"Oh my god here wow" Lorelei said as she took a bite of wedding cake.

"With a crunch and a zing and a" Lorelei said and took another bite of a piece of cake. "Hmm, hmm, hmm hello" Lorelei said causing the twins to laugh.

"Okay our house is burning down, and you can save the cake or me and Rora what do you choose" Rory asked.

"Well, that's not fair the cake doesn't have legs" Lorelei said. "Well, that's probably a good thing mom would make it harder to eat cake" Aurora said. "So are we doing here" Fran asked over. "Oh, Fran so good this cake is amazing" Lorelei said.

"Beyond amazing" Rory said. "I could eat this cake all day" Aurora said. "Well, I should hope so we've been doing this for 112 years" Fran said.

"Huh well you don't look a day over 106" Lorelei said. "Mom" Aurora said shaking her head smiling as she took another bite of her cake.

"No, I meant my family's been doing it for that long" Fran said. "Right okay well I'm glad we got that cleared up" Lorelei said. "The raspberries" Rory said cheering.

"Okay calm down before I put cake on your face" Aurora told Rory and Rory immediately did as she scooted closer to Lorelei knowing she will do it.

"So, when is the big day again" Fran asked Lorelei. "Two weeks from tomorrow" Lorelei said.

"Have you picked a flavor" Fran asked. "Oh, I don't know they're all so good" Lorelei said.

"Well, you have to try them again" Fran said. "Oh no I've already eaten so many" Lorelei said.

"This is a very crucial decision young lady cake is the glue of the wedding so you will stand here and eat until you decide" Fran said. "Okay if you insist" Lorelei said.

"I do" Fran said. "Well, when I get married someday, I hope it's chocolate with strawberries on top " Aurora said.

"Ooh that sounds yummy" Rory said. "Doesn't it" Aurora said. "After all what's more important than your wedding day" Fran asked Lorelei.

"Well, it ain't FAWKES day" Lorelei said. "Yes, well I'll just go and see if there's anything else in the back" Fran said. "Thanks" Lorelei said, and Fran left as she went to the back.

"So how was it seeing Max last night" Rory asked. "No Glory details please we don't need to be grossed out" Aurora said.

"Like I've ever shared that part of my relationship with you two" Lorelei said. "You've alluded you've insinuated you have tiptoed to the brink of impropriety" Rory said.

"That Chilton has taught you some big words" Lorelei said. "That's the point mom" Aurora said.

"It was really great I'm glad he's back" Lorelei said. "And he's on board with the whole smallish wedding thing" Rory asked.

"Oh yeah we want fun we want simple we want fast we've been completely in sync without the slightly gay boy band affiliation" Lorelei said.

"Oh, I printed up some sample invitations for you I made them on my computer" Rory said and shown Lorelei and Aurora.

"All you have to do is pick out a quote for the front page and I'll print them up" Rory said.

"Okay I'm what is love it is the morning, and the evening star" Lorelei said. "Please tell me you're not choosing that one"' Aurora said. "No, I'm not" Lorelei told her. "Sinclair Lewis" Rory told them.

"Sinclair sappy Lewis" Lorelei said. "Fine, next" Rory said and turned the page.

"And all went marry as a marriage bell but Josh, hark a deep sound strikes like a rising knell" Lorelei said as she read it.

"Okay if you try to get me to do this someday, I will hit you" Aurora told Rory.

"What is it with poetry" Lorelei asked. "Lord Byron" Rory said. "Byron and Lewis together again" Lorelei said. "Okay last one" Rory said and turned the page.

"We have buried the putrid corpse of liberty perfect" Lorelei said. "Oh finally" Aurora said.

"Mussolini it is" Rory said. "Um can I ask you an Ethical question" Rory asked Lorelei. "Mm" Lorelei said.

"Is it right to be sampling wedding cakes when Sookie's making yours for free" Rory asked Lorelei.

"What is right anyway you know who defines right and if eating cake is wrong, I don't want to be right" Lorelei said. "Preach mom" Aurora said.

