A/N: Now, before we begin, I wanna warn you guys that this chapter gets a tiny bit graphic and gory. I'm sorry if it sucks so bad, so please go easy on me because this is my first time writing a chapter that has some horror in it and I'm not used to writing a horror story, let alone a horror chapter.

Cleo's POV:
It was another day in New York, I'm hanging out with April and Casey, we just got back from hanging out at the arcade and let me tell ya; it was a lot of fun! We played arcade games, bowling and did some karaoke. I wish the guys can join us but given their situation, it was hard for them to go with us. I really wish there was a way for them to come up to the surface during the day without people screaming and freaking out when they see them.

After we left the arcade, we sat on the bench with people walking by them, waiting for them to leave so we can go to the lair. So, to pass off the time, April and I play some music on our phones while wearing earphones, while Casey reads a comic book. Of course, April and I left one earphone in one of our ears so we can still listen to our music, but we can still hear and talk to each other.

"You know, Casey, it's awesome having someone else who knows about the turtles. I had, like, no one to talk to, 'specially after dad turned into a mutant bat." Casey smirked, "What about Blondie?" he asks. I rolled my eyes and gave April a pretend hurt look, "Yeah April, what about moi?" I ask as April playfully rolled her eyes, "Cleo's more than my friend. She's a little sister I never had." April explains, putting her hand on my shoulder.

I gave her a smile. "Gotta admit, the whole thing's pretty mind-blowing. Bunch of ninja turtles living in the sewers with their rat Master? I mean, you couldn't make this stuff up." "Yeah, it's not easy not to tell anyone that you grew up in the sewers with a giant rat and four giant turtles as a family, I'll tell ya that." I said as the people around us finally starting to leave.

"Coast is clear." April said once everyone is gone. "Let's do this." Casey said as we got up from the bench and I opened the manhole cover, "So, what's with the mask?" I asked, "It's not like my brothers don't know who you are." "Same reason people have worn masks throughout history. Cause it looks cool." He said as he puts on his mask, I gave April a look before I climb down the ladder with April and Casey following behind me.

"Ugh. Doesn't help with the smell, though." He replied. We finally reached the bottom as I landed on my feet in the sewage and got out of the way so April and Casey can get down too. Casey sniffed and groans in disgust as he said, "Ugh. Disgusting. How can you two stand it?" "I had to live down here for weeks. You get used to it." April said. "And you're talking to the girl who grew up in the sewers for 14 years. I'm already used to it." I said with my hands on my hips.

"Sick, dude." Casey said, covering where his mouth would be if he wasn't wearing his mask. The bad smell got to me as I sniffed, and I gagged as I covered my mouth and nose. "Now that you mention it, it does smell badder than usual." I said, trying not to throw up, "Ugh! What is that?" "Ugh. I don't know," April said in disgusted, "it smells like moldy cheese and puke." We heard a scream and turned to see the sewer worker Leatherhead scared months ago running towards us, looked really scared, "Squirrel! Giant mutant squirrel!" he screams, running past us.

"Oh no, don't tell me the Squirrelaniods are back?!" I exclaimed, April and Casey looked at me confused, "Squirrelaniods?" "It's a long story, let's just say you missed a lot while you were gone." I said to April, "I'll tell you later, come on!" We chase after the man. However, he was gone. The dude sure runs fast. "Where'd he go?" Casey asks before calling out, "Hello? Crazy dude?" We walked ahead to try to find the sewer worker. "Something's wrong." April said, I gave Casey a look of worry and caution, which he returns the same look to me. April looks inside of one of the pipes, only to be hit by some shoots some kind of yellow powder in her face.

"April!" I exclaim, running to her and kneeled beside her. "You okay, Red? What'd you see?" Casey asked, April look up at us and screams and runs off in the opposite direction. "April? April!" I shouted, I was about to run after her, but Casey grabbed my arm to stop me and said, "Blondie, we better get your bros and tell them." I look at the direction April ran off and I sigh, knowing he's right." "Okay," I said, before we ran to the direction that leads to the lair. Hang on, April, we'll come back for you!

