(Grace's POV)

Today is Jacob and I first date. He wanted to take me to the movies tonight. I done all of my homework earlier, so I should be free to go. My dad didn't mind me going and offered to give me a ride there. I firgue why not? Even though Jacob SHOULD be the one driving me.

"So aren't you exicitded, Grace?" Dad asked me, while stopping the car at a red light.

I nodded, "Yeah just nervous. I don't know why though...this isn't my first date."

"Well, I just hope you'll have fun. I always knew you two would become something more. Jacob seems like a great guy!"

I looked at dad with an warm smile, "Thanks daddy."

When we pulled up in front of the movie theater, I quickly spot Jacob standing outside of the building. He was scrolling through his phone boredly. I got out of the car and shut the door. Jacob looked up seeing me walk over and smiled.

"Grace!"

"Jacob!"

Jacob opened his arms so I could hug him. I gave him a nice big hug and giggled.

"So glad you've made it!" He said happily, while hugging me back.

"What movie are we going to see?"

"How about fifty shades of grey? Kim kept blabbing me about it. She said its good stuff."

I nodded, "Yeah, I've seen the trailer. Let's go see it!"

"Alright." Jacob smiled.

He took my hand as we walked inside the building. We've gave the workers our tickets and then ordered a big container of popcorn for both us to share. Jacob carried the popcorn and I carried the drinks.

"Oh my god, that movie was so romantic! I love it." I smiled, as we walked out of the theather room.

Jacob yawned, "Yeah...romantic."

I grinned while punching his shoulder, "I can't believe you slept half of the movie. It was good!"

"At some parts it was. But that doesn't matter, as long as I am with you Grace." He smiled.

I blushed, looking down shyly. Jacob is such a sweet guy. He took my hand, squeezing it but not too tight. His hand is very warm and it made me somewhat comfortable. I finally looked up meeting my eyes with his brown ones.

"This is one of the best nights ever..."

Jacob slowly leaned in and is about to kiss me. I closed my eyes, ready to kiss back. It wasn't until we heard loud laughter ahead. I opened my eyes and look to see who it was that disturbed our moment.

"Oh Seth, tonight has been great!"

"I told you the Lazarus Effect is going to be awesome!"

I gasped. A few feet away stood Seth Clearwater with my sister Hailey. What in the hell is she doing here and with Seth?! I thought Hailey was home with Conner and dad. How was she able to leave home? I walked up to them, leaving Jacob clueless behind.

"Hailey?"

Seth and Hailey were about to kiss, but stopped once they've both heard my voice.

Hailey gasped, "Grace?!''

Seth felt very awkard and scratched the back of his neck with a small chuckle. "Oh, hey Grace. What a surprise to see you here!"

I crossed my arms, " I was going to say the same."

Jacob walked up and stood beside me, looking confused as well. "Seth, what are you doing out here? I thought you were with Paul and Embry??"

"I wanted to take Hailey out on our first date. Quil covered for me tonight!"

"First date?!" I say surprised.

Hailey looked at me with an nervous chuckle. "Yeaaaah."

I looked at Seth, then Hailey. "How come you guys didn't tell me?"

"We were afraid on how you would react, Grace." Seth replied.

Hailey nodded, "Yeah. We didn't want it to seem too awkward."

I smiled at them both, "Well its not. I think its cute! I just wish you both could of told me earlier. But, its fine."

Jacob looked at me worried. "Actually Grace, I was the first to know about Seth and Hailey's relationship."

I looked at him shocked, "What?"

"Again, we didn't want to tell you Grace cause we thought you wouldn't approve." Says Seth.

"Why wouldn't I approve?"

Hailey looked down, "Well, you and dad have always been protective over me about boys. So I thought I would keep Seth a secret for now. But, I guess it seems like its too late for that now."

I put my hand on Hailey's shoulder. "Hailey you will always be my little sister. I see now that your growing up and you deserve to have boyfriend. I believe you've got what it takes. Besides, you both make an very cute couple!"

Seth smiled, "Thank you Grace and I say the same about you and Jacob here!"

Jacob smiled at Seth with an nod. Hailey walked up to give me a hug.

"And you'll always be my big sister. I love you Grace!"

"Love you too little sis."

Such a touching scene between me and Hailey. After we all cleared things up, we decided to go out to eat at a diner down the street. Seth claimed they are the best diner in town and loved their food.

"I'll have the Bacon burger and fries!" I ordered, to the waitress.

"Anything else?" She asked, while writing on her note pad.

"Oh and a plate of cheese fries!" Says Seth.

Seth pretty much ordered every thing off the menu. Me and Hailey giggled.

"What?" He asked, confused.

"Have you eaten at all today?" Asked Hailey, still giggling.

Jacob rolled his eyes, "Don't worry, its just Seth being Seth."

I continued to giggle and laid my head on Jacob's shoulder. After we all ate our food, we started telling each other stories about one another. Tonight made the best, fun, and happy night ever.
