Ratna: Please Sir… I will pay you double your normal fees.

Ratna looked at her phone and sighed.

Ratna (Self-talk): No one is ready to bail Sheetal out. What will I do now?

Hearing this Arnav grinned thinking that no Advocate in India will take Sheetal's case. That's the power of ASR. He turned and called HP loudly which startled Ratna.

Ratna: Why are you yelling? Why are you here? She exclaimed.

Arnav: Excuse me. Why am I here? Really… I should be the one to ask this question. Ain't you ashamed to stay here after everything that happened between you and me?

Ratna: Will you now throw your mother out? Did your wife ask you to throw me out? 

.
Arnav: Don't you dare. Don't you dare take my wife's name from your filthy tongue.

Ratna: Why not? She turned my son against me.

Arnav: Just giving birth to me will not make you my mother. Mother's love is the purest form of love. But here, you faked that love for your benefit. I don't consider you my mother anymore. So you better don't bring your fake mother card to me again. Saying this, he climbed up the stairs.

He ended the call and ran down the stairs. He saw Ratna running here and there screaming.

Arnav: What's happening here? Why are you shouting like a madwoman?

Ratna: Anju... Anju is missing. Did you see her? Did you do something to my daughter? 

.
Arnav: Oh woman... I am not as cheap as you. 

.
Ratna: Lie... I know you. It's you who is hell-bent on ruining my Anju and my life. Your Khushi is alive na. Then why are you punishing us?

Arnav: This is the last time I'm telling you that I didn't do anything to your daughter. I'm not even interested in ruining both your daughter and your life coz for that, you, yourself is enough.

Ratna: Then where is my Anju?

Arnav: I don't know. Saying this, he climbed the stairs to his room.

Ratna's phone rang, and she picked up the call.

Pushpa: Ratna, switch on the TV.

Ratna switched on the TV to get the biggest shock of her life. The breaking news was of the accident at the highway. Her Son-in-Law is no more. News says that he escaped from the goons, but was hit by a truck last night. She was horror-struck. She sat on the couch with a thud.

After sometime

Arnav was arranging his important documents inside his suitcase. Suddenly Ratna barged inside his room. 

.
Ratna: You killed Shyam Beta. How can you be so cruel?

.
Arnav raised his eyebrows.

.
Arnav: Calm down, fake Mom. I didn't do anything to him. He ran from the goons and got hit by the truck. I swear I didn't hire the truck. He said, smirking. 

.
Ratna: I know it's you. He was your sister's husband. You ruined my Anju's life. Where is my Anju, Arnav? What did you do to her? She asked with fear in her eyes. 

.
Arnav: Your daughter must have gone in search of her Shyamji. You go and search for her there. Don't eat my brain now. Saying this, he resumed the task he was doing.

Suddenly one of his guards with HP knocked at the door.

.
Guard: Sir... 

.
Arnav: Yes... What happened? What are you doing here? 

.
Guard: Sir, Anjali Ma'am met with an accident. Just now we got the information. Saying this, he left the place with HP.

Though this was shocking news for Arnav, he acted cool.

Ratna: Oh God!!! My Anju... She wailed after hearing it. Suddenly she grabbed Arnav by his collar and screamed.

Arnav gritted his teeth and released his shirt from her hold and moved back keeping his distance from her.

Arnav: I am not like you to kill anyone who comes in their path. It's called Karma. Karma is a Bitch. You tried to snatch Maya Ma's daughter from her by trying to kill her. Now the same thing is happening to you. What goes around comes around, fake Mom.

Ratna: I want to go to my Anju... Saying this, she ran down the stairs. Arnav too took his suitcase and walked down the stairs to see the Police standing at the door.

Police Inspector: ASR, We are here to arrest Mrs Ratna Singh Raizada. These people are from Narcotic Cell. 

.
Arnav: Narcotic Cell? 

.
Ratna: Arrest??? Why? What did I do? 

.
Police: You are under arrest for Money laundering and for keeping anti-narcotic drugs on your property. Shyam's every deal was from her account. Sheetal Jha said that you are involved in their business. She also gave the information that you poisoned your daughter's friend.

Ratna was horrified by the turn of events. She looked at Arnav. But he stood there with a stoic look on his face.

Ratna: What??? No... I don't know anything about it. Sheetal is lying. Arnav, why did you do this to me? 

.
Arnav stood silent. 

