Anika ran towards Nikita in worry who was crying holding her leg. She bent in front of her and asked what happened but Nikita couldn't reply as she was in pain. Anika picked Nikita in her arms and helped her to sit on the sofa. She is a mother and she can't see her child crying in pain, she feels a heartthrobbing pain inside her heart to see her daughter crying. Janvi, Yash, and dadi surrounded Anika in worry and checked from afar what happened as Anika was sitting in front of her daughter.

"Mumma my feet got hurt. I playing when my feet hit a table", Nikita said while crying and hugged Anika. Anika kissed her forehead softly and caressed her hair softly to calm her daughter down as she couldn't see her crying. She was so worried when she noticed her crying and wondered what happened to her. She looked towards her feet to check no serious injury. She sighed in relief finding Nikita healthy and kissed her forehead softly and wiped Nikita's tears softly. Anika sat beside her and shook her head gesturing for her daughter not to cry anymore

"It's ok baby stop crying please", Anika said caressing her hair lovingly and making Nikita sit on her lap. Soon Shivaay entered the hall and ran towards Nikita who was silent by now feeling Anika's love and warmth. Anika smiler seeing her husband worried as he looks cute when he is worried for his children and she loves teasing him for worrying for nothing. Even though she is the same she is always quick enough to hide it.

"What are you saying? See she is hurt", Shivaay said angrily and picked Nikita from Anika's lap sat on one corner with Nikita, and adjusted her in his lap. Anika looked at him in shock as she was not expecting him to behave like this. She was not hurting her daughter, his action looked like he took away his daughter from the woman who makes her cry every time. She walked towards Shivaay who was hugging his daughter close to his heart. She was about to shout at him but seeing the duo she smiled and adored her sweet family

"She is hurt Anika", Shivaay said

"I can see that. Her feet hit the table and it is normal.", Anika said which angered Shivaay. He looked towards her raising his eyebrows wondering if it was his wife who was speaking or someone else.

"What do you mean by that?", Shivaay asked angrily

"She got hurt a little which is normal if our feet got hit and see blood is not even oozing out", Anika said and bent in front of her daughter who was looking at her parents now. She was crying because she panicked when her feet were burning but when she felt Anika's care, she felt her pain vanishing and till Shivaay came she was alright

"How is your pain now?", Anika asked softly caressing Nikita's hair softly to which Nikita replied

"It's ok mumma", she said and looked towards Shivaay who looked here and there in embarrassment. He is short-tempered and gets angry easily if it comes to his family as a scratch on them makes him mad. Nikita is very dear to him and he praised her like a princess. He completed her every wish and was very close to her so he couldn't see her crying and felt Anika was lying just to calm him down but he was wrong. He is happy to be proven wrong as his daughter is alright but his poor heart is not yet satisfied. He hugged Nikita and helped her to stand. He thought Nikita would not walk but instead, she ran towards Yash jumping in excitement

"So now we will go for shopping. Yyy", she said excitedly which made Anika smile widely and she nodded at her daughter. She told Janvi and dadi that they were going out with Rudra to which they nodded and asked them to enjoy.

"Let's go", Anika said which excited both kids and they ran towards Shivaay's car screaming "Yyyyyyyy ", and as usual they ran towards the passenger seat for the window and started to fight about who would sit with Rudra and both were arguing when Nikita suggested to play stone, paper and scissor.

"Stop it both of you. I will sit on the passenger seat so go back and sit with Rudra Chachu. Shivaay will drive not Rudra ", Anika said opening the door of a back seat for them. They nodded sighing in defeat. Yash ran inside first and Nikita waited till Rudra came and then took the widow seat showing her tongue to Yash. Anika giggled seeing them behaving the same like nth time and they didn't even get bored of it

Soon they reached the jewelry shop first as Anika suggested them purchase a ring from the shop and then go to the mall as they would be free from one responsibility at least. Shivaay and Rudra agreed as they got her point and walked inside the store to see it full of many rings, bangles, and other accessories made up of gold, silver, and diamond as well. Gold is what attracts Anika the most and she tries to save whatever she buys to use it for Nikita. Sometimes Shivaay scolded her for not using her jewellery and preserving them for her daughter who is still a child. He tells her not to think of the future a lot but here Anika always thinks of her daughter first. What will happen if she does? Nikita should have gold to sell if needed and she should not die of hunger. Like always Anika walked toward the jewelry section and asked for the price of one necklace

"For Nikita hana? Because as far I know my wife never wears any of these jewelry. She always pretends to lile gold but never buys for herself", Shivaay asked to which Anika nodded while caressing the necklace. It was a Kundan necklace that was designed beautifully with a black Dori in the end.

