i may or may not be on TV tommorow

my hockey team is getting interviewed on our opinions of the USA Women's hockey team and their gold medal win!

my coach and his daughters, one of them my close friend Indigo, are Canadian

so when i sent out a text in the tea group chat about it, the first response i got was

Indigo: I'm Canadian

Me: shush child you live in america the winners are talking

Indigo: I will fight you on this

Me: See you on the ice

so yeah

we dueled it out

all in good fun though!

Me and the rest of the team had her pinned to the ground, but not before she pushed me on the ice and I pretended to be dead. But the best line is when my friend, we'll call her Peaches, yelled..

LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE! SHE'S DEAD BECAUSE OF YOU! YOUR CANADIAN PRIDE KILLED YOUR BEST FRIEND! WHAT A SHAME!

we then continued to yell out random vines and sing bo burnham for the rest of practice.