.
Police: Sorry ASR. We have to do our duty. We have to take her to the station. You have to come to the station tomorrow. We need to take your statement too. Saying this, he arrested her and dragged a wailing Ratna out of RM.

AR Designs

Arnav dragged himself to his cabin. He has no strength to see anyone. He sat on the couch with his head in his arms. He thought of the events that happened in his life. His eyes started pouring out.

Suddenly the cabin door opened and Khushi entered the room. He jerked and stood up. Khushi jumped on him and hugged him which made both of them fall back on the couch. They lay there for some time in the same position.

After sometime

Arnav: Why is my wifey crying?

.
Khushi: Why is my hubby crying? 

.
Arnav: I am not crying... 

.
Khushi: Liar... You can fool everyone else ASR, but not me. She said, wiping his tears. 

Arnav smiled and pecked her cheeks.

Arnav: How did you know that I was here? I told you to take a rest na.

.
Khushi: Aman Bhai said that you were here. I saw Shyam's news and... Ratna Aunty's arrest news… How can I rest then? She said looking down. 

.
Arnav: Hey... Why are you sad? She deserves it. She tried to snatch my life from me. Do you expect me to sit quietly? 

.
Khushi: But you are sad. I can't see you sad. 

.
Arnav: I am not sad, Sweetheart. In fact, I am so happy. I was able to punish the one who hurt my wife. You are my everything wifey. Now come on get up. My legs are in pain. You have put on weight, Khushi. He said, with his lopsided smile.

Khushi hit him softly on his chest hearing it and pouted. Arnav laughed seeing her pout and stood up with her in his arms and kissed her nose.

Arnav: My wifey is as light as a feather. Even if she gains a lot of weight too, she will be my cute Sunflower only.

Khushi smiled and hugged him.

Penthouse

Arshi walked inside the living room to see Aditi crying on Payal's lap. She looks up to see her Bhaijaan. She rushed towards him and hugged him. Arnav patted her, caressed her hair and allowed her to cry. 

.
Arnav: Shhh… Doll, it's ok baby… Don't cry, my child.

.
Aditi: Was it Ma? Did she try to harm my Khushi? She asked hiccuping. 

.
Arnav hugged her towards him. She looked at him for an answer. He looked at her face and nodded his head. His eyes were misted seeing the devastated face of his baby sister. 
Aditi cried her heart out. He held her close to him. Everyone around them had tears in their eyes seeing this.

After sometime 

.
Aditi: Bhai, you shouldn't leave her. How can she harm our Khushi? She crossed the limit by poisoning my Khushi. She said gritting her teeth. 

.
Arnav: No Doll. We will not leave her. But you should always remember that you have your Bhaijaan and your Khushi for you.  

.
Aditi: Bhaijaan, don't worry about me. I will never blame you for anything. I know you will never do any wrong. I never got a mother's love or father's love from them. For me, it was always you. I need only you in my life, Bhaijaan. She said hugging him. 

.
Khushi: What about me, then? Nobody loves me. She said to ease the atmosphere.

Both of them looked at her and smiled.

.
Aditi: You are my soul sister, Bhabhi. I love you so much. Come here, Drama Queen. She pulled her into a hug. Three of them stayed in that hug silently promising to be with each other forever.

Few Moments Later

Khushi: Bas… Enough of crying. These siblings made me cry, Payal Bhabhi. She complained to Payal. Payal smiled and pulled Khushi's cheeks.

Payal: Now come on everyone. No one had breakfast. At least have this. Saying this, she placed the coffee and sandwiches on the table. 

.
Khushi: I will have my medicine and come. Saying this, she left for her room. 

.
Arnav: This coffee is enough, Payal. Saying this, he took the coffee mug and walked towards Balcony. 

.
Aditi: Even I don't want anything Bhabhi. She too stood up and followed her brother.

Khushi rushed down to see the Living room empty.

Khushi: Where are they?

Payal: Both of them are in the Balcony. They didn't have food.

Khushi sighed, hearing it.

Khushi: Bhabhi, let me go and feed the stubborn brother and sister. Saying this, she took a plate and placed sandwiches and went to the Balcony. She saw Arnav sitting on the launch chair and Aditi leaning on his shoulder holding his arms. Khushi smiled seeing them together.

Khushi: I am hungry here. But what to do. I don't have any company.

Arnav looked at her and smirked. 

.
Khushi: Can I have the courtesy to feed my family?

Aditi and Arnav looked at her with utmost love.

