Turning of Time: Chapter 36
__Sara Pov__
Today I awoke with a feeling of trepadition. My temp team would be fighting our sensei today to put finishing touches on teamwork. Though I like Ryota and Takeo, I have a feeling that our teamwork will need a lot of work, maybe even more than we have time for.
I gathered all my weapons, sharpening their blades to the razor sharp edge I make sure to always keep. Ayaka was still asleep when I left, so I assumed that Hibiko and Junichi were as well. Leaving the house I ran to the training grounds, surprised that I was actually running behind and would be late.
Arriving in the clearing I huffed a sigh of releif, noting that our sensei wasn't there. Noticing me the two boys walked over with grins on their faces.
"Hey Sara, I guess it's like teacher like student," Ryota teased me lightly.
"Aw shut up Ryota! You're just a sexist flirt, I was sharpening my weapons and lost track of time."
I noticed Takeo out of the corner of my eye, looking me up and down. Finally he spoke up, "Something seems different about you..."
Ryota took a double take of my appearance as well, "Now that you mention it..."
Now they circled and examined me closer, trying to deduce what was different about me. The stood back, taking in the whole picture, and came and poked me, looking at the closer picture. They did everything in between while I stood there like a lab rat that they couldn't figure out the problem to.
This situation is what Hitomi saw when she finally got here. Confused about what they were doing she looked from me to them. Then her eyes instantly flashed back to me.
"Sara..." she began, and I was hopeful that another female might notice and end all the prodding. Continuing she dashed those hopes, "Are you wearing your sword on your back?"
I practically anime fell to the ground. Of all the things to notice, she notices my weapon placement. There were, in fact, many new things about my ettire. The two boys nodded though.
"Oh, so that's what was different!" Ryota said.
Takeo nodded in agreement, "I was starting to think I was going insane, imagining things, ya' know?"
"I totally get you!" Ryota had an excited tone in his voice.
They blabbed on together with Hitomi about the change in the placement of my sword, which was, indeed, strapped on my back today. As they went on with their conversation I grew more and more irritated at them all. Finally I took tape out of my pouch and, cutting three strips, threw it at each of their mouths. It cut off the talking instantly and I huffed and turned my back to them.
Peeling of the tape they looked to me quizzically.
"What was that for Sara?" Ryota asked, "Unless you wanted to do a lit-" I cut him off with an anger filled glare. He stopped immediatelly after noticing my glare.
"Is it because we didn't notice the sword right away?" Takeo asked in worry. He was so polite when he wasn't fighting.
I sat down cross legged and folded my arms, tossing my head to the side and looking away from them. All three surrounded me, trying to assure me that the sword looked good where it was. They were all such idiots today! Sure, I was smart and could fight, but I was still a girl that wanted people to notice things.
Their attempts at consoling may have gone on forever if Shika's team hadn't walked into the training grounds as well. They saw our cluster and walked over curious as to what was going on. When they saw me they all gasped in utter shock.
"S-Sara... your h-hair..." Ino stammered out.
"And your clothes..." Choji added.
Shika just stared at me in shock, as did Asuma. Leave it to them to actually notice the changes.
As to what they were refering to it was quite simple. I had a make over. My hair, which had previously hung past my shoulder blades, was completely chopped off. And by chopped, I mean it. My hair was pretty much styled like a boys. I had retained my bangs that fell across my forhead in uneven chunks, but it followed the shape of my skull and ended in a slight point at the base of my skull.
My clothes had completely changed as well. Instead of wearing a bright purple I wore a dark grey-green color in the same style as before. My previosly grey skirt had been replaced for a dull pair of shorts, in a brown color. I retained the fishnet shirt, but lost the leggings. My forehead protector wasn't on my forehead anymore either. Instead I wore it on my leg, strapping my kunai pouch instead of the usual black strap. My shoes were a soft brown leather and around my waist was a dulled purple sash, too dark to be noticeable.
Asuma then noticed something else, "Your weapons changed as well."
They indeed had, only slightly though. On my left hip were two scabards hung on my sash. The knives held within them had plain brown hilts, wrapped in leather, and were sheathed in black. The sword on my back was the same one I had bought from Yameha, but I had added a light brushing of black to the sheath to make it blend in more. My bow was also painted black, and slung across my back like my sword. Below them both were my arrows, perpindicular to the ground. The opening on my right side, and my pouch for shuriken and such tied to its base. I had also fashioned another sheathe onto the quiver, it held the two kunai like knives of the men who had tried to capture Ayaka.
