Swara directed me to the guest washroom but I obviously escaped and silently went to my room. Which was already occupied, as my oldy husband who was there, had already changed to his night wear- a sweat pant and a t shirt.

I obviously can't change my clothes, still my washroom was my washroom none like the guest washroom. So as I entered the room, I directly headed to the bathroom. Completely ignoring Laksh who now was keeping the office clothes in the laundry bag.

After I freshened up, I went outside to see the room's door locked. While I angrily looked at the culprit he moved dangerously close to me. I moved backwards until I reached the door.

I effing hate doors. Always backing me up.

Wait that sounded good? Na but in all the wrong way.

"I am still angry." I announce which was as always ignored.

"I know."

"Ha good let me go. They are waiting for me."

"You are angry. I am not." He answers smartly.

"So?"

"I am kissing you." He announces as he tries to close the distance between our lips.

"I said I am angry." I repeat.

"Ha so? I am not asking you to kiss me." He smirks.

Obviously this oldy has answers for everything. He knows if he kisses me obviously I would return it back..okay after exact three minutes of discussion between my brain and heart.

And heart would have won.

So predictable.

As he inches closer, my eyes shut close thus giving no time even for the discussion.

Meeting cancelled folks.

But before our lips would have locked I heard a scream.

"RAGINI!!!!" I heard Tia's voice thus bringing me to reality.

As I open my eyes and shove Laksh aside while opening the door and leaving.

"Where were you?" Tia asks concerned as I enter the drawing room. Descending the staircase.

"I got lost?" I offer which gets a 'ooh' response from her but a wicked smile from both my ma..s

Okay. I know that they know, heck even you all know.

"Come I have arranged the table," Ma says as she smiles at all of us. With a nod we all move towards the table.

Entering the dining table room, the aroma of the rajma chawal and bhindi enter my nostrils along with paneer ki sabzi as I look at the dinner table and then at ma.

Also they were accompanied by other dishes but these were my favourite.

We quickly sit down. Bhai and Swara also come, while bhai also sits, Swara goes and stands next to Anu ma which earns her a glare and she smiles as she also sits next to bhai.

I was sitting in between Tia and Samir so now Mr.Oldy can't use any tactic to sit next to me.

Good.

Then finally the late lateef oldy shows up and greets Anu ma and ma and everyone of us, his eyes locking with mine before he sits on the chair just infront of me.

Okay.

Then soon Ma and Anu ma starts serving us and also sits with us after bhai and Laksh and Swara insist.

Laksh raises his head and smirks at me..

The war starts now.

"So you all need to finish your packing by tomorrow as we are leaving the day after tomorrow, early in the morning." Laksh informs the others.

"Sir, as said I won't be able to make it on thursday." I inform politely.

Let the game begin.

"Ragini its an official meet you are supposed to attend it. Its a great opportunity." Bhai adds.

Bhai!!!

What should I reply?

Laksh smiles at me as he winks.

"But Sanskaar maybe she has some personal work. We can't force her." Swara adds as she gives me an understanding smile.

Take that oldy!! I have my army ready.

I give my eyebrows a lift as I look at Laksh.

Laksh looks devoid of words.

"Yes sir, I can't come." I again add.

"Ragini, as said its a business meeting we are are not giving you an option. This meeting is only going to help you in your office points and might even gain you all a promotion." Laksh adds.

So he uses the promotion trump card.

Everyone looks at me expectedly.

"B.." I start but nothing comes in my mind.

"Beta we can't force her. See she is already married her husband might have problem with this." Anu ma adds.

I love you ma!!!

I smile widely while Laksh gives a puppy face look to Anu ma.

"Yes sir. My husband-" I start as I earn huffs from bhai and Swara and a glare from Laksh.

While my gang who are so very eager to meet my husband looks onn hearing carefully.

"My husband won't allow me to come in this trip. Moreover its not even a week since we married, he won't like me leaving already for 5 days." I complete as I look at Laksh giving me mixed looks.

One of them saying,

'Your husband wants you to goo.'
'Your husband is so good.'

"But you can convince him right? I am sure he can give you permission." My ma says.

Ma ma nahi rahi,, bhai bhai na raha,
Dekho kya hai yeh jo atyachaar meine sahaa!!

''Ma-a'm." I screech while ma gives me an uapologetic look.

Damad zayaada pyaara hogaya.

The game was in the most crucial stage. Something I had to win. Laksh and I were glaring at eachother anticipating our significant eachother's next move.

Kya karu?

Lastly I start," Sir, Ma'am I don't want to give up this opportunity myself but you all try to understand my situation. My husband and my inlaws won't like this impromptu trip of mine. I am-"

"Beta don't worry. I will talk to your husband and make him understand. He will agree for sure, leave that on me now. For now you enjoy the dinner and you are coming." Papa says as he emerges from some where.

Offering Laksh a victory smile while me a wicked one.

Papa papa bhi nahi rahe!!!!

I give him an angry look.

This earned him two points. What can I say now? My only reason was taken care of .

"So now Ragini, I hope no more issues in joining us?" Laksh asked giving a victory smile.

"No sir."

'Yes oldy.'

And we all again started eating. Everyone was amused apart from those three monkeys who had no idea that they didn't just attend a normal conversation but a war between a husband and wife.

Where family was divided as they took their sides and fought bravely until the senapati of the other team called the king himself while the defeated team's king was on a out of station work. So the other team couldn't fight back and thus lost.

What can a queen and two princess do alone.

Alot of things but here one princess is disguised as a helper. So the two sides were imbalanced. But this princess will fight back.

"Thank you Ma'am for the dinner." We all say as we were leaving the house.

Samir was going to book an Ola for us and drop us-the girls first and then head back home.

Which address will I tell them?

My ma and papa are also here only. Where will I go?

"Come Ragu," Samir said as we headed towards the door.

"Wait!" My oldy speaks.

"No need of booking an ola I will drop you all." Laksh says.

I smile as I know the reason.

"But sir-" Samir starts but Laksh insists and then orders so we go with him.

This so that they can reach home. I to can come back home again.

Great.

What will this trip hold for us? All of us?
