I guess that's the problem with having a heart that's too big. You know it's big, so you don't think giving pieces of it away is a big deal. Then people start leaving with pieces of your heart. And suddenly you have given too much away and too little has been given back to you. And suddenly your once too big heart is shrunken and empty and broken. And then there's nothing left of you to give.