Finally noticing the complete make-over I had done the night before the sound from my panicy team doubled in the effort to assure me it looked alright. I just rolled my eyes and looked off into the distance, waiting for them to settle down.
__Shika Pov__
Sara looked absolutely stunning, and absolutely lethal. Her hair had come as quite a shock, but suited her quite well. She was still the same old Sara though, and proved it with her next sentence.
"You guys are so dense. Be more observant, or I'll feel inclined to prank you," She was addressing her new team.
Yupp, still the same old Sara.
__Sara Pov__
I watched as Shika and his team walked off. My team had finally ceased their apologies and we were getting back to the reason we were here. Hitomi stood up straighter and cleared her throat.
"Right then. Now that we're all calmer, let's get back to why we're here." Instantly the three of us sobered. "Your goal is simple. Hit me."
Ryota scoffed, "No offence Hitomi, but that's easy."
Her expression didn't change. She was straight faced and dead serious. "Ah, but you have to hit the real me."
At this she made about 20 shadow clones.
"So we just thin the herd," Takeo said matter-of-factly. He cracked his knuckles in preparation for the fight.
"One more rule," either Hitomi or one of her clones held up a finger. We looked to her in interest and she continued. "You can't hit eachother. If one of you hits your teammate," she paused for dramatic effect, "you have to catch a fish from the lake on the other side of Konoha, then bring it back here, alive."
We all groaned. Sure it was summer, so the lake wouldn't be increadibly cold, but the thought of catching a fish... Not to mention that we had to bring it here alive, which means running pretty freaking fast. Unless she gave us a bucket, but knowing her she wouldn't. On top of that running fast will run wind through our clothes and chill us completely. Oh she was mean.
"When you get back put the fish in this pond," She made handsigns and a pond appeared in the ground. "If it's still alive you can get back to fighting." Making her final few handsigns she transformed the 20 of her into us. "One last thing. I won't change between you three."
Now not hitting eachother would be a lot tougher. Automatically I counted how many of each of us there were. In total there were 7 of both the boys and 6 of me. The clones all crowded in, seperating the three of us so we no longer knew who was who. Seizing the opprotunity I jumped back from the crowd and faced them, three of me did the same.
I launched myself at the clones of myself. If we wanted to win here the original should just fight the copies. I started with a kick which she blocked expertly. The two blades above my quiver slid into my hands almost of their own volition. The clones copied the movement almost exactly. Moving too quickly for the eye to see I launched myself at one of the clones.
My attack would have made it, if Takeo hadn't stepped in. He pushed me back and I landed a few yards away on my feet. I glared at the opponents facing me. There was now only one of me, accompanied by 2 Takeo's and a Ryota.
Suddenly the Ryota launched an attack at the Takeo. In that moment I knew that was the real Ryota. I also got an idea of how to tell the difference. The only problem was telling those two without letting Hitomi know. If she new the flaw in her attack pattern she was sure to change it.
After dispatching the two Takeo together with Ryota he stood facing me and my duplicate. I wanted to tell him I was the real one, but how could I prove it?
He looked back and forth at us before launching two kunai. They both sailed close to us, but passed within a hairs breath.
"That means you're both fake!" Ryota said. I assume he thought that only Hitomi would be able to judge the course of a kunai. Maybe I should have moved then.
He charged at us. "Wait!" I shouted. I couldn't help it, but I did so. Surprisingly though Ryota did wait. "Don't judge on that please. Hitomi isn't the only one who can judge a kunai's path."
"I-er... Then who's real!" Ryota seemed to snap. He grew angry at the fact he was faced with a situation like this.
Suddenly all of my clones stood behind me. Ryota was joined by his and the group of Takeo walked up as well. We stood facing eachother. None of the clones made moves to attack us either, since it would give away who was who.
"Let's just think this through, shall we? One of us has to have an idea." Takeo, at least I hope, said.
I nodded agreement, as did another clone. I held a fierce glaring contest with the clone. "You're right, but how do we tell the clones' ideas from our own?" I looked at both of my companions.
"Fair point, but if we use our brain we can figure it out," Takeo spoke reasonably.
There had to be a way. If I could just think for a minute. People always put too many clues into what they say after all. What was it that Hitomi said that was important? If I could figure this out... Wait, there is always that option, and it would lead to a lot less confusion.
I looked at the two and saw confusion in their eyes, all of the eyes. Looking at my clones I saw steel in theirs. Was that really how my eyes looked right now? Perhaps it was my imagination, but for now I'll forget that.
