Michael is an assassin, who has two personalities. The real Michael Bradley is a polite, shy and supportive person, as he will take defense for other people against others. He is awkward, and doesn't really know how to talk to people.

However, when he is alone with his target/prey, he does something he doesn't like to do, he "switches off" his emotions. His work persona is that he is a ruthless and manipulative assassin who does whatever is needed to get his job done. Bradley is calm and collected as an assassin usually needs to be.

However, despite this, Bradley hates his job and hates the fact that he's a vampire. In order to cope with his profession, he calls his job "hunts" and refers to his targets as "prey" and refuses to call them anything other than "it", allowing himself to view his target as not human. He convinces himself he's hunting animals, not people.

He just wants to be normal, but he can't stop. He doesn't know how to. He's lived this way for so long. There is a massive hole in his heart that he just doesn't know how to fill.

It seems these two sides are constantly clashing and fighting eachother, much like Jekyll and Hyde. On one hand, Michael just wants to live normally and not hurt people, but his vampiric lifestyle and hunger only serves as a reminder that he never will be normal.

Michael is kind and friendly to other people, and is very intelligent. He can tell when someone is lying to him.

Michael tries to balance out his work with his personal life, but sometimes it gets hard. Sometimes he can be mean and snappy when he doesn't mean to be.

He loves to take walks out in the moonlight, and go exploring in the woods. It keeps him calm after a bad night. He also likes to sing, play the piano, and dance but he doesn't like anyone knowing. He also loves walking down to La Push and hanging out there when no one else is around.

He dislikes any mention of war. Especially WWI or WWII, since Michael fought in both. He isn't too fond of werewolves, either. The only exception being Sammy, who he adores.

Due to Michael's time in war, he has developed shell shock, or PTSD. He isn't sure if it's gotten better or worse over time, but at least he stopped crying himself to sleep at night. He hates fireworks, and will still freeze up at them due to the whistle sound they make, which reminds him of falling bombs.

Due to Michael being a sniper in both wars, his gift was trajectory manipulation. Michael has the power to manipulate the trajectory of moving objects with his mind. It's best described as an extremely specific form of telekinesis. He can't use his power to pick things up or make himself levitate, it only works on objects that are in motion when he exerts his will upon them. He primarily uses this power to curve his throwing knives, allowing them an impossible degree of accuracy. Funnily enough, his Gift only makes him a better assassin.

His mother's name was Mae, and she was very sweet and would do anything for her son. However, she wasn't all there mentally and sometimes Michael had to take care of himself.

His father's name was Carl, and he was mean. He would belittle Michael and occasionally hit him, and he was the one who taught Michael to bottle his emotions.

And despite everything, they somehow became friends. Although it is a very secret friendship, since they are technically mortal enemies.
