ACP instructed Aishwarya to go to his cabin after 5 minutes.

Abhijeet asked," Aishwarya, how did you get to know that Dr. Salunkhe was arrested?"

Daya and Sachin shared a glance. Abhijeet caught them looking at each other and made a mental note. He had to ask Daya about this.

Aishwarya replied," I have my ways."

Purvi said,"If you don't mind me asking, why is Sree here then?"

Aishwarya face changed, it had a somewhat serious but a teasing look,"That's what I want to ask. Why are you here, Mr.Sreesanth?"

Sree rubbed his neck and gave an awkward smile," Well, boss thought that you might not take this case. So, he sent to..."

Aishwarya rolled her eyes, "You don't even have a license yet. What were you thinking? What would you do if I didn't turn up?"

"I don't know actually. Kidnap you perhaps?" Sree smiled.

Everyone standing in the room could realise that Sree and Aishwarya had a friendly relationship. But, Aishwarya was senior and had the last say in everything.

Aishwarya checked her watch,"I will go and talk to ACP Sir."

Her watch catched Kavin's eyes. He was really surprised. Purvi saw this. Purvi has had feelings for Kavin for a while. These feelings can't be described in words. This is something different. Purvi couldn't help thinking that Kavin knew her. She had to ask Kavin about her.

Aishwarya entered ACP's cabin.

"Take a seat," ACP instructed in his stern voice.

Aishwarya quietly took a seat. She was about to cross her legs but then she realised that ACP is elder than her so she should show some respect.

Leaning on the chair , she said,"My boss Prateek sent me here. No I actually don't know the entire scenerio. But, I know enough to bail, Dr.Salunkhe."

ACP wondered,"Is she a mind reader or something?" He hadn't asked any questions yet she had answers ready.

She smiled slightly,"I am a lawyer, ACP Sir. And I don't think it will be a stretch to say that I am one of the best lawyers currently if not the BEST."

ACP said,"If you don't know the entire scenerio, why are defending him?"

"Hmm.... because my boss said so. And my boss has offered to pay me a good amount of money."

"Money?"

"You don't think I will do this for free, do you? Though Boss told me not to say anything related to money, at least not to Dr.Salunkhe."

"Then, why did you tell me?"

"Its better to know everything,right? Moreover, I will need your help."

"What help? You know we can't help.."

"Yes! Yes! I know! You don't help lawyers at least defending lawyers. You only help the prosecutors. But you see,ACP I have a tendency to snoop around. My habit can be a bit troublesome for your investigation. Also, don't you want to make sure that your friend is free?"

"At this point, Salunkhe is not my friend."

"Really? Then, tell me ACP Pradyuman, why didn't you say to your officers even though you know that they allowed Dr.Salunkhe to make a call?"

ACP's face changed a bit. Aishwarya smiled at her victory. She was on the right track.

She continued,"Tell me, why did you send my boss,Prateek an anonymous email with vague details of this case?"

ACP sighed,"You are smart."

"Of course, I am. Remember, I am.."

"One of the best lawyers? Yes, I remember. Listen, Aishwarya I can't help you directly but...but..I will send two of my officers with you. However, I will tell them to keep an eye on you."

Aishwarya got up,"That will be helpful. Thank you very much."

Giving him a reassuring smile, she said, "I will save your friend,sir."

After the storm named Aishwarya left along with her assistant (?), the officers were doing their own works.

It was lunch break and Purvi thought that it was the best time to meet Kavin. She found Kavin at his usual stop, the terrace.

"Kavin sir!" She called him.

Kavin turned,"Purvi! Hi!"

She stood next to him.

The next moments passed in silence.

Finally, Purvi decided to ask him,"Sir... what's been bothering you? Ever since Aishwarya arrived you are acting strange."

Kavin was afraid of his very moment. What if someone asked him about Aishwarya? He was scared. Should he tell?

He looked at Purvi. The wind was making her hair messy. She looked beautiful. He won't deny that he has always been interested in Purvi.

But, worry was visible on her face. He was worried what if Purvi's thoughts about him changed after hearing this.

But, he knew he had to told.

If he can't say this to her, he won't be able to say this to anyone. She was the one he trusted more after him Dushyant.

"Purvi, actually....." He started.
