~Twilight's point of view~

I look at Rainbow. I honestly don't know what to say. She knows I have a secret, but I don't know what to do now... Should I lie to her and say I don't have any secrets? Or should I tell her the truth? I really wanna tell her the truth now, but I'm not prepared for it yet! That's the problem... I don't know how she'll respond...
I look at her. ''I'm so sorry Rainbow, I'm not ready to tell it yet. I'm so sorry.''
''Twilight, stop with the 'I'm not ready' thing, because I wanna know it!'' she says, getting mad.
I didn't mean to make her mad. I start to tear up a bit.
''Rainbow, I'm very honest; I can't tell you. At least not now,'' I say. ''Now please, let's talk about something else.''
''Twilight, I wanna know what you're hiding from me!'' Dash says with an angry voice. I look sad at her.
''I'm hiding my feelings for you...'' I whisper. Luckily she doesn't hears it.
''Dash, trust me, one day I will tell you. But not now. Please understand that I'm not prepared for it!'' I say tearing up.
''What ever it is, I'll still be your friend, just tell me!'' she says getting really angry. I look scared at her.
Whenever Rainbow Dash is angry like that, I have to make a decision. And I have to make it now.
''Tell me!'' Dash yells as she wakes me up from my thoughts. I start to tear up more.

''I love you, okay?!'' I look at Rainbow one more time, as I see her looking in my eyes. As I try to fly away, Rainbow stops me.
''Twilight! Wait!'' she says. I look at her with watery eyes.
''I... I love you too,'' she smiles. I look at her, in shock. But then I start to feel really happy.
''You do?'' I smile.
''Ever since I met you.'' she smiles. I look at her eyes. Then our lips meet. I feel butterflies in my stomach, and feel really happy.
"Twilight, do you wanna be my mare friend?" Dash asks as we break the kiss.
"Yes!" I smile very happy.

- A few minutes later -
"Hey, Twi." Rainbow says and I look at her.
"Yes?" I ask her and put my book away.
"What are we gonna tell our friends? Will they accept us?" she asks.
I think about it.
"I don't know, Rainbow..." I say. "But one day we have to tell them."
"Okay," Dash says. "We'll tell them whenever you're ready to tell them."
I smile. "Dashie, you're so sweet."
"Don't call me Dashie," she blushes.
I giggle. "Whatever you want."
"Alright princess," Dash chuckles.
I blush.
"Okay, I think it's time to go to bed because it's very late," I say.
"I agree," Dash yawns and smiles.

- A few minutes later -
After we had a conversation, Dash fell asleep in my arms. I am now laying in bed and thinking about life. That's honestly not like me. I never over think things. Well, the thing is, I don't know how all my friends and family and all of Equestria will think about me and Dash. Well, I don't care if people don't accept us, I'll still love. I'm just scared that they'll hate me forever. But I'm sure my friends aren't like that... At least, I hope.
Then Rainbow starts to wake up a bit. I quickly act like I'm asleep as I close my eyes.
"Twilight, are you still awake?" I hear her say.
I don't respond, hoping she will think I'm asleep.
"Twilight, I'm not that stupid." she says. I just give up and look at her.
"Why are you still awake?" she asks.
"I don't know," I answer. "I guess thinking about stuff isn't helping at all."
"What's wrong then?" Dash asks with a curious face.
"I don't wanna talk about it now. What about tomorrow?" I say.
"But I wanna know," she begs.
"I'm sorry, I just wanna sleep right now. We'll talk about it tomorrow." I say, trying to be clear.
"Okay," she says. I smile at her.
"But, you can always talk to me whenever you want. I'll be there," Dash says with a small, cute smile.
"Thanks, Rainbow." I smile and cuddle with her.
"Goodnight," I say and give her a goodnight kiss.
"Nighty night," she says as we fall asleep.

A/N: sorry that I didn't update for like.. AGES!! Oh btw, happy mlp anniversary (well that was actually meant for yesterday lol). And yesterday was my birthday lol. #TwinsWithMlp
