Being in a relationship with a werewolf was never going to be easy – the writing was on the wall from the beginning.

You were Embry's imprint, and let's just say it took some explaining after you found out what he was.

Technically Embry wasn't allowed to tell you, Sam's orders, but as you figured out the whole thing yourself then Embry found a loophole.

The pack was aware that Embry had an imprint, but they hadn't exactly met you as Embry still wanted to keep you in his world for a while – despite it being almost a year since the two of you started dating.

You went to school at the normal high school, not on the reservation, so the majority of the time Embry would appear in the parking lot to pick you up – at the reservation, they finished earlier so Embry had no problem with getting to your school.

You walked out of school, adjusting your bag on your shoulder before looking up and seeing Embry leaning against his motorbike "Hey" you said as you ran over to him and he pulled you into a hug.

When the two of you pulled away, your hands rested on his shoulders whilst his were on your waist "Hi Baby" he greeted with a smile

"Today, we are going somewhere new" he told you, handing you a helmet.

You climbed onto the bike and pulled the helmet over your head – Embry did the same.

Wrapping your arms around Embry's waist, he started the bike up and took of the kickstand before speeding off.

Embry laughed as you tightened your arms around him when he sped around corners, "Okay...that's just rude" you said over the sound of the engine.

Soon enough, Embry pulled up outside a house in the woods with some lads standing outside and a couple of them wolf whistled as you climbed off of the bike, taking the helmet off in the process.

Embry quickly came to your side and protectively wrapped an arm around you "I am guessing this is the rest of your pack?" you asked.

Your boyfriend nodded as the two of you made your way up to the front of the house "Hey guys" Embry greeted the boys, who all had smirks on their faces.

Embry then turned to you, "There's Paul, Quil, Jacob, Seth and Jared" he told you as he pointed to each one of the boys "Are Sam and Emily inside?" Embry asked, gesturing towards the house.

Paul looked back to the house and then at the two of you, "Yeah – Emily is cooking so she told us all to shoo so we don't eat 'till she's done" Paul explained with a ghost of a smile on his face.

After Paul answered, Embry led you into the house.

You saw a girl with straight, long brown hair in the kitchen and a guy that was a bit more buff than the other lads – you assumed that they were Emily and Sam.

Emily looked up from the counter, and smiled brightly when she saw you cuddled up to Embry's side "You must be Y/N!" she exclaimed, making her way over to you.

You nodded and she pulled you into a hug "I'm Emily – Sam's imprint" she stated simply with a smile on her face.

Sam laughed at Emily's antics as he came over to stand by her side, after you had returned to being cuddled up to Embry, "You know, you're also my fiancé" he said to her but she just shrugged, Sam's gaze then turned to you "It's lovely to finally meet the girl Embry never shuts up about" he held out his hand to you as he spoke.

You reached out and shook his hand, "It's nice to meet all of you – part of me thought it would never happen" you joked.

Embry sighed, rather loudly but in a joking way "For the last time...these lot are mad, I didn't want to scare you off"