"I'm bringing out a mocha crunch crème" Fran said. "So, ethics" Lorelei asked Rory. "Highly subjective and completely overrated" Rory said. "That's my girl" Lorelei said.

"It smells weird" Max asked. "No just weird coming from here" Aurora said. "It smells great" Rory added. "Rory, can you get that" Max asked.

"What" Rory said. "Right down there with the shiny handle" Max said and Rory opened it as Lorelei gasped. "Did you know we had that" Lorelei asked as she stood up.

"Not a clue" Rory said. "Don't ask me I'm just as surprised" Aurora said.

"Oh, come on" Max said as he bent down. "Hey, it's on fire" Lorelei said. "It's the broiler" Max said. "Wow" Rory said as Max shit it again.

"What fallout shelter have you guys been living in" Max asked as he stood. "He has much knowledge" Rory said. "You shall keep him" Aurora said.

"We shall form a cult around him" Lorelei said. "Build a statue many stories high" Rory said.

"We shall grow our hairs long and stop bathing" Aurora said. "Please don't do any of that" Max said. "Are we eating at the table" Rory asked.

"Wherever you want" Max said. "Tv" Lorelei said. "Rora and I will get a tape" Rory said and left as Aurora followed her. "Why do I have to come with" Aurora asked groaning.

"Can I at least grab some dishes" Lorelei asked. "Far away from me" Max said. "Alarmist" Lorelei said.

"Like always" Aurora said. "Yeah, he should have said Billy Jack I'm gonna kill you or buy myself a lovely Chenille sweater" Rory said. "Oh yeah either way he wins" Lorelei said.

"How many times have you seen this movie" Max asked. "Too many to count" Aurora said. "You can't see a Billy Jack movie too many times" Rory said.

"Who's the guy Billy Jack" Max started to ask before Lorelei shushed him and they watched the movie.

"Let's do some jumping jacks" Lorelei said. "Oh, it's the counting part" Rory said as she saw they were starting to count.

"Oh, here comes my favorite and my least favorite line all ruled into one" Lorelei said. "I'm gonna cut your bowels out" the man on tv said and the Gilmore girls all gagged.

"Oh, come up this time" Lorelei said. "You guys talk throughout the whole movie and when I say something you shush me" Max said.

"That's because you're talking through parts, we talked through last time we haven't seen those parts in a while" Lorelei said. "Ah well now it's clear" Max said then the phone rang.

"Max" Lorelei said. "What the phone" Max said confused.

"Whoever's closest answer" Lorelei said. "House rule" Rory said. "The three of you are all closer" Max said.

"I'd have to walk around the coffee table so my path would be farther" Lorelei said. "My foot's asleep" Rory said. "Mine too" Aurora said. "Plus, you're taller" Lorelei said.

"With longer legs" Rory said. "Yes, so even if we all left for the phone at the exactly same time" Lorelei said and Max got up.

"I got it" Max said and went to answer the phone. "I'm gonna like having him around" Lorelei said.

The night went on and Max eventually fell asleep as the girls were all still awake. "You two want a refill" Lorelei asked. "Sure, same thing" Rory said.

"Sure" Aurora said. "Max" Lorelei asked and noticed he's asleep. "Uh oh" Rory said. "We wore him out" Lorelei said. "We tend to do that" Aurora said.

"Well, we are Electra women and Dyna Girl" Lorelei said. "Electra women" Max said in his sleep.

"I think it's time to turn in" Rory said. "No, I'm awake" Max said.

"Most people who are awake have their eyes open" Aurora said. "I am I'm just waiting for the guy with the thing" Max said. "Mom get him to bed" Rory said.

"Okay come on hon" Lorelei said to Max. "What happened to Billy Jack" Max asked. "I'll explain it to you later" Lorelei said.

"Goodnight" the twins said in sync. "Goodnight" Lorelei said. "Goodnight" Max said and went upstairs. "This is weird" Lorelei whispered before following Max.

"Sister sleepover" Aurora asked Rory. "Haven't had one in a while sure" Rory said and Aurora smiled.

