Chapter Thirty Five
When I wake up, everything is blurry, and I can only make out dark colours. I drag myself to my feet using the wall, staggering over again when I step forward. Dizziness is not what I need right now. I curl up in a ball, hands over my face, loosing all sense of direction. The colours that I can see are spinning everywhere, and right now I don't even know where the floor is. I moan softly as I pass out again, the last thing I think about being a question.
How powerful was that stunner?

When I wake up again I feel slightly better, but I still have no idea where I am. I can't tell if I'm even in a bed or not, and I too tired to even care. I loose consciousness once again.

"Is she actually going to stay awake this time?"
A voice startles me awake, and it takes me a second or two to work out whether or not I recognise this voice. Finally, I conclude I don't. I open my eyes and push myself into an upright position, leaning for support against the wall.
I can just make out two people, the ones who caught me. Blurrines still swims around the edge of my vision, but I can see well enough to recognise the slim iron bars that separate us. It doesn't take a genius to work out I'm in a cell, almost definitely on a ship.
I run my eyes, groaning at the headaches that seems to be like thunder inside my head. Judging by the wariness of my body, and the fact I can't think quite straight, it will take me at least a couple of days to recover.
"I hope so. But what do you expect, you idiot. That thing was powerful enough to take down a Wookie. When I said don't be easy on her, I didn't mean that. An average charge would have done. She's only a young Togruta, and a stupid one at that,"
A woman's voice rings out, and I'm too exhausted to be angry. But one thing does stick in my mind - why were they after me?
Suddenly the bars shoot upwards, disappearing into the ceiling, and I hear footsteps echoing on the metal floor. Seeing as my eyesight seems unable to support me, I'm using sound to guide me.
Then suddenly a gloved hand reaches for my chin, throwing up my head and forcing me to look her in the eye. The woman in Manderlorian armour is human, with blond hair in a bun, and blue eyes. Finally, her helmet is gone. She scowls at me, inspecting me.
"I went to too much trouble to catch it. I'm expecting at least double the prize when we get there, especially seeing as I did it in half the time. You listening Jordan?" Her voice is so cold, as if she has no heart, but she probably doesn't.
"Of course I am. Doubt you'll get away with their sacred weapons though, they'll be worth to much, and I couldn't help but notice he isn't very good when it comes to a range of weapons - he only had a dagger," the man has a strange accent, the sort that reminds me of the criminals in the lower levels of Coruscant. I'm almost one hundred percent sure that they're bounty hunters.
"What do you want?" My voice comes out in a rasp, and I wonder how many days I was out, without food or water. But I look her firmly in the eye, and she returns it.
With her free hand, she slaps me harshly across the face and without thinking I wince and let out a groan of pain. Her hand finds my throat and yanks me to my feet, and only then am I aware of the shock collar around my neck, wrists and ankles. These people are not taking chances.
"Not you. But unfortunately I do have you, and while I have you, you will stay quiet unless spoken too," She announces lightly, letting go of me and shoving me against the wall. She taps a button on her wrist and electricity springs out of my shock collar, cause me pain that brings me back to my knees.
The worst thing about it was the fact it wasn't powerful enough to knock me out. Just powerful enough to almost knock me out, but not quite. I let out a cry of pain, and the woman smirks with pleasure. Where ever I'm being taken, it won't be an easy trip.
When the collar is finally turned off, I struggle to get my breath back. The collar is so tight it limits my intake of air, and I have the constant feeling of being slowly strangled. I keep throwing my head back, and clawing at it out to of habit, but it never gets any looser.
In fact, the only effect it has is both Jordan's and Ren's laugh, which is during when I learn her name. In fact, the last thing she said without laughing, was;
"Gosh, she's just like a wild animal. Too much spirit, not anywhere near enough tamed,"