.
Aditi: Feed me… I want to have food from my Bhabhi's hand. 

.
Khushi smiled and fed her. Then she placed a piece in front of Arnav. He looked at her lovingly and took a bite and turned it towards her. Khushi smiled and took a bite. Like that three of them had their sandwiches. After placing the plates aside Khushi sat near Arnav. Arnav held his girls securely into his safe arms. Both of them leaned on him.

Aditi: Bhaijaan, where are Akash Bhai, NK Bhai and Aman? 

.
Arnav: Akash and NK went to drop Chachi at her house. Aman and Sid are busy dealing with the media. 

.
Khushi: What happened to Anjali Di?

.
Arnav: A car hit her. Mr Raizada is with her. Don't worry she is out of danger. 

.
Aditi: Shyam Jiju was such a vile man. I never expected this from him, Bhai. 

.
Arnav: No one expected him to be like this, my child. He has another wife and kid. He was using Anjali for money.

.
Aditi: At last all the toxic people in our life are out. I am so happy Bhaijaan. By the way, when are we shifting to London?

Arnav: Ask your Bhabhi. As soon as she is ok to travel, we will fly.

Khushi: I am always ready. She shrugged.

.
Arnav: Police asked me to go to the station tomorrow to give the statement. There will be a few formalities. After that, we are free to go.

Khushi and Aditi nodded their heads and hugged him. Three of them stayed in that hug, enjoying the pleasant weather another side.

Police Station

Arnav stepped out of his car to be attacked by the Media. His guards managed to get him inside the station.

Inspector: Good Morning ASR. Sorry for the inconvenience.

.
Arnav: That's ok. 

.
Inspector: You need to read this and sign it. 

.
Arnav read the papers which were his statement against Ratna. He took out his pen and signed it and handed it back to the Inspector.

Inspector: Thank you ASR. 

.
Arnav: What're the updates on Shyam Jha? 

.
Inspector: It was a case of hit and run. His body was claimed by his legally wedded wife and kid. They took his body to Lucknow. 

.
Arnav: Mmm… If you don't mind, can I visit Mrs Ratna Raizada? 

.
Inspector: Sure. He led Arnav to a corridor. They both walked towards the corner cell. The inspector left the place leaving Arnav there. 

Arnav looked at his mother who was lying on the floor, curled up into a ball. 
He cleared his throat to get her attention. Ratna looked up to see Arnav standing outside. She ran towards him.

Ratna: Chotte… Please help me. Please bail me out. 

.
Arnav ignored her blabbering and looked at her tip to toe.

.
Arnav: You look picture perfect now. The person who would never sleep without an Air Conditioner, cosy bed, the costly dress is sleeping on the floor. Waah kya, Baat hai. 

.
Ratna: You can make fun of me later, Arnav. Please bail me out. How is my Anju? I want to see her. 

.
Arnav: How do I know how your daughter is? 

.
Ratna: Chotte… Please… This is not the time for revenge. Please let me out. Arvind Ji too came and took my signs in the divorce papers. Now I have no one. 

.
Arnav: Oh, that's pleasant news for me. So technically you are no longer a Raizada. 

.
Ratna: Chote… Only you can help me. 

.
Arnav: No… I can't help you in this matter, Ms Malik. You bought all these for yourself. This is your punishment to live a life like this pining for your daughter. Sorry to say, you won't get a single whereabouts of her from anyone.

Ratna: How can you be so cruel, Arnav? I am your mother. Can't you at least consider that?

Arnav: Mother!!! My Mother!!! Really? Don't take that word from your filthy tongue. You were never a mother. Whatever you did is just faking and plotting against her own kids. What kind of woman are you? Even animals do take care of their children. But you…
What did you do? You used me to live a luxurious life. Like a fool, I misunderstood your fake concern as love and did everything for your happiness. I expected only a little love and care from you. But what did you do? Tell me, Ms Malik, are you my real mom? Is it you who gave birth to me?

Ratna: Chotte!!!

Arnav: You know what, Mr Raizada is far better than you. He never showed fake love. Whatever he is, he is real.

Ratna fumed hearing it.

Ratna: Yes... I never loved you. So what? I gave birth to you. I looked after you. Isn't that enough for you to take care of my Anju and me? She is your sister. Own sister. Oh, God... I don't know how my baby is right now. Arnav, please... I beg you. Bail me out. My Anju needs me. Whatever you say, I am your mother, Arnav.