Lorelei went to Rory's room and saw the twins asleep. "Hey" Lorelei said as she woke them up.

"Seriously mom what is it I was making out with Kol Mikaelson oh and don't tell Tristian" Aurora said.

"I have a boy in my room" Lorelei said. "So" Rory said. "So, I have a boy in my room" Lorelei said.

"It's Max" Aurora said. "I know" Lorelei said. "You like Max" Rory said. "No uh yes I do but it's weird we've never had a man in the house like this up there" Lorelei said.

"He's your fiancée" Aurora said. "Very true" Lorelei said. "So, all you need to do is adjust it's like that time you got the green stripes in your hair" Rory said.

"I hated those green stripes" Lorelei said. "And I hate being woken up" Aurora said.

"Well, I'm tired I can think of a better example tomorrow" Rory said as she and Aurora went to go back to sleep.

"No, wake up, wake up" Lorelei said and the girls sat up. "I hate you" Aurora told Lorelei. "We've not properly talked about this" Lorelei said.

"About what" Rory asked. "About having Max in the house about the effect on you and Rora don't cover up anything let's get it all out in the open" Lorelei said.

"I don't have anything to cover up I like Max" Rory said. "So do I" Aurora said.

"I know you do and that's good, but you know once we are married nothing will ever be the same again" Lorelei said. "We know" Rory said.

"It won't just be the me, you, and Rora, secret special clubhouse no boys allowed thing anymore" Lorelei said. "It will be different" Aurora said.

"Not just different our lives as we know them will be over" Lorelei said. "Okay mom, chill out we're not dying" Aurora said.

"No, we're not dying but the life we had is gonna morph into this mutation that we could never possibly have conceived" Lorelei said. "Like the giant ants in them" Rory said.

"Metaphorically speaking yes and I don't want it to so that's why I'm talking about it now" Lorelei said.

"Rora and I are in no way anticipating being attacked by giant man-eating ants because Max is living here" Rory said.

"Good, good" Lorelei said. "Weirdo" Rory said. "You know it's normal to have cold feet right, but we could've discussed this I don't know tomorrow" Aurora said.

"You know you can't walk around in the buff anymore" Lorelei said.

"I don't remember ever walking around in the buff" Rory said. "Me neither" Aurora said. "I know one time you both did" Lorelei said.

"Were we 3" Rory asked. "Somewhere in there" Lorelei said. "Does he hog the bed" Rory asked as Aurora moved to the bottom of the bed to lay down.

"No, he's a very stay on his side kind of guy" Lorelei said. "Well then that's good" Aurora said.

"He's cute he wears pajama bottoms" Lorelei said. "Stop there" Rory said. "Not funny ones I hate funny bottoms" Lorelei said.

"I'm gonna call you funny bottoms from now on" Rory said. "Unh- Unh" Lorelei said.

"If I don't get sleep soon, I'm gonna replace all of your sleepwear with funny bottoms and funny tops" Aurora said.

"Aren't you happy" Rory asked Lorelei. "Yes, I'm happy" Lorelei said.

"Well then it'll be fine you'll get used to it having Max there" Rory said. "I know you're right I will, I will get used to it" Lorelei said. "Mom" Aurora said seeing Lorelei's eyes closed.

"Hm" Lorelei said. "You're falling asleep" Rory said. "So" Lorelei said. "You need to be a big girl and go to your own room" Rory said.

"Hmm okay" Lorelei said and faked struggling to get up.

"Just let her stay" Aurora said as she went back to sleep. "Fine ten more minutes" Rory said and went back to sleep. "Thank you" Lorelei said and leaned on Rory.

"Over there" Luke said and pointed. "Uh can you clear that one off" Lorelei asked. "Why" Luke asked.

"Cause it's bigger" Lorelei said. "So" Luke said. "Well, we're four today" Lorelei said.

"Four" Luke asked. "Yeah, Max is with us" Lorelei said. "Max huh so when did Max become invisible to the human eye" Luke asked. "He's on a paper hunt" Lorelei said.