"Do you two trust me enough to let me do something?" I spoke to them. They looked up at the mass of Sara's I was in the midst of.
Ryota looked at me nervously. "What is it you want to do Sara?"
I walked forward, followed and led by my clones. They all stayed back though when I continued on to Takeo. Stopping a few feet in front of the group I faced them and smiled. "Well I was just thinking, and came up with a fairly good solution, but it can probably only be done once. I'll ask again, do you trust me?" Another clone walked up and tackled me, we fought one another off until we broke. I'm sure the boys couldn't tell which was which anymore.
Takeo spoke up however in answer to my question. "I trust you Sara, but what's your plan?"
I looked to him and smiled. "Hold still while I get rid of a third of the problem." All Takeo froze where they were. Knowing the original would the clones had to do so as well.
I slung my bow off of my shoulders. Takeo's eyes widened, but he seemed to understand at least a little. Ryota, however, didn't.
"What are you doing!? Takeo get out of there!" None of the Takeo moved, and I didn't expect them to.
"Ryota, we're a team. We should trust Sara." One of the Takeo spoke. I would like to say that it was him, but there really was no telling.
I grinned, but it never reached my eyes. Looking around the crowd I looked for a target that wouldn't impare fighting abilities. Finally deciding I let out another order for Takeo, "raise your hand if you would. I don't want to damage your fighting ability too much."
All of them complied willingly. Hitomi would just have to hope she wasn't in the group of Takeo. This definately would count as landing a hit on her after all.
Adjusting the quiver I took an arrow and nocked it. In a flash I let 8 arrows fly, scraping the side of all eight hands. I lowered the bow and then slung it on my shoulder. All faces looked at me slackjawed at the display of speed and marksmanship, even my clones. After all, none of the clones could copy that display.
"I guess that proves I'm the real Sara... and now that I've hit Takeo," I gestured to the hands of all the Takeo, "I have to go get a fish."
"Why would you do that?" One Ryota asked.
I tapped my finger to my chin. "Weeell... I dunno, but I really hope that one of my clones is left for me to fight..." At that it seemed to dawn on them.
"So by getting rid of a third of the problem..." Ryota looked to the group of Saras.
Takeo finished the sentence, "You get rid of all your clones."
I smiled, my teammates weren't complete idiots. "Well, see all 16 of you boys in about 15 minutes. Unless I managed to hit Hitomi when I shot into the crowd." I looked over, but nothing was said. "Whatever then, I'll assume that it's a Ryota then."
I ran off, followed by awed looks on all of the faces. Then, once they realized the importance of the sentence, the sounds of fighting.
__3rd Pov__
As Sara ran to go and retrieve her fish from across Konoha the two boys attacked her clones. The fact that Hitomi had said that she wouldn't change between the three made it easy to get rid of the six clones. The fight was fierce nevertheless however.
As soon as Sara had left the two boys attacked with newfound ferocity. Alone they hadn't stood a chance against Hitomi. Now that they were able to team up without worry though they dispatched them one by one in a methodical manner. Takeo, though usually calm in demeanor, attacked violently and with an aggressiveness totally askance to his nature. Ryota kept him in line for the most part though, having a calm and clear head in battle.
Sara had practically no problem getting the fish. She simply made a bucket out of earth using a modified version of one of her jutsu. Catching it took a little time though.
When Sara returned to the clearing it was exactly 15 minutes after she had departed. She looked over the scene with an eagle eye.
There were no more clones for her, so it was apparent that she was the original. The only problem now was the two boys. It seemed their numbers had thinned a little, and in fact they had. Using the fact that none of their copies joined in the fight against the Saras they were able to dispatch two Ryotas and three Takeos. The trick to get rid of some of the problem wouldn't work a second time however.
Sara dumped the fish into the pond and it swam around happily, exploring its new home. The fighting had stopped and now all eyes landed on her. Now they just had to find a way to get rid of another group. Thinking it through, Sara realized the wisest choice would to be to go after the Ryota group because they hadn't been attacked yet in earnest.
Now how do you tell a sexist pig from a group of transformed Hitomi... That was hardly even something that needed answering, after all Hitomi was a girl.
Sara looked up at her thought and winked at Takeo in secrecy. He caught the wink, but not knowing what Sara was up to just looked at her quizzically. That is... until she spoke.
"So Ryota, what are your thoughts on kunoichi again? Excluding myself of course." Ryota had also seen the wink passed between his two teammates. Now he realized what Sara had meant by it and went right along with it.
