Before I go into the specifics of why you should or shouldn't read this story, I just want to say something. I usually don't write stories for the holidays or seasons, but this year, I wanted to do something fun and different. So I wrote a short-ish story for Valentine's Day! Now, lately, I haven't been into going into sappy or light romances because I think I don't write them very well, so to mix things up, I wrote a dark romance for Valentine's Day. I'm probably not the first to do so, but I enjoyed it. A lot.

Now, let's get into the specifics.

Twisted Crush is something I've never explored before. Rachel and Trey have become special to me because they are the types of characters I want to write about, and to have people fall in love with them. And I think the reason why I love them so much is because they're flawed. EXTREMELY flawed.

The reasons why I think this story should be rated R or "mature" is because I explored themes and situations in Twisted Crush that could be upsetting, uncomfortable, or triggering for some readers. I want to say that very clearly. If you think these things aren't for you, then you probably shouldn't read:

-Mental illness

-Descriptive and extreme violence

-Explicit sexual scenes and descriptive dialogue

-MENTAL ILLNESS (yes, I said it again)

-Some blood and semi-gore (if that's even a thing)

-And occasional vulgar language

Please take note of these things because things get graphic and descriptive throughout the story. I don't want to upset anybody who might not be okay with this.

On another note, this is all my content. I created these characters, situations, etc. So don't steal any of it. That isn't nice or fun. Thank you.