"Max likes his three papers on the morning the Hartford Courant, The New York Times, and The Wall Street Journal" Rory said.

"Three papers" Luke asked. "Yes, three Lukey" Aurora said as the three girls sat down.

"He likes to be well informed" Lorelei said. "Yeah, well reading three papers all reporting the same news is a terrific use of trees" Luke said.

"You be nice Luke, I mean it" Lorelei told him and Luke made his way to Max who walked in.

"Hey there" Max said to Luke. "Max buddy top of the morning to you hey you look good today brown is your color my friend" Luke said to Max.

"Thanks" Max said, and Luke walked off as Max went to the girls and sat down. "So" Lorelei said.

"I got two out of three" Max said. "Not bad" Rory said. "Not at all" Aurora said. "No one has the Wall Street Journal" Max said. "Yeah, well that's not surprising" Aurora said.

"This isn't a very financially oriented town" Rory said. "Yes, it's more oriented to coffee" Lorelei said and shown her cup to Luke at the last part.

"I've got Blueberry pancakes this morning" Luke said as he came over giving Lorelei coffee. "Bring em" Lorelei said. "Bring em twice" Luke said.

"Make it a triple Lukey" Aurora said. "And you" Luke asked Max. "I'm gonna need a minute" Max said. "Oh well uh then hold off" Lorelei said.

"Same here" Rory said and gave Aurora a look. "No, my pancakes" Aurora said whining and Rory gave her a look. "Fine" Aurora said. "Might run out of the pancakes" Luke said.

"Go ahead order I'll just be a minute" Max said. "No that's okay we'll wait" Lorelei said. "I'm almost out and I can't make more" Luke said.

"Set some aside" Lorelei said. "It's first come first serve" Luke said. "We'll take our chances" Rory said. "Yes, we'll wait" Lorelei said. "Whatever" Luke said and walked off.

"But pancakes" Aurora said as he walked off and sighed. "You didn't need to do that" Max said.

"Oh, we're happy to" Lorelei said and Max looked at the menu. "Okay yeah that's still eggs and breakfast stuff up there" Lorelei told Max after being silent for a moment. "Just order" Max said.

"We're fine" Rory said. "I want you guys to go at your normal pace my rhythm might not necessarily be your rhythm" Max said and Luke comes over giving Max another menu. "What's this" Max asked.

"The lunch menu I stop serving breakfast in an hour" Luke said. "Luke" Lorelei said. "I'll have poached eggs" Max said.

"And blueberry pancakes" Lorelei said. "Did we make it" Rory asked.

"Please tell me you still have pancakes" Aurora said. "I already set them aside" Luke said. "Love ya" Lorelei said and Luke walked off.

"There were not that many potatoes come on now" Aurora said. "You ordered extra sweet potatoes twice" Dean told Aurora. 

"Oh, Rora sorry Tristan couldn't him I wished he could" Lorelei told Aurora. "It's fine he had a family thing so maybe next time" Aurora said.

"Ooh ice cream" Rory said running off. "Wait for me" Aurora said running as she followed Rory.

"I'm right behind you" Lorelei said as she followed them. Once the girls got their ice cream and Lorelei and Rory got Dean and Max one, they went back to the boys.

"Hey chocolate chip" Lorelei said to Max offering him the ice cream. "Thanks" Max said to her.

"You're welcome" Lorelei said and Max took it as Dean took his from Rory and they headed to the house once they finished their ice cream.

"Ohh I'm so full why did you let me eat so much" Lorelei said to Max before going inside the house as Max faced Dean. "Yeah, they'll blame you" Dean told him and Aurora went inside.

"It's past 11:00 guys" Max told Rory and Dean. "Okay" Rory said, and Max went inside.

"So, your mom's bachelorette party is tonight" Paris asked. "Yes" Aurora said. "Are you happy for her" Paris asked.

"Of course, I mean mom has done so much for me and Rory she deserves to be happy" Aurora said and Paris smiled. "Ugh I'm hungry is there any pizza" Aurora asked.

"You were just talking about how much food you ate yesterday and how stuffed you were" Paris said.

