(Grace's POV)

"Grace, Grace!!" I heard my dad yell through the woods.

I started running towards the direction of the voice, pushing branches out of my way.

"I'm here daddy!" I yelled back.

Once we found each other, I gave him a tight hug and didn't let go. I was so terrified that my legs were shaking. I felt my dad wrap his arms around me.

"Shhh, its okay I'm here!" he cooed. "Everything is going to be alright Grace."

"I-I saw t-them..." I said, sobbing through his shirt. "T-they were b-big!"

My dad released me from the hug. He took a step back to few my face better and took one of his hands, wiping off the left over tears.

"What did you see Grace? Relax and tell me."

I looked at him straight in the eyes. "Wolves, dad. There was two!"

I watched my dad pull a gun from out of his pocket. He aimed it around the woods, making sure nothing was around or watching us. It seemed to be clear so  he slowly put it back into his pocket then faced me again.

"Do you remember what color they are?" he asked, this time looking serious.

I looked down trying to remember. "Um, one was a rusty color and smaller than the other. The other one was much taller and bigger. It was brown and it's eye color were dark brown. I remember it's eye color because it looked into mines...just standing there before it had took off running."

"Hmmm." was the only thing my dad had said. He took out his phone and dialed some number. Im assuming he's calling his group of men. The ones who help him hunt and take down wolves. Dad told me all about them and who they are. I just never met them in person or seen them come to our house.

"Tomorrow morning, meet me in the woods!" my dad spoke to the phone.

After that, he hung up and began walking.

"Come on Grace, let's get you home!"

I nodded and slowly followed behind. I hope dad and his group of hunters will be able to track down the wolves based on the description I gave them. I'm sure they know what to do. I mean these guys are experts...far from where i'll become. Tomorrow I suppose to start my first day of training to become a hunter. But, now I guess some other time. Dad probably is going to spend the whole day finding those wolves. Trust me, I know him well. I don't care. I just want those wolves found and dead...

(Seth's POV)

The next day, I found myself sleeping at Sam and Emily's place. I was lying down on the cold wooden floor while Paul took over the couch. Embry slept beside me and Jared took the only guest room in the house. We were all tired from patrol last night. I didn't go to bed until 12:00am. To me that's late and I couldn't wait to sleep. I was too tired to go home, so I'm guessing Sam let me rest at his place until morning.

The smell of delicious bacon had caused for me to wake up. I opened my eyes slowly with a yawn and sat up. I smelled the air again and smiled.

"Bacon!"

Emily must be cooking in the kitchen already. I got up along with the rest of the guys and rushed into the kitchen.

"Good morning boys! I see you all had over slept." she says smiling, while turning over pancakes.

"We patrolled twice last night." replied Paul, who went inside the fridge for orange juice.

"Yeah,everyone except for Jacob!" added, Embry.

"And why is that?" Emily had asked, facing us.

Jared shrugged. "We don't know that's the thing. He's been acting pretty funny lately.."

"Probably hangs around Grace too much!" chuckles Paul, while holding a cup of orange in his hand.

Embry laughed, "Yeah, like the way he acts with Bella. He couldn't keep his eyes off that girl for a second!"

Emily rolled her eyes, while turning around to face the stove again. "Oh boys, leave poor Jacob alone! Maybe he had found his true love."

"Grace as his true love? That's ridiculous!" says Jared.

"Yeah, she's human Emily." nodded Embry.

"Besides, she would probably freak out if she found out who we REALLY are..." added Paul.

I was the only one left out the conversation. I just stood there up against the counter listening to their voices. Once again they're talking about Jacob's love life. I rolled my eyes. No offense but...WHO CARES?! Jacob is just like the rest of us without mates. Well except for Jared, Paul, Sam, and Quil. Those four have imprints. Me, Embry, and Jacob are still waiting for our chance to happen. Well, minus Jacob too I think. Something is telling me he has imprinted on Grace. If so, he's insane. She's human and her father is a freaking wolf hunter! I'll be surprised if it'd actually worked. I'll have to ask him later just to hear if it's true.

When breakfast was over, I left Sam and Emily's place to Jacob's. I wonder if he's home. I doubt it, that kid is always gone. He's either with the Cullens or with Grace if he's not with the pack. I checked to see if he's at home. Of course not. Billy said I had just missed him. Just greaaat. I decided to take a short cut through the woods to the Cullens place. I hope really do hope he's there. If Bella is there, Jacob would be there I assume.

I turned into my sandy wolf, running through the woods. I was almost to the Cullens place. When I jumped out into the street, there was a loud car horn. I quickly looked and was about to get out of the way until something pushed me. It was fast and I didn't see it coming. I landed on my side as I fell into a pile of old leaves. When I slowly got up, I saw that it was Jacob. He was in wolf form too.

"Dude, what the hell?!" He mind link me.

I wagged my tail with excitement. "Finally I've found you! I was on my way to the Cullens to look for you."

Jacob frowned. "Seth, you almost got hit by a car. Do you know that? I just saved your little behind!"

"I know, I know. Thanks for the rescue!"

"Now, why are looking for me?"

I switched back to my human form. Jacob remained in his furry  brown wolf. Good thing we could still understand each other. I looked at him with an serious expression.

"I need to ask you something."

"Okay??" He mind link me, sounding a bit irritated. "What is it?"

"Did you um...imprinted?" I slowly asked.

Jacob growled underneath his breath, "Seth, that's none of your business!"

I rolled my eyes, "Oh come on! Everyone's been talking about it."

"Who?"

"The whole pack thinks your hiding something. You've haven't been the same every since you and Grace had gotten close."

Jacob looked down.

"Alright, you caught me."

"So you HAVE imprinted??" I asked, with widen eyes.

Jacob nodded his large wolf head, while lowering his ears.

"Let me guess, is it Grace?"

He growled at me. "No!"

I smirked.

"Okay, yes but...you cannot tell anyone I've told you or the rest of the pack!"

I nodded, "My lips are sealed."

"I told Bella and well, she thinks I'm insane and may hurt Grace."

"I also think you're insane but, once your in love I guess there's no stopping you. I don't know the feeling to be in love or to have a imprint. It seems to be a beautiful thing." I say looking down.

Jacob looked at me and I can sense that there is a smile forming on his furry lips.

"Hey, don't give up too soon kiddo. You'll find an amazing girl some day! Trust me, imprinting isn't easy as it sounds..."

"To be honest Jacob, I've already found a girl. Just didn't imprint..."

His eyes widen. "Who?!"

I raised my head up to eye contact with him. "I don't know her name but...she's just wow and beautiful. We met in town while I was out shopping with Sue, my mother and big sister Leah. I turned around and bam, the mystery girl was there. Gosh, she just has the most gorgeous eye color and the way she smiled at me...man!"

"Dude, you just gave me a whole description. I only asked for a name! Seems to me you must really like her."

"I do." I nodded, "If only I could see her again..."
