"h-hyung?" the younger gasped in disbelief as he saw the tear rolling down jimin's cheeks.

"oh my god jimin" he whispered, bringing his hand to his boyfriend's face, thumb wiping away his tear.

"i love you jimin" jungkook kissed his forehead before settling back in his seat, gazing at his boyfriend.

"why hasn't he wake up? it's been more than two months!" taehyung pouted, crossing his arms. all six of them are currently in jimin's room, visiting the boy again.

"i don't know, maybe it's not yet time?" jungkook sighed as he rubbed jimin's arm, eyes full of concern.

"well we have to leave now, it's already six. are you going home jungkook?" namjoon asked, looking over at the said boy. jungkook shook his head, a sad smile on his lips.

"i want to stay by his side. i'm not going anywhere until i see him wake up" he said softly, looking fondly at jimin.

"you really love him huh" yoongi muttered, leaning into hoseok's touch as he closed his eyes.

"more than anything" the purple haired reply, voice laced with sincerity as he said that.

the others bid jungkook farewell before leaving, giving him small encouraging words. a sigh left the younger lips as he leaned back into his seat, playing with his fingers.

"when are you going to wake up, hyung?"

jungkook misses the older so, so much, he's going insane.

everytime he watches jimin, his heart aches.

and he still feels guilty at some point, looking at jimin's condition.

only the heart monitor that was continuously beeping made jungkook relaxed, informing him that his boyfriend is still breathing.

the incident that happened two months ago really made him scared in so many different levels. "i really, really miss you jimin" jungkook bit his lips, blinking his eyes in an attempt to stop the tears that are threatening to flow out.

he needs to get some fresh air.

"i'll go out for awhile alright hyung? i just really can't look at you in this state. i'll be back, i promise" he said softly to jimin eventhough the older might not be able to hear and pecked his forehead before slowly walking out of the hospital room.

jungkook breathed out softly, looking out towards the evening sky.

"when will he wake up?" the latter grumbled a little, frustration in his tone.

it has been two months, why won't jimin wake up?

jungkook huffed before making his way to the hospital's cafeteria, buying coffee for himself before making his way back to jimin's room.

jungkook gasped in shock, coffee slipping from his grip as it splattered across the floor.

jimin was awake.

his eyes were fluttering open weakly, closing once in a while as he turned slowly towards the frozen boy.

"jungkook" his voice was cracked and soft due to the oxygen mask being placed on him.

that voice snapped jungkook back to reality as he lunged himself towards the older boy.

"jimin! oh my god hyung, you're awake! oh my god!" tears started flowing down from jungkook's eyes, happy tears this time.

he heard jimin chuckling faintly, rubbing the younger's back gently.

"i can't believe you're awake" jungkook whispered, kissing the top of jimin's head as he tightened his grip on the other a little.

jungkook pulled away after awhile, a smile on his face as jimin wiped away his tears.

"have you been crying too much?" jimin asked, voice still soft since he just woke up. but jungkook heard the concern lacing up his voice as jimin furrowed his brows a little.

"i'm okay now, i'm alright. you're awake so i'm alright" he replied, kissing the elder's palm that was on his cheek.

jungkook called the doctor, seeing junior smiling once he saw jimin awake. he did a check up for jimin while jungkook stayed outside, calling the others while he was waiting for jimin.

"no fucking way! you're not kidding right?" taehyung's high pitched voice made jungkook grin as he replied him.

"we'll visit him tomorrow then since it's already late. thank you for telling jungkook-ah" the other chimed a little, ending the call.

jungkook kept his phone after calling the others. seeing junior exiting jimin's room and smiling at him before leaving, he entered jimin's room again, the oxygen mask now taken away as jimin sat up a little on the hospital bed.

"hey" jimin smiled as the younger sat beside him.

"come here" jimin said, making space for the purple haired on the bed.

jungkook giggled a little before sitting beside himin, immediately wrapping his arms around jimin, laying his head on the elder's chest.

"i miss you so much" he whispered as he closed his eyes, hearing jimin's beating heart as he felt jimin kissing his head.

"i was always here kookie" jimin joked and jungkook pulled away, a frown on his face as his bottom lip poked out.

"do you even know how worried i was for you? i was so scared you would leave me hyung! when you suddenly had a cardiac arrest, i was so scared, i thought i could go insane hyung! that was the most horrifying thing i saw. and when junior hyung said you only had a few hours to live if you didn't take up the operation, do you know how sca-"

the younger was silenced by jimin's lips meshing onto his, the elder's hands wrapped around his neck as jungkook's eyes were wide from shock but slowly flutters shut as he tightened his grip on the other's waist, straddling jimin in the end.

they pulled away once oxygen was lack in their lungs, foreheads against each other as they opened their eyes, love surrounding them.

"i'm here now jungkook, aren't i?" jimin asked softly, staring into jungkook's sparkling orbs.

jungkook nodded, closing his eyes as he crashed his lips onto jimin's once again.