"So" Aurora said. "That was yesterday" she added, and the doorbell rang.

"Who's that" Aurora asked. "Pizza" Paris said. "You ordered pizza" Aurora said. "Of course I did, I know you" Paris said and left.

"Girls don't say pokey it's creepy" Lorelei said.  "Just try to look older" Sookie said. "How" Rory asked.

"Look like you're thinking about retirements, or 401 (k) s and stuff" Sookie said. "You should have brought your and Rora's fake beard and mustache" Michelle told Rory.

"Who invited Mr. Snicklefritz" Lorelei asked. "He heard us planning and wanted to come" Sookie said.

"I did not know the evening included babysitting" Michelle said.

"They're going to get in" Lorelei told Michelle. "Sorry" Lorelei said as her phone was ringing and saw it was Max and answered it talking to him for a few moments.

Once Lorelei hung up Sookie spoke up. "Okay new rule for the evening no calls to fiancées or boyfriends or anything else like that it's girls' night out" Sookie said.

"Plus, Michelle" Aurora said. "Hey" Lorelei said as she went to the bouncer.

"It's 13 bucks and it's 18 and over" he said as he looked at Aurora and Rory. "They're 18" Sookie said.

"That's right last week so it's a new 18 but it's 18 yep" Rory said as Aurora elbowed her telling her to be quiet.

"You got some ID" the bouncer asked the twins. "Hey sir make way for Rory and Rora that's their name and their only name Rory and Rora single name they're that important internationally known international supermodels and sometimes spokesperson for international products" Lorelei said.

"They're very big in Germany" Sookie said. "Ja, ja, ja, with the lederhosen and such" Lorelei said.

"12 bucks" the bouncer said, and the twins rushed inside. "Thank you" Lorelei said to the bouncer and went inside.

"You what" Lorelei said to Michelle. "Just a little surprise for you i thought it would be a kick" Michelle said and Lorelei grabbed the twins' hands and led them to Emily.

"Excuse me sir you look just like my mother" Lorelei said. "Hi grams" Aurora said.

"Hi grandma come here often" Rory asked as she and Aurora kissed Emily's cheek. "I should say not" Emily said.

"How did you girls get in" Emily asked the twins. "Apparently we're international known supermodels" Aurora said and sat down with Rory and Lorelei as Sookie, and Ms. Patty took a seat.

"Happy bachelorette Lorelei" Emily told Lorelei. "Thank you, mother," Lorelei said to Emily.

"And in the future when you plan one of these things when you tell a person to show up at 8:00 it is considered good manners for you to also show up at 8:0o" Emily said.

"Well, I didn't actually invite you Michelle did" Lorelei said. "Ah well I feel much better now" Emily said.

"Let's drink" Lorelei said. "Looks like Emily's gotten a head start what are you drinking honey" Ms. Patty asked.

"Manhattan food too not too sweet I ordered it from that nice fellow dressed as Joan Crawford" Emily said.

"So is there no dancing here" Michelle asked. "I was hoping there'd be dancing" Michelle said and sat down. "You need to strut Tony Manero" Sookie asked Michelle.

"It is a weekend, and, on the weekends, I like to move and the ladies they like it too" Michelle said.

"Especially when you move out of town ba zing" Lorelei said. "Has she eaten" Emily asked. "Yeah, about a quart of wine" Sookie said and a drag queen came over. "Joe Mae West" Lorelei said.

"What can I get for you" the drag queen asked. "My dignity back" Michelle said.

"We'll have a rum and coke, a margarita no salt, a martini with olives, two Shirley temples" Lorelei said.

"Love her" The drag queen said. "I'll have her on the rocks please" Rory said. "Yeah, me too" Aurora said. "And I will have a giant Long Island iced tea" Lorelei said. "Coming up" the drag queen said and left.

"So, Lorelei how are you feeling" Emily asked. "Um well I'm tipsy but just short of seeing pink elephants" Lorelei said.

"No, I mean about you getting married it's only a week away" Emily said.

