The boys arrived at the village on the very outskirts. It was hustle bustle but boggy and dirty. Namjoon could see the depression and grime on every face. It wasn't too hard to tell they were outsiders as they moved though the dull grey people.

Namjoon was bumped particularly hard while trying to keep up with Jungkook and thankfully the fairy was there to keep him from stumbling into a mud puddle outside a restaurant. Jungkook grabbed his hand leading him though the crowds skillfully probably from leading Jimin.

Namjoon followed still being particularly tall he could see over people. It gave him time to just stare at the weird forms of infrastructure and development of this tiny colony. Mushroom houses, houses made of twigs, odd objects of trash used for bridges, tunnels, and decorations.

"Jimin knows to go here" Jungkook said interrupting his thoughts. He turned his head to the giant tree with oyster mushrooms scattered along it with varying fairies and creatures sleeping on them.

He followed dumbly as Jungkook got information and started flying with the human to a ledge not far from the top but rather large. "It's like a hotel" Joon said looking at Jungkook who shrugged "I have no idea what that is"

Namjoon smiled "it's like a place where people pay to use a room"

Jungkook hummed and sat on the edge of the mushroom deep in thought. "What's wrong?" He asked.

"Just thinking. Worrying about Jimin" he said staring out across the village with a perplexed look.

"Jimin's strong he will be fine" Namjoon said sitting beside him.

"I know" he sighed turning to look at Namjoon "I can see why he likes you"

Namjoon couldn't help the small blush on his ears "what do you mean?"

"You're so kind and always know what to say" Jungkook said turning to look back at the village "and you're cute"

Namjoon chuckled embarrassed "thanks I guess" he played with his fingers wanting to just be high on his couch to forget this mess.

"This is the part where you are supposed to compliment me and tell me Jimin would be a damn fool to leave me" Jungkook remarked and when Joon looked up he could see a playful grin across the fairies lips.

"He would be a complete fool to leave you" he grinned his gaze shifting to something familiar when he shifted his feet.

"Namjoon!" Yoongi shouted as Jimin picked up his tiny friend and flew up to them.

"Wow" Namjoon said with wide eyes.

"Decided to test them out. Good as new" Jimin smiled setting Yoongi down gently before landing in Jungkook's open arms getting a sweet kiss which Namjoon had to look away from as he made sure Yoongi was ok.

"Dude we saw a snail and they are disgusting up close" Yoongi exclaimed shaking his head "should have poured salt on it"

Namjoon shook his head "you're so mean"

"This is why we are best friends you can be the nice one and I won't have to pretend to be nice" he smiled and Namjoon face palmed.

"Namjoonie!" Jimin squealed and before he knew what was happening Jimin was jumping up to hug him nearly causing him to fall. Jimin's pretty wings fluttered so fast that they hovered a few inches above the ground before Jimin detached himself.

"I'm so glad he didn't chop you up in tiny pieces and leave you in the forest" Jimin said happily.

Namjoon smiled "still wouldn't put it pass him" he said looking at Jungkook who grinned "just waiting for the right time"

"I'm tired" Yoongi complained as they sat in a wagon that was pulling them to the fairy kingdom. Jimin made Jungkook pay for a ride so the humans wouldn't have to walk the whole way. It made them very uncomfortable that in place of a horse it was a mouse pulling their wagon and Namjoon let everyone know.

"Just go to sleep" Namjoon said very grumpily. The fairies were flying high above their heads leaving them to fend for themselves against the creepy bugs that dared come close to them. As soon as Jimin got his flight back it was as if nearly everything was keeping them separated keeping Namjoon in a bad mood.

Yoongi frowned but laid down hiding under a leaf. "Stop being so rude" he grumbled under the leaf.

Namjoon ignored him and kept staring at the road and the little mouse who kept going. Suddenly Jimin flew down a shower of sparkles covering them "are you guys hungry?" He asked.

Namjoon shrugged and kept staring at the mouse and road causing Jimin to tilt his head confused. Yoongi on the other hand sat up and nodded "I'm starved"

Jimin nodded still looking at Namjoon "Jungkook and I will go get something to eat then"

Namjoon waved at him sarcastically "bye"

Jimin still looked confused "ok" he said softly flying away.

"Ok what was that? Like two hours ago you probably would have kissed the ground he walked on and now you're giving him the cold shoulder?" Yoongi asked confused.

"Nothing. I just want to be big again and forget this shit. I've not slept in like 2 days. I'm hungry as fuck. And nothing is going my way" he said snappy as he turned back to look at his friend who sighed looking also annoyed.

"I'm just as stressed as you and probably even more. I don't even know them and I am having withdrawals so I think I win in terms of everything being fucked" Yoongi huffed leaning his back against the wagon. "And I'm still being nice"

"Well whatever just let me sulk then" Namjoon rolled his eyes wondering when everything will be back to his normal dull life.
