Ash Pov

My name is Ash Ketchum. I live in Pallet Town in the Kanto region. I travel the world with my buddy, Pikachu to reach my goal to become a Pokémon master! (He's in his Kalos outfit btw)

Right now, I'm in Alola with my friends Lillie, Lana, Mallow, Sophocles, and Kiawe. "Mmmm!!! This food is so delicious!!" Said Lillie. Oh yeah! I forgot to mention we're in Mallow's restraunt. "I'm glad you like it, Lillie!" Exclaimed Mallow, slightly blushing at Lillie's compliment. "Lillie's right! This is some of the best food I've ever tasted!" Kiawe complemented. "T-thanks, K-Kiawe" Mallow said, blushing very hard. You see, Mallow has a GIANT crush on Kiawe. Everybody knows it. Even me!

"This is good, but, how do I say this?... I've tasted better" I mumbled the last part. "And what, do tell, would taste better than this?!?" Mallow yelled, clearly angry at my comment. "S-serena's poképuffs..." I mumble as I sweatdrop. For some reason, this calmed Mallow down A LOT. "Who's Serena?" She asked calmly and curiously. "Serena was one of my traveling companions back in Kalos." I say, remembering all the fun times we had together. "What was she like?" Lana asked. "She was very nice and cared a lot about her Pokémon. She loved to bake the most amazing desserts you've ever tasted! She also loved Pokémon performing, too. She was really good at it and made it to the masterclass finals only to be beaten by Aria, the Kalos queen. She ended up going to Hoenn to get better at Pokémon performing. But, she gave me one last thing before she left..."

*flashback*

As we were walking through the Lumiose airport, Serena's flight got called to board. We walked to the escalators near her plane. As we said our final goodbyes, she told me I was the kind of person she wanted to be. She also said she would be a more attractive person the next time we meet.

She started going down the escalator, bit turned around to me and said, "Hey, Ash! There's just one more thing!" I was not expecting this. "Huh?" I say in confusion. Just then, Serena starts running up the down escalator. When she reached the top, she got on her tippy-toes and planted her lips on mine. She kissed with passion and love. I didn't complain, I just kissed back. This didnt last long, however. The escalator forced us to pull apart. When we did, my eyes were sparkling. She was blushing madly. I wasn't really sure what exactly happened, being the dense human being I am, but I loved every second of it.

*flashback ends*

"Helloooo? Earth to Ash! Anybody home?" I snap awake to find Mallow waving her hand in front of me. "S-sorry! Just...thinking about...s-stuff." I mumble with a blush on my face. "Anyway, what did she give you?" Sophocles asked with a raised eyebrow. "A-a k-kiss..." I mumble. There was silence. "WHAAAAAAT?!?!?!?" Everyone shouts at once. "What happened next?" Lillie asked eagerly. "Nothing after that. She went to Hoenn, I went to Kanto, life went on." I explained. Again, silence. "Well, get your ass outta here and go find her!!" Shouts Mallow as she shoves me out the door. "Ooookay..." I say, confused as to what just happened.

~timeskip to airport because I'm lazy~

"Jeez, so persistent." I say, annoyed how they refused to let me do anything but buy a ticket to Kalos (btw Serena is done with her time in Hoenn so she's back in Kalos) I go to the counter to order a plane ticket. 'Here goes nothing' I thought. "Hello young man, how can I help you today?" The lady asked politely. "I need one plane ticket to Kalos please."

There! The first chapter of my first amourshipping book! I don't really know what to do with this story. Hopefully I'll find out as I go along! I hope everybody likes this story so far. I've never done a story with full, fleshed-out characters so please let me know if there is anything I can do to increase the quality of this book. Also, please point out any grammar errors.