Arnav: No!!! You are not my mother. My mother died on that day you poisoned my Wife. So technically we don't share any relations anymore, and ASR never listens to strangers.

Ratna: At least consider my request on humanitarian terms.

Arnav: Human? And you? After what you did, all those inhuman atrocities against my family, you expect humanity from me?

Ratna: Arnav, Anju is your sister. Shyam Beta is gone. How will she survive now? Please at least take care of her.

Arnav: All these years I was doing that only, Ms Malik. Taking care of you and your good for nothing dumb daughter. I am done with it. I don't care whether your Anju lives or dies. I have only one sister. That's my Adi. And she is safe with me and always will be.

Ratna: Arnav, I will love you. I promise. Please save me.

Arnav looked at her with disgust.

Arnav: You will love me if I bail you out of jail?

Ratna: Yes… Yes… I will… She smiled.

Arnav chuckled, hearing her.

Arnav: I am ashamed of myself for taking birth in your womb, to a mother like you. You are a curse in my life. You killed my soul that day when you revealed the truth. But I survived only because of that one girl who is my life. My Khushi… How much I hurt her for you? I… ditched her on our wedding day, just to stop you from committing suicide. Still, she forgave me and accepted me in her life. But what did you do to her? You tried to kill her. I will never forgive you for that. Never ever. 
I hate you. I wish I was born as an Orphan than having a mother like you. Anyway, I came here to see your helplessness only. It gives me peace. As my wish is fulfilled, I am going. This is our last face-off. We will never see each other again, Ms Malik. Goodbye. Wish you good luck with your life in hell. Saying this, he walked out of the station.

The next day Ratna was produced to the court. As all the evidence was against her, she was sentenced to seven years imprisonment without bail. Sheetal too was punished for ten years in jail for her crimes.

Khushi: Adu… You can romance later. Come and help me. She called Aditi who was talking to Aman over the phone.

Aditi: Khushi, we packed everything. Only this apartment is left. She mocked.

Khushi pouted, hearing it.

Arnav: What's happening here? 

.
Khushi: Nothing.

.
Arnav looked around. 

.
Arnav: Oh God… Khushi, what's this? 

.
Khushi: You too don't start now. She pouted with a frown.

Arnav laughed and side hugged her.

.
Aditi: Bhai, you only deal with her. I am going. This girl is driving me crazy. 
Saying this, she walked out, closing the door.

Arnav smiled and hugged Khushi.

Arnav: Wifey, you know na that your husband is a fashion designer.

Khushi: Yes… So...

Arnav: We own a fashion house which has branches all over the world too. You know that too right?

Khushi: Haan… So?

Arnav: Why do you want to take all your old dresses there, baby? We can buy it from there na. If that's not enough, you have your personal fashion designer at your service Ma'am.

Khushi hit him playfully.

Khushi: Mr Fashion Designer, for your information, all these dresses are gifted to me by my Hubby Jaan. How can I leave it behind? Say… She asked raising her eyebrows.

Arnav felt immense joy hearing it. He kissed her cheeks, gathered her in his arms and pecked her lips.

Arnav: I love you…

Khushi: I know… Saying this, she took his lips for a passionate kiss.

After some time both were on their bed cuddling with each other.

Arnav: Baby, I cannot describe how much you mean to me. Before you came into my life I was just breathing. When I first saw you on the road, I felt like my heart started beating. I felt like I had a heart. You are my everything baby. My heartbeat. I am so lucky to have you as mine.

Khushi: I am the luckiest. Mumma said no one will tolerate my tantrums as you do. She pouted.

Arnav laughed hearing it.

Arnav: Maya Ma is always right.

Hearing it, Khushi jumped on him and hit him. He grabbed her by her waist and tickled her. They both enjoyed their togetherness to the fullest without the shadow of any evil.

The next day they flew to London to their little world. Their Choti is Duniya.

A few Months Later

Aman ran inside the AR London Branch to see his bestie.

Arnav's Cabin

Aman entered the cabin to see Arnav sitting on his couch looking at his phone.

Aman: Arnav!!!

Arnav looked at his buddy. Aman rushed to him and hugged him.

Aman: You knew?

.
Arnav nodded his head. 

.
Arnav: So that was the end. I thought she was a strong woman. But never expected her to be a coward.

Aman: Arnav!!!

.
Arnav: No Aman. I am not sad. Not at all. When I heard the news, I was lost in old memories. That's all. Nothing else. Leave it.

