The next day~
Mirae's POV
As I walked down the school hallways clutching a white envelope in hand, I saw BTS approaching to which I tried to cover my face trying to hide due to being too shy to face them at the moment. They spotted me and was about to head towards me, but my immediate reaction was to dodge away from their sight, taking a longer route to my destination, avoiding them and leaving them confused by my actions.

Jungkook's locker was in sight, I was about to head to his locker when I noticed them heading my way, to which I, out of reflex, cause me to fling myself behind a nearby wall.

My eyes widen in horror as Taehyung leaned against Jungkook's locker - blocking my way, while all of them conversed happily.

As the seconds slowly trickled by, I started to get more and more desperate as they showed no signs of leaving. Even when they were one minute to bell ring(class starts) they still stood there. I didn't want to miss nor skip any classes but I guess I have to, for the sake of my own face.

Finally when the bell rang they began to scatter in different directions, all rushing off to class as I waited for all of them to clear off.
I stood in front of Jungkook's locker as I turned my head, looking both ways checking for any wandering souls. Once I was sure that no one was around and that the coast was clear, I secretly slipped the white envelope that I held into his locker. Before making the decision of just skipping the whole day of school - might as well right?

Jungkook's POV
During my first period, I couldn't help but notice the empty seat in class. The seat belonged to Mirae. I was sure that I had seen her this morning. She isn't the type of person to just skip classes, so where is she?
Or did I just miss talking to her so much that I start to hallucinate myself into seeing her.

Timeskip(after breaktime)~

She wasn't seen during break either. Maybe I really was just dreaming, I thought to myself as I headed towards my locker to get my books for the next lesson. Swinging open my locker door to retrieve my books, from the corner of my eye, I caught sight of a white envelope - that held a familiar hand writing of my name, it fell out of my locker and onto the floor. Picking it up, I gently tore open the letter only to be greeted by a short and simple hand written note.

It says,

Dear Jungkook,

Meet me at Crescent Park after school at 3pm.

Love,
Mirae

Meet her at the park?
I wonder what for. Can't she speak to me directly in school? And did she sign off with Love?!

*Breathe in
Breathe out.

Come on Jungkook, get the hang of yourself. It probably means nothing. People sign off with love all the time. Nothing to get worked up about.
But then again....

It's Mirae!

How can I not?

After reading that note, time seemed to slow down for me, it was as if every single class happens to turn out longer. Throughout all the lessons nothing got into my head, my mind was just too distracted to pay attention. I was in a whole other dimension.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity - or you can say what felt like what I think eternity feels like, the bell for the last class rang, signaling the end of school. And when it did, I was the first one out of the classroom. I zoomed towards our meeting location, Crescent Park. Reaching there, I was panting as I looked around searching for a certain female and when I spotted her sitting on a nearby bench, I took a few seconds to calm myself down while combing my hand through my hair making sure that I looked my best in front of her.

Casually walking towards the bench, I tapped her on the shoulder. It was as if time slowed down as she turned around facing me, giving me the most gorgeous and brightest smile I have ever seen.
She looked amazing.

"Hey Jungkook, i'm glad you came.", she greeted.

"I wouldn't miss it for the world.", I replied without thinking and when I finally did realise what I just said, I turned crimson as she let out an adorable giggle at the sight of my red state.

But after that she looked down towards the ground shyly, using her feet to draw aimless circles on the ground.

When she then shyly uttered faintly, "You know, I always had a crush on you since young. I really admired you, but what i'm saying is, I love you Jungkook."

It was so soft that I nearly didn't catch her words but luckily, I did. I smiled the biggest smile I had ever done, showing my adorable bunny teeth before embracing her in a tight hug.

Pulling away and getting down on one knee I asked, "Mirae, please be my 여자 친구?"

She just nodded her head as tears of joy streamed down of her face. I got up slowly, my hand cupping her face as our lips connected.

"I love you too Mirae."

I am truly one lucky guy.