"You are impossible Anika ", Shivaay said rolling his eyes and closing the necklace box as he didn't want her to purchase them as a showpiece. He hates this habit of his wife who always replies that she earns for her children. He knows that but he wants her to wear those jewelry when needed.

"I will buy this then", Rudra said in excitement and purchased the ring happily. Before Rudra could take out some cash to pay, Anika purchased the ring by sending online money which made both Shivaay and Rudra smile. Later after buying the ring, they went to a mall. There they enjoyed as kids loved seeing a mall in India. India is new to them and exploring India is very exciting for both of the kids. They purchased chips, chocolates, and other food items for themselves. Shivaay and Anika purchased dresses to wear on engagement and at the wedding as well and then they moved towards the children's section to buy clothes for them too.

Rudra didn't like any of the sherwani for himself and asked them to see other shops. Like this, they spend their day roaming the city. Anika never thought it would look so tiring to purchase dresses for one event. Rudra didn't purchase an outfit for marriage as he said he would discuss it with Bhavya first which made them smile. They walked towards their particular rooms holding bags and children holding their treats. They ran towards Rudra's room to share chips with him and they found Rudra as their partner in crime

Shivaay and Anika entered their room and put the bags on the side. Anika lay on the bed tiredly as she had enough of walking and wasting her energy. She regretted joining them as it looked very tiring to her whereas the kids said that they enjoyed it and it was exciting for them. Anika wondered how. She was relaxing keeping her hand on her eyes as her head was burning when she heard her name called by Shivaay and she sat to see Shivaay with a gift box, she smiled and snatched the gift box from his hand and opened it hurriedly. On opening it, she found the same necklace that she liked but Shivaay didn't let her see even.

"I brought this for you Anika ", he said with a smile. Anika stood up and hugged him tightly in excitement and happiness. She is very happy to get a husband like him to complete her every wish without even asking for it. She gleamed with joy when she realized that surprises by him were too beautiful and best. She kissed his shoulder and then his cheek. She broke the hug and pointed toward the necklace in happiness

"This...", she said happily and was interrupted by Shivaay

"Yes, and this one is for you my love", Shivaay said and kissed her forehead. Anika closed her eyes feeling peace. She loves it when he surprises her and makes her feel loved. She always thanks her God for tying them into a knot. She feels herself very lucky to be his wife. Shivaay made her sit on the bed and sat beside her holding her hand in his. He knew Anika liked this necklace but he hated the fact that she thinks of their daughter but not her. Why it is so?

"Thank you so much Shivaay. This means a lot", Anika thanked Shivaay and put her head on his shoulder softly which made him smile. They stayed silent in the same position for some time. Nobody spoke a word but they knew what the other person was feeling. Shivaay was feeling proud to make his family smile and Anika was happy to get the best gift from Shivaay today. They listened to their heartbeat and enjoyed silence as silence is also a form of love. And for them, everything is a form of love. After sometime Shivaay broke the silence and asked her to wear it

"Can I?", Shivaay asked.

"Tomorrow for sure Shivaay. Be patient Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi ", she said and walked towards the table to put the necklace box there, and soon she was engulfed in a back hug by Shivaay. She whispered his name and started to breathe heavily due to the proximity. They have spent years together but still, whenever he comes close to her, she feels shy and her breath hitch whenever his body comes in contact with her's. Anika shivered when Shivaay kissed her shoulder and they enjoyed the night.

The next day they started preparations for the engagement. Janvi and Anika got busy guiding servants on how to work. Dadi adored the view of her house after so long. Finally, her Mansion is looking like a home today. Everything was messed up right now as the workers were still decorating the mansion in a light theme. Curtains were on the ground and a few of them were with Anika as she was guiding the workers on how to help. There was hustle and bustle everywhere until they heard a familiar voice and turned to see Tia standing near the door. Rudra also came back and noticed Tia standing at the door

"Hello everyone", Tia said while waving her hand at them.
