6:15pm Javier and Nina's house

Nina sets up the table for dinner. The smell of delicious pasta and shrimp.

Pouring the white wine into the wine glass

Javier came through the door>>>>>>he close the door. Nina feels scared.

He smiles, "Hey baby. Food smells and looks great"

"Thanks" she said (smile)

Javier sat down at the table, "Come here"

She walks over to him and sat on his lap putting her arms around him, "You are amazing baby. I'm a lucky man"

"Yes you are"

His smile turns to a frown; smelling Nina's neck, "What you've been doing?"

"Nothing. What are you talking about?"

He roughly throws her on the floor! She started to cry, "Javier....I--I didn't do anything"

Javier stands up taking off his jacket, "Don't you fucking LIE to me! Who have you've been screwing behind my back!"

KICK! (she grunts) her in the stomach! HARD! Over and over again!

She started coughing. He takes off his belt, "Stupid BITCH. I know your fucking someone else. Who was it huh?! Is it that bitch ass Jin Chang?! Answer ME!"

"J....avier I swear. It was nobody"

He shakes his head, "No. I don't believe you"

WHIP! "AHHHHHHH!" she screams

Whips her again! Over and over on her back!

"You....think....I'm....FUCKING....stupid?!" he shouted. "Huh?!"

Nina feels helpless. Just crying softly.

He slouches in the chair and starts eating the pasta. Then drink some wine.

Just glancing at his defenseless WIFE.

"Your so fucking weak Nina. I don't know why I put up with your ass" he stands up. "I'm gonna go out all night. Have some fun. Make sure you clean up"

Javier walks out the door slamming the door.

Nina slowly rises up sore as tears continue to fall down on her face.
