(Next day)

The couple were sleeping together while they embraced in each other's arms. Lexi was all giddy following her "bubbly" session with Alex last night. She woke up to hear her phone ringing. She got out of Alex's arms and reached for her phone and saw a text from her dad that today is her mom's birthday and there's a party later this afternoon. The Goddess immediately replied, telling her dad that she's coming later, but didn't mention Alex because she wanted to keep it a surprise. She turned to look at her sleeping boyfriend.

Lexi smiled and playfully messed with Alex by poking his cheek. She then saw that she was just wearing a bra; she then put on her shorts and got an idea. Since it was only 7:00, she decided to go back to sleep. She adjusted her position and pulled Alex's head towards her chest and embraced it before closing her eyes and went into dream mode.

(2 hours later)

Alex slowly woke up in a good mood as he felt a soft feeling against his head. He moved to see Lexi with a cute smile.

Alex: I knew I felt something soft, and it wasn't my pillow

Lexi giggled ad bit her lower lip.

Lexi: oh babe, today is my mom's birthday and I promised my dad that we'll be there

Alex: okay, wait we? Does your parents know about us?

Lexi: no, and that's the thing, I want to surprise my mom

Alex got a nervous look on his face.

Lexi: what's wrong, babe?

Alex: what if they don't approve of us? Remember you used to bully me in high school

Lexi: don't worry about that my love; years passed and we both matured

Alex: okay...

He was distracted as he was looking at the Goddess' chest.

Lexi: babe, my eyes are up here

Alex: huh, oh sorry

Lexi: come here you

She grabbed him and connected their lips for a passionate kiss.

After that, Lexi wore a shirt and the couple went downstairs for breakfast and giving the zoo their food.

Alex: what time are we gonna go?

Lexi: this afternoon, maybe like 4:00

Alex: I want to make a good first impression

Lexi: oh you're so silly, babe

Alex: hey, they will know that their daughter's boyfriend was her old bullying victim

Lexi sat on Alex's lap and wrapped her arms around him to calm him down.

Lexi: baby, my parents will love you. Look, you got a nice job and you own a successful company, and most important, you've been always good to me

Alex put his hand on her thigh and wrapped his arm around her waist.

Alex: you always know what to say

Lexi: of course I'm the Goddess and I love you

After they ate, they decided to relax in the house and watched Netflix while they cuddled.

(A couple of hours later)

It was 2:30, and the couple wasted no time in washing up, so they decided to shower together. Though there was some hot business they were doing in the bathroom.

Then they got dressed up and were prepared for the party. Lexi noticed Alex was sweating.

Lexi: babe, you're sweating

Alex: I sweat when I'm nervous

Lexi: relax baby

She calmed him down by kissing his neck slowly; it helped ease Alex's nervousness.

Lexi: feel better?

Alex: yeah

Lexi: then let's go!

The couple left the house and drove to Lexi's parents' house.

(30 minutes later)

They arrived at the house to see some cars parked in front.

Lexi: mom invited some of her friends over

Alex: I see

Lexi: let's go?

Alex took a deep breath and nodded.

Alex: let's go

The couple exited the car and went to the front door.

Lexi: mom! Dad!

The Goddess' parents were happy to see their daughter come for a family occasion.

Bob: nice of you to make it, Lexi

Angela: now this is a birthday present I love

Lexi: aww, mom

Lexi's parents turned their attention to Alex.

Angela: oh Lexi, you brought a friend

Alex: hello ma'am, sir I'm Alexander Auditore and I used to go to the same high school as your daughter

Angela: oh, we're you in the same class as Lexi?

Alex: yes ma'am

Lexi: Alex is a special person to me

Bob: how special?

Angela: Lexi, is there something we should know?

Lexi held Alex's hand.

Lexi: mom, dad meet my boyfriend

Bob and Angela were surprised at first, but welcomed Alex with open arms.

Angela: well there's still a party going, so help yourself to some food

Alex: thank you

The party went for three hours before everyone left. The four sat down on the couches to talk.

Bob: so Alex, how did you and Lexi meet?

Lexi: long story, dad

Alex: well, to make it short; ever since my freshman year at high school, Lexi was always bullying me

Lexi blushed.

Angela: Lexi, you bullied him?

Bob: what did she do?

Alex: well she put Tabasco in my spaghetti once, and got me with the classic water bucket on top of the door, Your daughter was a bit of a bad girl

Angela: just like me before

Bob: and I see you're different from Lexi

Alex yes sir, I took my education really seriously and graduated from college with a Bachelor's degree. Now I'm a Certified Public Accountant running his own firm

Bob: I'm impressed, son

Angela: me too

Lexi: I am too

Bob: so you two hated each other in high school, and now you love each other

Lexi: the more you hate, the more you love. Dad, the reason why I bullied Alex is because I like him, but I was too shy to confess

Bob: how adorable

Angela: how long have you two been together?

Lexi: a few months, mom

Angela: wow, and still going strong

Bob: our daughter has someone who can hold down a job, but owns a company; now that's a man

Alex: thank you sir

Bob: no need to be formal, son; you can call us Bob and Angela

Angela: and hopefully soon, mom and dad

Lexi: mom!

Lexi blushed heavily while Alex laughed along.

Bob: all jokes aside, we approve of you two's relationship

Angela nodded in agreement.

Lexi: thanks mom and dad

Angela: Lexi, you got a keeper; a hardworking young man

Lexi: yes

Bob: has he been good to you?

Lexi: he's always been a gentleman to me; he's the best boyfriend I ever have

Angela: Alex, make sure to take care of our daughter

Alex: that's a promise, Angela. I'll be by her side every day

Lexi tearfully smiled and kissed his cheek.

After an hour of talk, it was time for the couple to go.

Alex: it was great to meet you Bob and Angela

Bob: nice to finally meet you, Alex

Angela: remember to keep your promise

Alex: I will

The parents watched them leave before going back inside.

Alex: your parents are nice

Lexi: I'm happy that they approve of our relationship

Alex: what you want to do now?

Lexi: dinner and Disney?

Alex: sounds good

The couple drove home and had dinner and Disney while they cuddled.
