Javier is handcuffed to the table feeling defeated

Eli comes in the room along with a detective name Joey Anderson

"Mr. Garcia. Hi. I'm detective Joey Anderson. You were charged of a first degree murder on a Carmella Miller" "Care to explain?"

"She told me to quickly take a shower and get dressed. I did. She got dress. We put on some gloves and plastic to cover up. Chopped Carmella's body into pieces and threw it in the lake"

Eli asked, "Detective, one more question, where's Maxine?"

"The Montana police department contacted NYPD immediately. We got a tip from a person telling us where she is. She'll be arrested then sent back here to be charged of the murder"

"Mr. Garcia, I feel sorry for you. You let that woman control you when you could of done the right thing. Now, you have to pay the price for it. Its over for you Javier"

Joey grabs the folder and walks out. Javier place his head down in the table again. *Silence* in the room.

Eli shake his head, "I....I don't know what to say Javier. I'm in shocked. A businessman like you covering a murder. (sigh) I'm a get out of here. I'll see what I can do with this mess you made"

"Its a damn shame. Damn shame" Eli got up from the chair and walked out