Cleo's POV:
Casey and I finally reached to the lair and saw Donnie, Raph and Mikey watching SRMFF, I know I was missing it, but at this point, I don't care. "Guys! April. Sewers. Hurry!" Casey shouted while panting. "Guys, what's wrong?" Raph asks, as he and the others stand up and Leo just came out of the dojo, hearing the commotion, "Are the footbots back?" Leo asks, "We were on our way here from the arcade. Next thing we knew, April starts acting freaked out, then runs off. She's gone!" Casey explained, "Wait, wait. You two just lost April?!" Donnie asks angrily, I narrowed my eyes at him, "Not on purpose, bro!" "Relax. I'm sure there's a logical explanation, like she was eaten by a giant sewer snake or something." Mikey said, but that doesn't calm Donnie down at all.

"Let's go!" Donnie shouted as he ran pass me and Casey, although he shoves Casey down and leaves the lair. I glare at Mikey with annoyance and said, "Really, Mikey?" He gave me a sheepish laugh and we all quickly follow Donnie and after catching up to him, Casey and I lead the guys to the spot where we lost April, "I think we lost her around here." Casey said, "You think? Oh, that's not vague or anything." Donnie retorted, "Back off, Stick Master." Casey snappped, Donnie glared, "Who you callin' Stick Master, puck head?" Donnie and Casey glared at each other, I pinch my nose in annoyance and walked up the two and while they're not paying attention,

Bonk!

"OW!" "Will you two knock it off?!" I shouted as Casey and Donnie rubbed the back of their heads on the spot where I hit them, "Now's not the time to act like a bunch of little kids!" "She's right," Leo said, "We don't have time for this." Leo walked past us, and I followed right behind him, and soon the rest of the guys followed us too. We looked around the sewers in hopes of finding April. Suddenly Casey screams, "Ah! Rats?" We saw a couple of rats eating an apple core, and the empty Chinese takeout box before two of the scurries off while the other two are eating in two cans of soup.

"Why'd it have to be rats?" "Well, we are in the sewers, what do you expect?" I said with my hands on my hips, "Yeah, they're everywhere down here, dude. They're nature's cuddly little friends." Mikey said as he picks up on and nuzzled it against his face. I smiled at him and kneeled down to picked up the other rat, and pat its head, I took out a small piece of cheese from my pocket and hand it to the rat I was holding, he takes it with a squeak, "What's wrong with you two?" Casey asked in disbelief, I gently place the rat back on the floor and with a squeak as if to say thank you for the cheese, it runs off with the other rat Mikey let go.

I smiled before I heard what it sounds like an animal chirping. "You hear that?" Casey asks, "Yeah, I definitely heard that." I said as I got up, the sound came back, I look inside of one of the tunnels. I heard a cough behind me and turn to see Casey coughing while covering his mouth. "That was hideous." Casey said, coughing. "Dude, you put your nose in a New York City sewer. What'd you expect?" Raph retorts, "Thought I saw-" he must have saw something because he screamed, "Casey, what is it?" I asked, "I saw it, blondie. The demon rat." Casey said fearfully, "Demon rat?" Raph asks in confusion. What is he talking about? I look at the tunnel Casey was looking at a bit ago, but I don't see anything. "Get 'em off me!"

I turn to see Casey swinging his hockey stick at nothing but air, "They're everywhere!" Raph and Donnie then pinned him against the wall so that he doesn't hit us with his hockey stick. "Not gonna lie. That felt pretty good." Donnie said, I rolled my eyes as Casey continued to yell, "Let me out. Let me out!" "Calm down, man." Raph said, "What is your malfunction?" Casey grew more and more frantic, he fell onto his knees, whimpering fearfully, I kneeled down to him as I placed my hand on his shoulder. Suddenly I hear another scream, I realized it was April's! "April!" Donnie shouted before running off. I look at the others before turning back to Casey. "Casey, calm down. There's no demon rat." I tell him softly.

He screams again as he covers his head with his arms. I look at him with concern, something is definitely wrong. I grabbed Casey to get him back on his feet and Leo helped me as we all went to the direction Donnie went. We emerged to the larger tunnel to find Donnie with April, trying to calm her down, though it doesn't seem to be working. "Calm down. Everything's gonna be okay." Donnie said to her. I heard what is sounds like a faint whir and it was getting closer. "Hold up. What's that sound?" Leo asked. The sound was getting closer, and we turn to see what is looks like a blue ball rolling on the floor towards us. It flattened out like it was a pancake before three eyes appeared on it, "What is that?" Raph asked, it popped up into a mushroom with two legs and arms. "It's a mushroom. With feet." Mikey said, "Aw, it's so cute." he coos.