"Well that should be obvious. Girls are horrible ninja! The only thing they're good for is using medical ninjutsu and helping the team that way. They aren't strong in the slightest and are horrid fighters. In fact, most girls should probably just stay in the kitchen where they belong, it's not like they're any help after all." It was a struggle for Sara not to hit him as he spouted this off, but she managed it. All the clones of Hitomi just stared at him in shock, some even lost focus and let the transformation drop.
The three teammates smiled at one another happily. All the Ryota that now desended upon him were clear Hitomis and it was way easier now. Even the Takeo replicas went to attack Ryota. Then we began to thin the herd of clones attacking Ryota.
For a first time combination with Sara the three worked together splendidly. They dispatched them one by one until there was just Takeo and a clone.
"Now comes the real challenge I suppose," Sara muttered looking at the two.
Ryota looked to her quizzically. "What do you mean? This is the easy part. Just have him activate his Kekkei genkei. Everyone in the clan has it, that's why our eyes are a reddish pink."
"I had forgotten about that. Hitomi wouldn't be able to copy that one after all." Sara looked at the two again, then shook her head. "It doesn't matter though. The fake is just a Kage Bunshin."
Both the boys' eyes widened at that.
"What do you mean, she has to be the real one!" Ryota said, more like shrieked really. And he says girls are unfit for fighting?
"Think about it though. If I shot every Takeo with an arrow before, then I would have hit Hitomi as well, and the test would have ended. Now two Takeo stand before us, and Hitomi said she wouldn't change between us three. That means that no matter which one is real, the other one is nothing but a clone."
Suddenly one of the Takeo poofed and revealed a Hitomi. None of the three went to attack it though, knowing now that it was a clone.
She clapped her hands in a very sarcastic manner. "Very good Sara. Yes, the original was never amongst the clones to begin with. I guess now though, it's a game of hide and seek." The clone looked off thoughtfully towards the pond she created. "Shame that only one of you needed to go get a fish though."
"If you were never there to begin with, what was the point of the first part?" Ryota yelled.
"Why don't you find me first? If you can do that, then you'll get your answer." Hitomi then did a backflip and poofed into nonexistance.
They all just stood there for a moment and let that sink in. Sara flomped down onto the grass and put her hands behind her head, looking like she was about to doze off. The two boys looked in her direction curiously.
"Sara, what's up, shouldn't we get moving?" Ryota asked.
"Meh, you guys can," She rolled onto her stomach and layed face down on the grass with her arms splayed to the sides.
Takeo looked at her. "What are you going to do? Shouldn't you be helping us? I mean, if you have that much reason in you it would be easier if all three of us looked, right?"
"That's why I'm staying here."
"Huh?" The two boys chorused and looked at her in confusion. She just continued to lay there.
Finally Takeo spoke up, "What is that supposed to mean Sara? That doesn't make a bit of sense."
Sara still just lay there face down on the ground, not moving.
Ryota prodded her with his foot, poking at her side. "Would you mind? I was almost asleep for a minute there." She looked up at him angrily.
"Explain what you mean then! Why are you staying here if three people looking is better than two!?" Ryota yelled down at her.
Sara sat there a moment just looking up at her teammate. Slowly she lifted herself onto her elbows and looked at the two boys standing near her head. She stayed like that a moment before hanging her head.
"Sara, why don't you just explain?" Takeo said, "If we're satisfied we'll leave you alone sooner."
Finally after a while she sat crosslegged on the ground. Her eyes flit to the side for a moment before returning to her teammates' faces.
"It isn't the whole three is better than two factor that is why I'm staying here. Think of what you said before that."
The boys looked at her with blank faces, then Takeo spoke, "We can't remember."
"Ugh! Really?" She looked at the two and they nodded. "Your memory is awful. You said, and I quote, 'What are you going to do? Shouldn't you be helping us?'. That is why I shall stay here."
Blank looks followed her explination and she ignored that and lay back down, closing her eyes.
Eventually they prodded her again until she looked up at them, "What?"
"We don't understand," The two admitted.
She mumbled something incomprehensible and sat back up. "What don't you understand?"
"Why does that mean you're staying here?" Ryota asked.
"Do I really need to explain step by step?" She asked at as a rhetorical question, but the two nodded anyways. "Fiiiine. I'm staying here because you two are already relying on me too much. I can't lead the team, we're all equals here. Except maybe in brain capacity," She said the last sentence in a murmured aside, but it was still heard. "Anyways, you two need to think for yourself. If you create a plan with just your brain power I'll help I suppose. Either way, the longer you're here the farther Hitomi can get away and hide. I suggest hurrying."