"I'm fine everything's fine" Lorelei said. "I figured once I got the shoes to match the dress the rest was just gravy" Lorelei said.

"I must say I admire your composure the week before my wedding I was a wreck" Emily said.

"So was I before all of mine" Ms. Patty said. "How many was that" Sookie asked Ms. Patty. "Well, uh there was Sinjen, John, Sergio, Sinjen three men four times" Ms. Patty said.

"You regret any of them" Sookie asked her. "Well, Sinjen was a letdown the second time, but he was my Burton, and I was his Taylor I just wish I could have found a little Mike Todd there in the middle" Ms. Patty said.

"You know I can't believe it was 34 years ago that I married Richard, I remember it so distinctly" Emily said.

"Oh, this is gonna be a romantic story" Sookie said excited.

"My stomach was not my friend it was full of butterflies I couldn't eat a bite the whole week" Emily said.

"Mm what a bummer" Lorelei said. "I was actually weak in the knees trembling all the time can you imagine" Emily said. "Really" Aurora said.

"When I wasn't actually with Richard, I was thinking about him constantly imagining what he was doing was he thinking about me making up little scenarios in my head and how we'd run into each other accidentally at the club and he would be playing golf and I would walk by and he would be distracted and he would completely miss the ball" Emily said and chuckled. "Silly" she said.

"It's sweet" Sookie said. "I was in love" Emily said. "It is wonderful to be in love" Michelle said.

"But the thing I remember most was that for the entire week before my wedding I'd wait till my mother went to sleep and I'd sneak out of bed and I'd put on my wedding dress and my tiara and gloves and I would stare at myself in the mirror and think how very safe I felt how very right and wise and honored this is a very good drink I highly recommend it" Emily said and took a drink of her drink.

"Okay I have gotta make a call" Sookie said. "Are you calling Jackson" Ms. Patty asked Sookie.

"No well yes but it's only because I need to pick up something I left at his house that if it's still there I should" Sookie said and stopped.

"Hi, honey it's me" Sookie said over the phone and walked off. "And who are you girls writing to" Emily asked the twins.

"I just want to see if Dean's around" Rory said. "And I'm just sending Tristian a quick text before the night is over" Aurora said.

"And thinking about you" Emily said as the twins smiled and looked at their phones.

"Oh no not you too" Ms. Patty said seeing Lorelei getting her phone. "No, its" Lorelei said and stopped. "I'll be quick" Lorelei said and walked off.

"Hey" Lorelei said as she made her way back to the table and sat down. "Hey" the twins said to her in sync.

"Michelle leave" Lorelei asked. "Nope he said he had to shake his thing" Sookie said and Lorelei looked seeing Michelle dancing.

"So, how'd your guy" Sookie asked Lorelei. "Hm" Lorelei said. "How's Max doing" Sookie asked. "Fine, fine everything's just fine" Lorelei said.

"I can't believe school's already starting" Rory said.

"Ugh why did you have to bring that up I did not want to be reminded" Aurora said.

"Ugh I used to hate school starting I once flipped the pages back on a calendar my mom kept on the kitchen and tried to convince her it was June and not September" Lorelei said.

"Didn't work" Rory said. "Oddly enough" Lorelei said. "I got an interesting call today" Rory said.

"Really who" Aurora asked. "Dad" Rory said. "Oh yeah he called me too, but I ignored it" Aurora said.

"How is he" Lorelei asked Rory going back to the previous subject. "I talked to him last night" Lorelei said. "You did" Aurora asked and Lorelei nodded.

"He mentioned that" Rory said to Lorelei. "Yeah, I was about to mention it myself" Lorelei said.

"What a coincidence" Aurora said. "Did I not mention it last night" Lorelei asked. "No not to my knowledge" Rory said. "Or mine" Aurora said.

"I could've sworn I did" Lorelei said. "Why'd you call him" Rory asked Lorelei. "Oh, just to check in" Lorelei said. "At your bachelorette party" Rory said.

"Seemed as good a time as any" Lorelei said. "To catch up on calls" Aurora asked. "Yeah, pretty much" Lorelei said.