The creature suddenly jumps into Mikey's face. "AAH! Get it off of me! Get it off of me!" Mikey screamed, Leo grabbed the creature and threw it away, but it rolled back up into a ball and rolled back to us. "It's on the move." Leo warned as we took out our weapons. "I got this." Raph said, he tried to it the mushroom thing with his sai, but it dodged and jumped around him. "Fascinating. Evolved fungi." Donnie said, the mushroom popped up in front of Raph and sprayed some kind of yellow powder at his face. He fell to the ground, coughing. "Raph!" I shouted.

The mushroom attached itself at Leo's head, he stumbled backwards, trying to get it off and it came loose as he tumbles over Raph. It was heading towards Mikey, but I quickly put my kamas way and with one swift high heel kick, I kicked it out of the tunnel. "Keep back! Get away from me! Ah!" April screamed, "The rats! Ah!" Casey shouted, running off into the sewers, "What is goin' on?!" Mikey demanded, "Get 'em off me!" "Casey, come back!" I shouted, but he was already gone.

I turn to Raph, who was still on the ground and asks, "Raph, are you okay?" Raph looked up to me, and his eyes widened in fear, "No, it's you." He rolled back on his feet, his sais in his hands, "Anybody but you. Keep away from me." "Raph, take it easy, bro." I said as I raised my hands in surrender, slowly walking up to him, he glared at me, "That's it. If you won't stay away, I'll splatter you." He suddenly began to charge at me, but I dodged out of the way, and he fell to the ground. He got back up and charged at me again, this time I have my kamas out and blocked his stabs and swings, "Raph. What's wrong with you?!" I asked in disbelief.

I suddenly felt something slash my cheek as I yelped in pain, causing me the drop my weapons as I held my cheek, "Raph!" I hear Leo yell in anger, I look up to see Raph about to stab me, but Leo jumped in front of me, blocking Raph's sais with his katanas, "Donnie? Quick explanation?" "Wish I knew!" I pulled my hand away and saw a little bit of my blood on it. "You're not gettin' me, roach. I smashed you once, I'll smash you again!" Raph snapped, "Roach?" Leo echoes in confusion, he pushed Raph away and avoids his swings, I picked up my kamas and got up and before he tried to attack again, I hit Raph with the back of the handle of my weapon, knocking him down. "Sorry, bro. But you're out of control!" I spoke.

"Take it easy, bro." Donnie said, Raph got up and pressed himself against the wall in fear, "No. It's impossible." he said, "We're not gonna hurt you, Raph." Donnie said, approaching him cautiously, "Get back!" Raph shouted, kicking Donnie away, then Mikey tackled him onto the ground, quickly tying him up with his kusarigama chain. "Come on, dude! Stop it! Calm down! Breathe with me!" Mikey shouted, "Get offa me. Get off!" Raph shouts, struggling to get Mikey off, but Mikey has a good grip on him. I put my kamas away and gently touched my cheek without touching the wound. "Cleo, are you alright?" Leo asked after he puts his swords away, "Yeah, I'm fine." I said, reassuring him.

"Keep away!" April shouted as she backed away from the edge of the tunnel, swiping at something in the air, "April. April, listen. There are no bats. I promise." Donnie said softly, April swatted again, smacking Donnie in the face, "Ow!" "What is going on here?" Leo asked, "Fungus." Donnie answered, "Language, please. I have sensitive ears." Mikey retorted, Donnie shook his head, "No, whatever's happening to Raph is happening to April and Casey. It's like... like they're experiencing their worst fears. And I think I know why."

We went to a different part of the sewers and after Donnie patched up my wound on my cheek, he set up a makeshift lab table. Donnie put something on a cotton pad before grabbing it with tweezers, he walked up to April to try to take a DNA sample from her, but she was so freaked out, she didn't let him get close. "Okay, now. Okay, trust me, April." Donnie said, "No, please." she whimpered, "I- I won't hurt you, honest. I just need a quick swab." Donnie got a quick swab from April's cheek as she yelped and covered her cheeks. Donnie walked back to the table and dropped the sample into a beaker of liquid. He swirled the liquid around and it turned orange.

