You'd always thought you would meet a good guy, get married, settle down with a house, and then have a family – preferably in that order.

Things just didn't want to go that way, however.

Paul was the rather amazing guy you had met, and you loved him more than anything, the two of you were engaged and you had fallen pregnant.

Getting the house wasn't as much of a big step as it could have been; you had moved into Paul's house after a year or so of dating, and within a few months you had added a little feminine touch to it.

You were only a few months along in your pregnancy but the pack was acting as if you were made of glass.

Paul had randomly decided that you two should go for a drive, so you were sat in the passenger seat of his truck whilst holding his free hand.

"Where are we going?" you questioned out of curiosity.

Paul chuckled, looking over at you momentarily, "I thought you'd know this route by now" he responded with a smirk on his face.

You rolled your eyes "Not when you decide to take the long way" you countered with a playful glare.

"We're going to Emily's" he answered your earlier question.

A smile appeared on your face "Great. I missed her" you stated.

Your words caused your fiancé to laugh "You saw her yesterday" he reminded you.

You shrugged "She's like my sister. I love her" you commented whilst rubbing your thumb against his.

He chuckled "You love the whole pack" he told you whilst smiling.

Laughing at his response, you nodded, "True. Kinda have to though" you admitted.

"So not willingly then?" he quizzed, driving down the track in the forest.

You smiled "Nowadays of course" you reassured him causing him to laugh again.

He pulled up at Emily's place, and you saw a hand-painted banner across the door saying 'Little Lahote Shower'.

You couldn't help but smile at it "What is this?" you directed your question at Paul.

He smiled mischievously before releasing your hand "A surprise" he shrugged when he spoke.

The two of you got out of the truck, and the guys ran out from the house to greet you both.

Quil was the first to hug you "You like it?" he asked sounding excited.

"We made the banner" Embry chimed in, hugging you also.

Jacob came to hug you tightly, kissing your cheek, "The animals were your guy's idea" he whispered in your ear.

You turned to Paul, who was playfully wrestling with Embry, "Did you paint the cat?" you questioned him causing him to let Embry go.

Paul smiled widely "I painted it all Baby" he claimed causing gasps to arise from the guys.

"You liar!" Sam exclaimed from the doorway.

You laughed and walked up to where Sam was "Hey Sam" you greeted him.

He smiled, pulling you into his side "Hey there Y/N/N. How's little Lahote?" he kept his arm around your shoulder as he talked.

Your arm went around his waist "They're good" you answered whilst smiling "However they are gonna be spoilt like hell" you joked.

Sam shrugged but nodded in agreement "You're a part of the pack Y/N/N" he reminded you "Little Lahote is too"
