Chapter 7: Time
How many days? How many days since he disappeared? Two months, it's September already.
USSR had no idea how she was supposed to keep track of everything. From Stalin's death just about six years ago to their children to even the fact that there were still Nazis made things harder. Not to mention America's antics everywhere.
At least he had someone always stationed at Spandau. It wasn't ideal, nor was the existence of the west side of Berlin. But it was better than any logical alternatives.
“Mama?” USSR snapped out of her thoughts by the sound of Kazakhstan's voice.
“Yes?” They asked, looking up from the book he had absentmindedly been staring at.
“Russa was supposed to play with me but she's not here…” Kazakhstan murmured, wrapping his wings around himself.
USSR stiffened, pursing her lips. Not another disappearance… especially not SFSR…