"April's been exposed to toxins found in certain types of fungi." Donnie explains, "That mushroom man must produce them as a defense mechanism." "Defense against what? Being stir-fried?" Leo asks, "Or maybe from become a pizza topping?" I slightly joked as Mikey chuckled a bit, Leo and Donnie rolled their eyes, but a small smile formed on their faces. "I'm freaking' out. I'm freaking' out! I'm freaking' out!" Raph shouted, still bound in Mikey's kusarigama chain, "It's okay, dude. It's me, Mikey. Give your bro a hug. It'll make you feel better." Mikey said, reaching out for Raph, "I don't think that's a good idea, Mikey." I said, but he ignores me, "Come on now. Where's the love?" Mikey then hugs our brother. "Aw. It's right here between my arms."

"I think I'm gonna hurl." Raph said and not second later, he vomits. "Eww!" I said in disgusted; I can't believe Mikey made Raph throw up. Raph must have thought Mikey was doing something else that caused him to throw up. After we pulled Raph away from the vomit, I helped Mikey drag him as we follow Leo and Donnie, who was leading April with an arm around her shoulders. "Casey. Casey!" Leo called out, Raph keeps struggling to break free, yelling about getting the roaches off of him while April would shriek and swat the air every few minutes. "Come on, Raph! Work with us here!" I said, struggling to drag him, but I stopped when I saw we arrived in a large tunnel, filled with mushrooms.

"Ooh. What is that stuff?" Mikey asked. "It's fungal mycelium, where mushrooms come from." Donnie replied, "You mean like all of these, right here?" I asked, when I saw the mushrooms, "Fungus grows like crazy in the dark." Donnie said, "If we don't stop these by sundown, the mushrooms will spread all over the city. Millions of people will go crazy with fear." Donnie walked up to a wall of fungus and pushed it away, revealing an entrance to another tunnel. We walked through the area as Mikey said, "Don't worry, Raph. I'll protect you." I can hear chirping from the mushrooms around us. "The bats. No, not the bats." April said in fear, "Don't worry, April. Everything's gonna be all right." Donnie said, we heard more chirping, and we looked up to see more mushrooms jumping down from the ceiling while some stand up from the ground, "Or not."

"Fungus balls." Mikey muttered nervously, Leo, Donnie, Mikey and I all took out our weapons as Leo said, "Keep an eye on Raph and April. No matter what, stay together." The mushrooms began to attack us as we fought them, swinging my kama to slice them in half, and stabbing one on the ground. I plunched my kama in a mushroom while avoiding the yellow powder spitting. I hear Mikey laughing and saw him jumping on the mushrooms, "Check it out. Super Mikey brothers." It was short lived when one mushroom attached to his shell. "Get it off. Get it off!" Donnie raised his staff, but the mushroom was gone from Mikey's shell before he could do anything. "Where'd it go?"

The mushroom attached itself to Mikey's head and he screamed again. Donnie swung at the mushroom, but it leaped out of the way, and he smack Mikey in the head. "Oops, sorry. My bad." Dazed, Mikey stumbled back, and the mushrooms sprayed him with yellow powder. He coughs and then Mikey suddenly throws up, although no vomit came out. A second later, he screams and fell over Raph, who somehow freed himself from the chain. They looked each other and screamed as they yell, "Cockroach!/Squirrelanoid!" They shouted, they got up and took off down the tunnel where we came. "Guys, wait. Stop!" Leo shouted as I slice the mushroom who tried to aim for my head.

A mushroom headed towards Donnie, and I shouted, "Donnie, watch out." But it was too late, the mushroom sprays yellow powder at him. Donnie coughs as he falls on the floor next to April, he looks up at her and said, "April, we need to get outta here." He coughs again, reaching out to her. "Take my hand." He suddenly backed away from her, "April? Wh-what's wrong with you?" He suddenly screaming as he fell to his knees, holding his head as he yells, "She hates me. April hates me! No! Leave me alone! I don't wanna hear it anymore!" They both got up and ran away.

"Donnie, come back!" Leo shouted. I backed away from the mushrooms, going deeper into the area as I continued to slice and stab any mushroom trying to get close to me. I looked up to try and find Leo, but I couldn't see him. I must have got separated from him or he must of gotten sprayed and ran off too. But when I got distracted, I felt something on my shoulder and turn to see a mushroom on my shoulder, "Uh-oh." It sprayed me in the face with the yellow powder and I coughed, my vision blurred.

3rd Person's POV:
When Cleo looked up, she saw she was in a pitch-dark room, all alone, with no one around. "Guys?! Guys, where are you?!" Cleo shouted, trying to see either one of her friends or brothers. Suddenly Cleo began to hear voices. Voices she doesn't even recognize.

