Harmony- A young 13 year girl longing for friendship in people who'll accept her for who she is and stand up for her. She's kind, friendly, trustworthy, smart, and willing to protect her friends. Her pet is Rex, a coelurosauravus. At first she was alone and her only friend was Rex. But when she help the Tune Slueths and was ask to join, she and Rex accepted & loves solving mysteries and hanging with their new friends. Due to her experience in building and robotics, she's the team's main mechanic and one of main leaders.

Amy Winston- A 15 year old girl who spent most her time in her bedroom creating and programming video games. She's kind, caring, supportive and smart. After her quest in gem world as Princess Amethyst , she found her confidence in herself and to don't worry about what others say. Courage the cowardly dog, he was given to Amy when her Aunt Muriel move to a retire home in South Carolina. She looks to Courage as a brother. When she joined the Tune Sleuths, she and Courage's gadgety and computer skills are fully appreciated and are ready help out their friends. She's also one of main leaders, sometimes the brawn , due to her swordsman skills, and one of the brains on the team.

Skalk- A quirky opportunistic African wild dog from The Great Karoo desert. He's friendly, helpful, and resourceful. Despite being cowardly at times, he's a good person at heart. He has experience automobile technology, due to living in an abandoned construction site with his old pack, so he's also the team's another mechanic and teams up with Harmony. He has a crush on Abby and tries to be more than just friends. He's also one of the team's inside jobs as he, Marcus, and Jessica can get inside a villain's lair while uncover to find info on a evil plan and also create distracts, long enough for the rest of the team to move out.

Jackie Legs- A cool, kick back, DJ rapping kangaroo from down under. He's cool, friendly, curious, and fun- loving. He loves candy, rapping, and hanging with his buddies. Jackie, along with Abby and Jen are the main brawn. And he take out multiple or larger enemies with great boxing skills and powerful kick. He can also loves to bust out a great rap song along with his mates, Jessica, Mordecai, and Rigby. He too will stand up and protect his friends no matter what.

Mordecai - A 6"3 tall 23-year old humanoid blue jay. He's is mild-mannered and laid back. He's Rigby's best friend since childhood. Like his best friend Rigby, he lacks clothing, plays video games, sings karaoke, and drinks copious amounts of coffee and soda. He's also has patience, responsibility, intelligence, sociable, friendly and serious. He's also one of the main leaders, sometimes brains, and sometimes brawn.

Rigby- A 23 year brown raccoon with short, spiky hair. He's is also very arrogant, impulsive, impatient and immature at all times, giving him the personality of a child. He's Mordecai's best friends since childhood and cares about his friends.He still often causes chaos by taking shortcuts or engaging in irresponsible behavior. He's one of the Intel receivers. He, Rex, Jessica, and Marcus help go inside the villians lair and find info on what the team is dealing with. He also sometimes the brawn.

Abby- A 16 year girl who loves any gross and slimy.She is very intelligent and kind, but can also be rather caustic at times. She's protective of the people she is close to, frank & rarely hesitating to speak her mind. She sympathises with the weak and is ready to stand up to those who abuse others.She is determined and strong-willed. She, Jackie, and Jen are the brawn on the team. She is a competent fighter with great hand-to-hand skills and quick reflexes, performing acrobatic manoeuvres without a second thought, she can take on enemies with ease.

Courage- A small pink dog despite his cowardly nature, he'll go great lengths to help and protect his friends. He was formerly adopted by Muriel, but was given to her niece Amy, when she move to a retirement home. He loves living with Amy and hanging out with the Tune Slueths, but still visits Muriel to make sure that she's alright. He looks to Amy as a sister. He, Amy, Jessica, and Marcus are the brains on the team. He also works to benefit others with usually little to no regard for his own well being. Despite his signature cowardly demeanor, Courage does live up to the meaning of his name.

Jen Tennyson- A 16 year girl who's the twin sister of Ben Tennyson. She's loyal, smart, nice, kind, caring, tough, fun- loving and brave. She has an Wildtrix, a watch similar to her brother's Omnitrix, but instead of aliens, it allows her to transform into some of the most fiercest animals on the planet.In order to fully understand the powers of the animals. Jen have travelled to the grasslands of Africa under the learning skills of her mentor, Rafiki the Mandrill. She's a full Tomboy,but loves animals. She absolutely hates people who are snobs, jerks, bullies, very lazy, players and etc. She has a way to deal with people who are mean to her friends or family, from a sassy remark to a fist to the face. She's one of the main brawn on the team with great hand to hand combat skills, martial arts skills, and the Wildtrix. Her pet & best friend is her loyal dog, Copper, a Coonhound/Bloodhound mix.

Copper- Jen's Coonhound/Bloodhound mix dog. He's curious, Kind, friendly, playful, caring, thoughtful, and funny. Jen adopted him from an animal shelter. He's best friend with Tod, Marcus's pet fox. He and Tod help by sniffing out clues and tracking down escape suspects. While training with Jen in Africa, he has help her take on fierce challenges from stopping rampaging rhinos to herding stampeding wildebeest. He's even willing take on opponents no matter how big they are. Despite being a coonhound, he loves to play with small animals. He has an excellent sense of smell, which made prone to wandering off, following various scents. He also gain a special charm that allows him the skills of different animals, due to his and Jen's training in Africa.

Jessica- A 14 year girl with supreme reading and grammar skills. She and her best friend, Marcus are also members of another local club group,The Electric Company. She and Marcus are also two of the brains on the team along with Amy & Courage. They help by unscrambling codes & puzzles using their Electric Company powers & as one of the inside jobs. Jessica is constantly shown as tough, determined, and spunky. She is very sweet, and has a great personality. She also a very talented rapper and loves to bust out a great rap song with her friends.

Marcus- A 13 year old boy with supreme reading and math skills. He's Jessica's best friend and looks up to her as an older sister. He's also a member of the Electric Company. He is very clever and is good with coming up with ideas and solutions. Just like Rigby,He really enjoys pickles and waffles, and is hungry all the time. He's also one of the brains and inside jobs. Marcus does have Electric company powers, just like Jessica. His pet is Tod the Fox.

Rex- A highly active and intelligent Coelurosauravus; a winged lizard from the Permian period. When Harmony found him, he was just a egg at the time. After he hatched, the two were inseparable. He's learn to fetch different certain items for the team, as well retrieve certain items that team needs. He's Harmony best and first friend before joining the Tune Slueths. He has a bond with everyone on the team and loves playing with Tod & Copper. He's also one of the intel receivers and also the team's scout. Even though he loves to fly around, he's comfortable sitting on Harmony's shoulder.

Tod- A fox with a sense for adventure and fun. He was found as a kit by Marcus, when his mother was forced to abandoned him to protect him from fox hunters. After Marcus took him home, He immediately took a liking to his new home.He's friendly, fun-loving, funny, kind, and smart. He's best friends with Copper. He's also quick witted and although not as tough as his friends , he can do some damage with a serious bite.
