Shadow just shifts his gaze down to the ground before he just stiffs. "This place just had as a lot of memories on them..."

"I know"

"I just remember...Mom always tells us to be careful...and we just ignore her and come over..." Shadow continued, before felt a pair of arms wrapped around him.

"Just let it out.." Scourge said, just bringing the other into a hug.

Shadow just stammers before he just buries his face into Scourge's shoulder, and just letting the tears form in his eyes. The green hedgehog just held him close, it isn't rare for him to see the other hedgehog cry, Hell even he had his moments where he would just ball his eyes out, but sometimes it's okay to just cry not keep those emotions balled up on the inside, looking at the tree and the dying plants, the green hedgehog let out a sigh he's gonna have to hire someone that knows about plants. And he knows just right Werehog to do it.

Shadow walked into the garden and blinks at what he was seeing the plants were no longer dying and looked somewhat healthy, and the tree.

"Shadow!" Scourge said going over to the other hedgehog.

"Y-you did this?" Shadow swallowed, he just looked like he was about to tear up again.

"Well..."

A pink hedgehog where, a yellow short sleeved t-shirt, and jean shorts overalls her hands and face was covered in dirt, her long pink quills were in a ponytail, and she was wearing red boots with a single red striped going down the middle of her boots.

"This is Amy, I ha-"

"Thank You" Shadow said just hugging his brother, who was taken off guard by the sudden hug.

"I knew you could be soft Scourge" Amy smiled with small giggle.

"Shut...Up.." Scourge growls at the pink hedgehog, but he just hugs Shadow back, at least his brother was happy that's all that matters to him.

|Third Person POV|

It's been a while since Sonic had been in the castle with the two werehogs, he's been getting really close with them, just getting to know them better.

"Do you really think you could out run me!" Sonic growled at Scourge butting heads with the green hedgehog. Who only smirked back Sonic, he wasn't one to back down from a challenge.

"You know it Blue" Scourge growled back.

Shadow just puts his hands between on the two hedgehog's and just separates them, "When I said going outside to get fresh air...I didn't mean being chaotic" he said, between him and his brother, he was more reasonable, calm, and always made the smart choices. Scourge on the other hand was more adventurous, and not afraid to life on the edge, but both of them all have a moment where they are weak to. Sure Shadow was fast, but unlike Scourge he can punch harder, his Werehog form is the opposite. Scourge was fast and agile but he can take punches, his Werehog form a bit of the opposite.

Sonic was a mixture of a more open minded and free spirit, and a little bit of common sense, but there was still a secret that he was keeping from the two, just out of fear of what would happen if he didn't tell them, but he didn't need to tell to them yet, a friendship was something that the blue hedgehog was kind of missing when he was back home being a Prince people always looked up to him and feared him in a way that if they did something like even betray him they would be exiled from Atlantis or executed. Sonic's family weren't those of rulers though but it still put it still puts the pressure on Sonic.

"Relax Shads, it's a run back to the castle" Sonic tells Shadow lowering the other hand with his own holding the other hand. Which the other hedgehog took noticed but he just looked away from, moving his other hand from Scourge's face.

Scourge took noticed of Sonic holding his brother's hand he just looks off to the side, he was kind of jealous of seeing Sonic, give his attention to Shadow. Not the he wasn't used to be the one in the other's shadow, just not to their parents though and he can see it that they loved them equally even if the green hedgehog was the most trouble sibling.

Sonic noticed he was holding Shadow's hand and he just pulled his away, as much as he liked it he didn't really want Scourge to feel left out since he kind of liked them both, he knew at some point he was gonna have to make a choice of who he would want date but he'd rather see them both happy with him. When they made to the village, the were-folk were rather welcoming of Sonic, even though they were just as confused about him and his unique scent but, if their Alphas were happy and not fighting anymore than they excepted them, standing outside of the castle was a very dirty pink hedgehog, she normally does her job with the garden and leave, but this must be important if she was standing outside of the castle.

"You guys go ahead, I'll talk to her" Shadow said looking at the pink hedgehog.

Scourge only rolled his eyes and grabs ahold of Sonic's hand, bolting off Sonic letting out a noise from the sudden yank of his arm. Shadow only growled a little bit when he heard a that noise.

"Prince Shadow, I'm glad to see you and Scourge are enjoying our little guests company" Amy giggles.

"Yeah, is there something wrong with the garden?" Shadow asked.

"Right well I think you should come and see it" She said as she turns to walk inside. Shadow following behind the other hedgehog.

Inside the garden there was a patch of pink that faded into purple that bloomed into the garden.

"I...never seen those flowers before?"

"They aren't seasonal that's why? They have to be removed just for our friends safety, after all we aren't really sure what he is and if he even is an omega" Amy tells Shadow with her arms folded.

"Well what do that do?"

"They are a flowers that don't effect us we, Were-Folk and Naga's are immune to the plants effect, but for those species minus Humans, this plant can put any omega into heat with its pollen, and if I don't remove them our friend make be in for an early heat cycle" Amy explains.

Shadow blinks and just started to get red in the face from the thought of him and Sonic, he quickly shakes his head "Yes...Do it. When you have it done..."

"I am planning on have a date tonight, so Tomorrow Morning, if you notice any changes, like smells or him whimpering. Just keep him locked up in the room, it should pass. I know it sounds harsh but it's the only think we can." Amy tells Shadow before grabbing her gardening tools.

Little knows to them was that there was a green hedgehog who was listening in on the conversation a sinister smile spreads across his face, and the idea of using the plant to claim Sonic as his own before The likes of Shadow could.
