Slight Explanation

So in light of the huge holes in this rendition, I will shed a little clarity on what had transcended. Though I'm still going to be sparsely detailed, as I want you the readers, to draw your own conclusions from the text:

The story within small sentence structure, reveals a tale of a nameless man who had spent his last twelve days, to fix his life before committing suicide. In the past, he had troubles with drugs, his family, and his ex-wife Heather (Who had moved on with another man). It had dawned on him that he wasn't just losing his life, he had lost it. In the twelve days leading to Christmas, he set out to fix whatever he could. Had he been significantly successful, he may not have committed suicide. However in the end,  he still was satisfied with what he had tried to atone for. Even if they weren't ready, he was. And for that, he died a man with no regrets. Although he did wish he could've done things right so his relationship with his son could be better, he knew Brandon was better off without him.

I chose this rendition, to explore a more sophisticated take. It's not just about giving and receiving, or what life would've been like without being born, it's really about life itself. How we spend our time, does reflect on the people we are. And although few acts of maturity and forgiveness doesn't erase the wrongdoings of our past, not trying at all is only ten times worse. It literally takes the phrase "I'll go down trying." and puts it to work.

Once again, I hope anyone reading this enjoys the rendition and I wish you all a Merry Christmas, and if you don't celebrate it or are religious, please don't go crazy on me. I'm just a writer, trying to make the world a better place and helping expand minds.