"Freak!"

"Monster!"

"Freak! Freak!"

"Who said that?! I'm not a freak!" Cleo shouted, gripping her kamas tightly in her hands as dark figures began to appear around her, and the more insults began to throw at her,

"Witch!"

"Weirdo!"

"She doesn't belong here!"

"Stop it!" Cleo screams, "I'm not a freak! And I'm not a witch!" Cleo doesn't know that in real life she was back in the sewers, and she fell over the edge and stumbles in the ground while she hallucinates that one of the figures pushed her. She got up and while she backs away from the figures, she wasn't aware that a bucket was above her. And suddenly....

SPLAT!

Cleo froze as a cold liquid splat all over her body. When the pouring stopped, she dropped her kamas and slowly looked down as she raised her hands and was shocked at what she saw: it was blood. It wasn't her own, it was actually real blood. She looked down to see the rest of her body is covered in blood. Cleo looked up to see a huge bucket. When in real life, it was actually a pipe that just finished pouring water and it unfortunately poured onto Cleo. Back in Cleo's hallucinations, she began to hear a female voice that she wasn't very familiar to her, but at the same time, it somehow does feel familiar.

"They're all gonna laugh at you!"

Cleo began to hear a giggle, she looked back at the crowd of dark figures, she saw one of them beginning to laugh at her, and soon enough, the rest of the crowd began to laugh at her too.

"They're all gonna laugh at you! They're all gonna laugh at you!"

Cleo covered her ears, trying to block out the mean, evil laughter, but she can still hear them.

"They're all gonna laugh at you! They're all gonna laugh at you!"

"Shut up! Shut up! Shut up! Stop laughing at me!" Cleo griped her hair, trying to block out the voices in her head. The area around her begins to shake as the laughter gets louder. "Unleashed your rage on them! Make them all suffer!" A nasty voice echoing in her mind. Cleo shakes her head, trying to block out the angry voice, the unknown female voice and the evil laughter and she finally screams, "I SAID SHUT UP!"

Flex!

A sewer pipe shot out of nowhere and it stab one of the dark figures, stabbing them against the wall as red blood gushed out from where they got stabbed. The laughter from the hallucinations stopped but Cleo can still hear them laughing in her head as she screams in anger, "STOP LAUGHING AT ME! STOP IT!" Her powers began to go out of control as more pipes appeared out of nowhere and stabbed through more dark figures. All the figures began to run around, screaming in fear, trying to escape Cleo's wrath as she tries to zone out the laughter in her mind. In real life, the area Cleo was in slowly began to shake and tremble like there was an earthquake happening.

Meanwhile in real life, in another part of the sewers, Raph was walking around in fear and caution to make sure there are no cockroaches around. He was relieved when he saw Mikey smiling at him. "Mikey." Raph said, running up to him, "Oh, boy, am I glad to see you. What the heck is happening to us, man?" But Mikey didn't say a word, he just kept smiling at Raph, who was creeped out at this, "Uh, you okay?" He yelped when Mikey's head suddenly fell off his body and like a cannon, he shot small cockroaches at Raph, pushing him all the way to the wall. Raph fell to the ground and looked up to see a giant cockroach, "I'll bury you, cockroach!" Raph tackled the huge cockroach into the ground, trying to stab it with his sai. But he didn't realize he was actually fighting the real Mikey.

"Keep away from me!" Mikey screamed, struggling to get the Squirrelanoid off of him, using his nunchuck to block the Squirrelanoid's claws, "Stay back! I won't let you get my brain juice!" Mikey was also unaware he was actually fighting Raph. He somehow manages to push the Squirrelanoid (Raph) off of him, he swings his nunchucks down at the Squirrelanoid (Raph), who dodged it and was about to stab the cockroach (Mikey) again, but Cleo's telekinesis shakes the area they were in, causing them to stumble around, trying to keep their balance. And they weren't the only ones.

"Stop following me, dad!" April yelled, backslapping her mutant dad trying to attack her, but she didn't know her mutant dad is actually Donnie, "No! Leave me alone! I don't wanna hear anymore!" he yells, "What's the matter, freak? Scared!? Maybe I should put you out of your misery." The hallucination taunts, turning his head to force him to see three Aprils nuzzling and kissing Casey, causing him to scream in horror.