At that the two boys jumped off, spurred into action and finally seeing the reason. Of course, they only followed half her orders and had no plan, but that didn't matter to her right now. She looked off to her left in the trees.
"Are you going to come out and talk to me now, Kari?" She spoke loud enough so the woman could hear her.
Stepping clear of the tree the woman smiled at Sara. "It took you a while to get rid of those two Sara."
"What is it Kari?"
The woman sighed, "You really don't like small talk do you?" Then her face grew serious and she looked Sara in the eye, "Come with me. You won't be away more than a second, but we need to talk."
"What are we going to talk about?" Sara eyed her curiously, wondering how they would have an entire conversation in a second.
"About you," Kari hesitated a moment, "And where you came from."
_-_
The two boys ran around for an hour before finally realizing they were wasting time. They talked for a little while, after this realization, about what to do.
"Do you think we should go back and ask Sara?" Ryota finally put forth the idea that they both held in their minds.
Takeo looked reluctant, but finally spoke, "Probably, we're getting nowhere on our own."
Finally admitting that they couldn't find Hitomi on their own they ran back to where they had left Sara.
_-_
When the two arrived in the clearing they saw Sara talking to three people near a rock. She smiled at the trio, but her teammates could see a hint of sadness in her smile.
There was a tall blond jonin and two of his students, a girl and a white haired boy. They were interrupted when a brown haired boy with googles on his head crashed through the trees.
Sara smiled at the boy and ruffled his hair.
"Hey! Sara!" Ryota called out stupidly. Takeo had been watching the scene with avid interest as to the events.
Sara turned to the two startled. She then recompsed her features and turned to the now completed team of four. She said goodbye and you could faintly hear the white haired boy respond, calling her Suzanne.
Then Sara ran to her two teammates. When she reached them she spun them around a little so they were facing the other direction. Takeo looked back, but the team had disappeared.
Finally Takeo looked back as Sara spoke, "So you guys couldn't find her without me after all?"
"Yeah, sorry to disappoint," Ryota spoke glumly.
"I didn't honestly expect you to find her anyways, but I know where she is."
"What! How?!" Ryota looked to her excitedly.
"Easily, she told us after all."
Takeo looked at her quizzically, "No she didn't."
"Ah, well no, not directly, but through her actions? Yupp."
"Explain a little further if you would?" Takeo spoke again.
"Well then, first off her clone mentioned the fish I got, why?" Neither of the boys answered. "Because that was a clue, obviously. Next is the fact that the clone did a backflip, either of you know that one?" The two shook their heads. "Dang, I had hoped you did," She paused then considering, "You had no reason to I guess. Well then, while I was getting the fish from the pond I saw a really odd fish, it was kinda small, but odd because that species doesn't live in that type of water."
"Sorry, but how does that connect with the backflip?" Takeo interrupted.
Sara looked at him, "Good question, at least you guys are following a little. To answer, when I was looking at that fish, it did a backflip of its own."
Ryota pieced it together first, "So what you're saying is that Hitomi transformed herself into a fish in the lake?"
"Exactly. So shall we go and hit our sneaky sensei?" Sara looked at the two boys. They gave her mischevious grins and nodded excitedly.
_-_
The three genin sat on the sand of the lakeside, soaked with water as they looked at their sensei, who was clearly mocking them. Hitomi was clearly the fish, as shown with her movements which no fish ever did. The silver scaled fish danced across the surface of the water, doing backflips and other actions. If a fish could laugh, this one definately would be.
They all shot the fish a poisonous glare. Hitomi reacted by pretending that their looks killed her and sank slowly down to the depths of the water before coming back up and performing a backflip. They had chased her around for hours trying to land a hit, but it was hard. Everytime they got close Hitomi would use her mobility to dodge out of the way. Not to mention they were slowed down by the water.
Sara stood up then, "That is it! I am going to hit her so hard that she will land in the Hokage's office!" It was a rather ridiculous threat because that was all the way on the other side of Konoha. Nobody contradicted her or raised complaint though. Until she started to strip.
"Sara! What are you doing!?" Takeo shouted as Sara removed her weapons and had her shirt halfway off.
Lowering her shirt she looked at Takeo quizzically, "What does it look like?"
"Um... well, what I mean is... We're boys and um..." He trailed of awkwardly.