"Okay" Aurora said not believing her. "Seems like a weird time" Rory said. "Did he call just to funk on me" Lorelei asked.

"No, he wanted to see what's up with you he thought it was weird too" Rory said.

"Heaven forbid I ever use the phone again" Lorelei said. "Wait did you call him when you said you were calling Max" Aurora asked.

"Somewhere around there" Lorelei said. "Why would you tell us you're calling Max" Rory asked.

"Honey someday when you're a little older you will be introduced to something that is extremely seductive but fickle a fair weather friend who seems benign but packs a wallop like a donkey kick and that is the Long Island iced tea, the Long Island iced tea makes you do things that you normally wouldn't do like lifting your skirt in public or calling someone you normally wouldn't call at really weird times" Lorelei said.

"Okay gotta admit I don't think I'm looking forward to Long Island iced tea" Aurora said. "I'd definitely walk the other way" Lorelei said. "You know dad wants you to be happy" Rory said.

"I know" Lorelei said. "And we really want you to be happy" Aurora added. "I know sweetie" Lorelei said. "You are happy about this aren't you" Rory asked.

"Don't I seem happy" Lorelei asked. "I guess" Rory said. "Okay then" Lorelei said.

"Alright I'll be in my room if you need me" Rory said. "And I'll be with Rory" Aurora said. "Okay" Lorelei said, and the girls went to Rory's room.

"Pack" Lorelei told the twins as she walked into Rory's room. "What" Rory said. "Pack" Lorelei said as she went through Rory's drawer.

"Mom what's going on" Aurora asked confused as the twins sat up. "We are hitting the road" Lorelei said. "What" Aurora said as she and Rory got off the bed.

"Pack everything traveling light is for girls" Lorelei said. "What's going on here why are we hitting the road" Rory asked.

"We haven't taken a road trip in forever and the weather is perfect" Lorelei said.

"Mom we can't take a road trip not now" Aurora said. "Rora's right you're getting married this weekend" Rory said. "Do you or Rora have my blue swimsuit" Lorelei asked Rory.

"What about Max" Rory asked. "Sunscreen we need sunscreen" Lorelei said. "Mom stop" Aurora said and Lorelei faced the twins.

"What" Lorelei said. "Are you and Max getting married" Rory asked Lorelei. "No" Lorelei said.

"Why" Aurora asked. "Because I didn't want to try on my wedding dress every night" Lorelei said crying. "Where are we going" Rory asked.

"Yea we need details to know what to pack for" Aurora said. "We don't have to" Lorelei said and Rory interrupted her. "Hot, cold, rocky, sandy, mountain, valley" Rory said.

"I don't really have a particular spot" Lorelei said. "Packing for all contingencies got it light layers" Rory said.

"Yeah, light layers" Lorelei said. "Mom, do you need a book or anything" Aurora asked. "Um that Colette biography" Lorelei said. "I think Rory had it last" Aurora said.

"I lost your place in it" Rory told Lorelei. "That's okay I have to start over anyway" Lorelei said.

"You got it" Rory said. "And hurry" Lorelei said. "Are we going tonight" Aurora asked. "First thing in the morning" Lorelei said.

"7 ish" Rory said. "5 ish" Lorelei said. "Wow so early" Aurora said.

"It'll be more like 6 ish" Lorelei said. "Let's shoot for 5 ish" Rory said. "Sounds like a deal" Aurora said. "You both are crazy, and I love it" Lorelei said and left.

"I'll go get packed wake me if I'm not up" Aurora said to Rory and she nodded. "Thanks twin" Aurora said and went to go to her room to get packed.

"Wow totally deserted" Rory said. "We're the last ones left" Lorelei said.

"So are we almost there" Rory asked. "We're almost there and nowhere near it all that matters is that we're going" Lorelei said.

"Practically gone anyways if you think about it" Aurora said.

"Look out world" Lorelei said and stopped at the stoplight as they looked at it waiting for it to turn. "Huh sure taking its time ain't it" Aurora said.