As for Casey, "Get 'em off me! The rats. They're everywhere!!" he yells, freaking out of rats crawling all over him and everywhere around him. The shaking also reached to them, and they also stumbled and fell on the floor. Back in the area Cleo's in, cracks began to form on all the walls, some of the pipes began to bend and twist in different angels and some even snapped in half and fell to the ground with a clang! as water began to come out of them. And small pebbles from the cracks began to float in the air.

In the hallucinations, Cleo let her powers get out of control as sharp rocks appear from the ground and it went through one of the dark figures from the ground, choking in their own blood. Water splashing out the pipes and trapping the figures in waves and drowning them. In real life, water began to spout out of the pipes and splashes all over the area as sewer pipes were coming out of their place and flew into the walls while some were being bend and twist in different angles, Cleo was screaming and crying, begging for the laughter to stop.

Meanwhile in the other parts of the sewers is, Leo is in a cavern, fighting off the off the mushroom men, after discovering that they are mutants. He used his katana to cut and slice the smaller mushrooms. He tries to avoid the giant mushrooms while avoiding being sprayed by them, but when he was about to cut the giant mushroom, one of the eyeballs filled with yellow powder hit him and he fell backwards. He wakes up in a dark void, his siblings appearing in front of him.

"It's your fault, Leo."

"You did this!"

"You let us down, bro."

"Way to go."

"Some leader, huh?"

"Man, I'm just bummed."

"I can't do it. Failure. I'm a failure." Leo muttered, holding his head, "I let the guys down. I- I let them down. I- I-" Leo opened his eyes and saw his reflection on the blade of his katana, and for a moment he saw Splinter, remembering the words he told him back in the dojo. "All leaders must face the fear of losing their team." Determination came back to him, he can't let fear get to him, his brothers and sister and friends are somewhere in the sewers, and he had to help them. "No. No, I can't give up." The dark void disappeared, facing the giant mushroom again. "Your spores won't work on me. I face my fear every single day."

His blade caught a flash of sunlight from a crack in the ceiling above and deflected it onto the giant mushrooms. It groaned, shrinking away from the light. "So that's your fear." Leo said, remembered what Donnie said. "Sunlight." The giant mushroom shoots more yellow powder eyeballs at Leo, but he avoids them and jumps on the long mushrooms, climbing higher and higher.

"Keep away! Keep away!" the giant mushroom shouted, but Leo kept going and grabbed one of the yellow powder eyeballs and threw it into the ceiling. It exploded and created a big hole in the ceiling, Leo used his katanas to reflect the sunlight and letting out a huge amount of light into the cavern. This causes a chain reaction and destroys the giant mushroom and the mushroom men.

"I'm gonna pluck the wings offa you!" Raph yells at the cockroach, "Keep away from me!" Mikey yells at the Squirrelanoid, the hallucinations fade away to reveal to the two brothers that they were fighting each other the whole time. "What the- Raph?" "Mikey?" they dropped their weapons; Raph moves Mikey's head to make sure it was real. They heard groans of pain, and they followed the sound and saw below them are April, Casey and Donnie laying on the floor.

April sat up, holding her head, Donnie also sat up, muttering, "April?" "What happened?" Casey asks as he sat up, "Guys!" they looked up to see Raph and Mikey, "You're alive!" Mikey cheered, jumping down and hugging Donnie, "It's good to see you too, Mikey." Donnie said, hugging back his younger brother before asking, "But where's Leo and Cleo?" "I remember a cave. Come on." April said and they all head for the cavern, passing a dying mushroom man. They arrived at the cavern and saw Leo laying on the floor, unconscious.

"Leo." "Oh, no. Leo. Dude. Speak to me, bro. Do you need mouth-to-mouth?" A hand covered Mikey's mouth, and Leo immediately opened his eyes as he said, "Absolutely not." Leo sat up and asked, "You're all, okay?" "Whatever you did, you saved us. All of us. Thanks, man." Raph said, "No problem." Leo said, before realizing Cleo wasn't with them. "Hey, where's Cleo?" "We don't know, man. She must be somewhere in the sewers." "We gotta find her." April said. Raph helped Leo up to his feet and they all went in search for Cleo.