Ryota gave a grin, "It's clear that she's just giving me a show." He winked at Sara.
"I would totally hit you if I didn't have to then take a fish back to that pond." She glared at Ryota almost as poisonosly as she had at Hitomi.
"Right, sorry."
"Don't worry, I'll just get you back for it later." She then proceeded to continue taking off her clothes.
Takeo ran up and held her shirt down on her body. "Sara, you shouldn't be stripping in front of boys!"
"Geez! So sensitive!" She shook her head and removed his hands. Then turned and faced him. "I'm just taking them off so they can dry while I attack Hitomi. No sense in having my clothes soaking when I walk back home."
"But-" She held up a hand to stop him.
"If you're so worried about your purity then look away!"
Takeo quit arguing. He also sensed, like all of Sara's past teammates, that when Sara made up her mind there was no changing it. He turned and walked off to the trees.
"Just let me know when it's alright to look then."
After some shuffling Ryota called out, "She's a fish now."
Startled Takeo looked over. Indeed there were now two fish, that clearly weren't fish. Hitomi's silvery form danced away from the bright purple of Sara. Takeo let loose a breath of releif, at least he didn't have to see Sara naked anymore. Like Sara had guessed, he didn't want his purity taken away.
At first the two just watched, then realizing the sense Sara had turned into fish themselves. The three were clumsy at first, but quickly adjusted to the form they had taken. Now they chased Hitomi and got closer to landing hits.
It all ended when Sara delivered the final blow though. The laughter was gone from what they had though was a joke that she would launch Hitomi into the Hokage's office.
Sara spun and hit Hitomi with her tail using the force of her charge. Hitomi flew from the water and sailed over Konoha. If they could have seen from their vantage point, they would see that Hitomi had actually flown through and open window and landed on the desk in front of the Hokage, who might I add, freaked out quite a bit at the sudden appearance.
The two boys climbed out first and gave Sara some privacy as she got her clothes back on. Now that they were shivering in their wet clothes as the sun set. They now saw the sense Sara actually had. The temperature rapidly dropped as the sun went down beneath the hilltops.
All of them set off for the hokage's office together. When they finally arrived they walked in to see Hitomi conversing with Kakashi and the Hokage. Hitomi marched up to Sara.
"How in the world did you make me fly straight onto the Hokage's desk?" She demanded.
Sara looked at her boredly, "Math."
That shut up Hitomi and the Hokage chuckled a little. Kakashi kept his stoic face.
"Well, moving on," The Hokage spoke, breaking the silence, "Now that you've passed the test that Hitomi made, I'll let you through to the chunin exams. Unfortuantely there is no time for you to have a mission, so your mission will be to participate in the chunin exams. They start two days from now, here are your forms."
The two Hikawa jumped up and down excited. Sara turned to Kakashi, "I'm moving out. Oh, and thanks Hokage!" She said the first sentence so stoicly that it didn't sink in for Kakashi and the Hokage for a little while.
When they finally realized their eyes widened. "Eeeh!?" Everyone in the room chorused. The other three because they had no idea that Kakashi and Sara had been living together.
"Oh, and I'm taking the kids," She stated bluntly.
The three's jaws dropped. To accompany that the two boys got nose bleed and fell backward to the floor. If you looked closely you could see the corners of Sara's mouth turned up slightly in a smile under her mask.
"Does that mean that..." Takeo looked at her with a face of dissapointment.
Finally Sara could hold it in no longer and dropped to the floor in a fit of laughter. She stayed like that for a good 10 minutes. Her new team looked at her curious and confused, the two men looked at her in wonder. Both of the men couldn't explain their feelings as to the joke she just pulled on the three, but eventually the Hokage chuckled a little when he saw a blush on Kakashi's face.
Unfortunately Sara saw the blush as well. She pointed to Kakashi, "You are such a perv." Then she burst into another fit of giggles.
Over her laughter the Hokage explained the situation with Kakashi and the kids, once he finished the tale the other three were chuckling slightly as well.
"Where are you moving to Sara?" The Hokage finally spoke once the room had settled down.
She looked at him, "It's close to the academy, I'm buying it off this guy, it's already paid off though."
He nodded, "I know which house you're talking about. That's fine, I will approve that."
"Sweet! Well then, I'm going to go start packing things up," She waved and walked out the door.
As she walked out she heard Ryota mutter something along the lines of, "There's never a dull moment when Sara is around."
Oh how right he was, and tomorrow he would know just how much.
