"So." Brittney said rubbing her hands together with excitement. "I will question you and Bella will make sure you answer them truthfully because she is so good at reading people. Let's get this party started!!" Brittney half shouts the end not loud enough for the boys who were still upstairs.

"Alright let's start, drumroll please." Brittney said dramatically. "Why did you kiss him back?"

"I honestly don't know, I just did." I said shrugging

"You are going to have to come up with a better answer than that or we are going to lock you in the closet until you do." Brittney stated grinning evilly at me.

"Fine, I was not thinking about what I was doing and I didn't mean to kiss back or pull him closer. I guess I just reacted and automatically kissed him back when he kissed me." I tried to explain

"I let it slide this time, but you will need to explain further for the other questions." Brittney said.

"Alright, next question, has he ever made it seem like he might like you? Other than when he kissed you I mean." Brittney squinted her eyes into a calculating stare as if that will make me answer her faster.

"Not really." I said thinking back. "I mean, he did give me his number and everything, but I think it was probably only because of tutoring." I sighed "He is so hard to read."

"I KNEW IT!! YOU LIKE HIM!!!" Brittney screamed as Bella screamed "OMG MY SHIP IS PREPARING TO TAKE OFF!!!" Both of them started squealing and jumping around like maniacs.

Just then, Kent and Bryan came into the kitchen no doubt to see what the ruckus was about.

Bryan walked over to stand next to me which just made the squealing and giggling ten times worse.

"What's wrong with them?" Bryan asked me and apparently Brittney hears because she opens her mouth to answer. Knowing that whatever was about to come out of her mouth was going to be really embarrassing I quickly ran over and covered her mouth with my hand. She licked it.

"Well, you see, we were just talking about Ash's crush." Brittney said and I glared at her.

"Oh, and who might that be?" Bryan asked, smirking at me while I sent a pleading look at Brittney and Bella, begging them not to say anything.

I go over and whisper into both of their ears "If you don't tell him, I promise to do whatever you want for three days."

They looked at each other before nodding at me.

"It's a deal." Bella said cheerfully, clapping her hands.

I was just digging my grave deeper with every sentence.

Switch to Bryan's POV after Kent brings him upstairs

Kent looked back to glare at me as we walked upstairs before leading me into his room.

"Alright, I am going to make this quick and simple. Stay away from my sister unless you want me to ruin your reputation at school by posing those pictures of you when you were a nerd." Kent said, crossing his arms.

"Just saying, I doubt that would do anything, the girls love me and they always will." I said.

Oops.

"Exactly, you are a player and a bad boy and that is the kind of person that I am not letting my baby sister date. Especially because you would probably leave the second you got what you wanted."

"Listen, I don't get the problem. It was only one kiss and it was because Brittney dared me to. It's not like I asked her out or something."

"It was a kiss that lasted far longer than it should have."

Suddenly we heard squealing and the sound of jumping coming from the kitchen.

"I'll talk to you more later." Kent said before hurrying down the stairs with me close behind him to see what's going on.

I immediately walked over to Ash who seems to be the only sane one of the group.

"What's wrong with them?" I whispered in her ear and I felt her shiver slightly. I saw Brittney open her mouth before Ash quickly covered it. Strange.

"Well, you see, we were just talking about Ash's crush." Brittney said and I saw Ash glare at her out of the corner of my eye.

"Oh, and who might that be?" I asked, smirking though in reality I was really curious. I hoped they were talking about me.

Wait, what am I thinking?

I snapped out of my train of thought as Ash went over to both Brittney and Bella and whispered something in their ears. Suspicious, I watched as Brittney and Bella exchanged looks before nodding at Ash. I wonder what she told them.