After a while, they finally found the part of the sewers Cleo was in, but they were shocked at what they saw the moment they entered: the entire area was destroyed, huge cracks are on the walls and floor, water flowing out of the damaged water pipes and some of the pipes were even bend and twisted up like a pretzel. In the middle of the room, is a figure laying on the floor, unconscious. "Cleo!" They ran up to her and saw she was soaking wet and have dried tears on her cheeks. "Is she?" Donnie checked her pulse and was relieved that she was still breathing. "She's still breathing, just barely. We gotta get her back to the lair." Donnie said as he carries Cleo bride style and they all head back to the lair.

Back in the lair, while Cleo rests in her room with Donnie keeping an eye on her to take care of her, the others discussed about what happened to them and what they saw when they were under the mushrooms' influence. Leo sat beside Splinter at the edge of the pool. "And then the sunlight destroyed him and his little mushroom freaks." Leo said, finishing his story. "Impressive. And would you say you mastered your fear?" Splinter asked, Leo glanced at the water, "No. I- I just faced it, Sensei." he replied, "And that, Leonardo, is why you are a great leader." He tells him and Leo smiles at him.

"Yeah, boy. Check it out." Mikey called, coming in with a pizza box, Leo, Raph, April and Casey all walked over to join him, "An extra-large pizza with anchovies, pepperoni, and extra... mushrooms!" He opened the box to reveal the mushroom toppings. They all scowled at him. "Mikey!" they exclaimed before walking away one by one in disgust.

"You can't be serious."

"Okay, that is just wrong."

"Mushrooms..."

Mikey shrugged in response and picked up a slice, he lifted it to eat it, then froze. He stared at the slice where a tiny mushroom man got up and scooted around the pizza slice, squeaking. Mikey had a look of disbelief before yelling, causing him to drop his slice before looking up to see everyone staring at him, he chuckled nervously.

Leo turns to Donnie, who just walked out of Cleo's room, and asked, "how's Cleo, Donnie?" "She's doing better, whatever her fear was, it caused her to pass out. When she wakes up, she needs to tell us what happened." "But do not force her, my sons." Master Splinter said, "She will tell us what happened in time. She has been through enough after what has happened." In Cleo's bedroom, Cleo was changed into her pajamas by Donnie due to her clothes being soaked and was sleeping in her bed.

Cleo was in New York City Park at night, she, Master Splinter, the turtles, April and Casey were having a picnic together. Cleo was eating her pizza, smiling at her friends and family. Then something caught her attention, she saw five figures far away from her and her friends and family. She slowly got up, making sure she has her tessen in case it was Shredder and his henchmen, or if it was the Kraang. But when she caught closer, she was surprised to see it wasn't the Foot or the Kraang, but instead were five people she never seen before.

It was a teenage girl with brown hair and with her was a boy with short brown hair. In the middle of the group was the crazed woman she saw before in the past visions she had months before, the other two was another teenage girl with blonde hair and with her is a boy with dirty blonde hair. Cleo looks at them with a raised eyebrow in confusion until she felt someone grabbing her left wrist, causing her to look at the person's direction, and her eyes widen when she saw a girl older than her, covered in blood.

Cleo screamed; unaware Master Splinter was the one grabbed her by the arm when he tried to wake her up. He held her close as he tried to calm her down as objects in her room began to shake and tremble due to her telekinesis. The turtles, April and Casey ran in Cleo's bedroom and saw her screaming. "Sensei, what's wrong with Cleo?!" Leo asked panicky, "Cleopatra must be having a nightmare." Splinter said, trying to wake Cleo up from her nightmare.

In the dream, Cleo didn't scream, but was pulling her arm as hard as she can away from the girl as the people slowly walking towards her. Cleo snatched her arm from the girl's grip and saw blood on it. She saw it beginning to spread farther and farther from her arm to the rest of her body, beginning to be covered in blood. Cleo began to scream in panic as the strangers cornered her. "Sarah...... Sarah......" a voice called out, but Cleo was too busy trying to get the blood off of her.

Cleo snapped her eyes opened, now wide awake. When she saw Master Splinter and realized he was the one who grabbed her arm when she was asleep, she immediately hugs him tightly as she cries. Master Splinter rubs her back as he ran his fingers through her hair, trying to calm her down as the objects in her room stopped shaking. The turtles, April and Casey went up to her side. "Cleopatra, we are here. Everything is going to be alright." Master Splinter said as Cleo kept crying. Leo, Raph, Donnie, Mikey, April and Casey looked at each other, whatever Cleo's fear and nightmare was, it's going take some time for Cleo to tell them.
