Jace pov
I was fast asleep but something didn't feel right. I felt something warm on my chest. I yawn a little and open my eyes to see Lucas may against me. I look around. I'm not in the woods. I'm home. I look back to Lucas. I could see deep snatches in his skin. That demon must have got him bad. He looked ready hurt. I move a little because I was getting hungry. I going to wiggle free to get a snack. When I move he held me tighter. I soon give up and try to go back to sleep but I can't. I was about earlier. How Lucas tried to protect me but he just got hurt. How I was going to tell Grace about all this. I snapped out of thought when four dark wolf-like shadows ran around the wall. I sink down into Lucas. I was a little scared. I mean anyone would be if they are was attacked by a demon. The shadows go in mine and Grace's room. I try to wake Lucas up but failed. I grabbed the skin on his chest, pinch down,and twisted it. Lucas screamed and looked at me. The shadows turn and like that they were gone.