Suddenly the cabin door opened and the next moment Arnav was on his couch with both his girls.

Aditi: Bhaijaan!!! She hugged him.

.
Arnav: You both went shopping na. Finished it so early? Where is Payal?

.
Khushi looked at his face without saying anything. Arnav looked at her and blinked his eyes.

Aman: Adi, come with me. 

.
Aditi nodded her head and went with her Love, closing the door.

Khushi cupped Arnav's face and kissed him. He held her hand and kissed her palm . His eyes were misted. Khushi hugged him towards her to give him the much-needed solace.

At the same time

Lucknow

Anjali is laying on her bed and crying her heart out. Arvind sat beside her to console her.  

.
Anjali: How can she do that, Papa? 

.
Arvind looked at the Television. There the breaking news was running. "Ms Ratna Malik, mother of the fashion king, Arnav Singh Raizada committed suicide inside the Central Prison, New Delhi. Ratna Malik had a verbal fight with Sheetal Jha, another inmate of the central prison. As per the information from the prison, Ratna hit Sheetal on her head with an iron rod.
Sheetal was taken to the hospital but couldn't be saved. The same night Ratna cut her vein with a glass piece and committed suicide. We got to know from our sources that Ratna Malik was under treatment for depression." Arvind switched off the TV.

Anjali: Amma didn't think of me, Papa. Why is my life like this, Papa? I cannot move. For everything I want help. What kind of life am I living? I wish I died on that day itself. Her thoughts travelled to that dreadful day.

Flashback

Raizada Mansion

Anjali scrolled the channels and suddenly saw the news of Shyam's accident. She got worried. She ran out of RM in a hurry. She didn't see the car coming towards her. She ran across the road to get a taxi. The car hit her. The hit was so severe that she fell on the other side of the road. Another car which came from the other side ran over her legs. Immediately she was taken to the hospital. But the doctor said that her legs were severely damaged and they suggested amputation. The next day when she woke up, she got the biggest shock of her life. She lost her legs. After the discharge from the hospital, her Papa and Dadi took her to Lucknow. Now they are living in a one-bedroom house in a small village in Lucknow. Her Papa is working in a small firm. With that money only they are living.

Flashback ends

Anjali: We didn't do good to Chotte. He loves us a lot. But we deceived him. That's why God punished us.

.
Arvind: You don't think about all that, Anju. You need rest. Have this medicine and sleep. He made her sleep.

.
Dadi: What Anjali said is right, Arvind. We all took advantage of Arnav's love for his family. Devi Mayya was seeing everything. She punished everyone who betrayed him. Because he was so pure at heart. His love for us was pure.

Arvind nodded his head and lay on the single bed, worried about their future.

One year Later

Arnav: Aman, did you reach? 

.
Aman: Yes, Saale Saab. We reached.

Arnav laughed hearing Saale Saab from Aman.

Khushi: Happy honeymoon, Bhai and my cute Bhabhiiii… She screamed.

Arnav and Aman closed their ears because of the high frequency screaming.

Arnav: I will call you later Dude. Let me handle this sister of yours. She is waiting for me. We are going to a movie.

Aman: Who is in AR then? 

.
Arnav: NK and Payal are there. Akash is busy with his new construction project. So as my wife demanded, I took leave.

Aman: Nothing new in it, Right? He asked, laughing… Enjoy man. Let me enjoy my alone time with my beautiful wife. Bye. See you soon.

Arnav: Bye...

Arnav ended the call and looked at his side to see a sulking Khushi. He chuckled seeing her face.

Arnav: Don't make that face. We are not late. We will be on time. 

 
Khushi: Not that…

Arnav: Then?

.
Khushi: I also want to go for a honeymoon.

Arnav widened his eyes. After a moment he started laughing. 

.
Arnav: Wifey, last week only we came back from our fifth honeymoon. Forgot that so easily?

Khushi: So what? I want to go again. This time to an island. She said dreamingly.

Arnav chuckled and grabbed her, wrapped his arms around her waist and hugged her. He buried his face in the crook of her neck and kissed her there.

Arnav: Name the place baby, we will go there. But only after you join Pioneers. Even I have some work to complete. 

.
Khushi: Please… After joining I have to take leave and all. Papa will scold me and say that I am irresponsible. 

.
Arnav: Your Genie will manage it. Don't worry. Sid will reach tomorrow. He will be here. So you can do anything.

Khushi: Mmmm… Right. Then next week we will go.

Arnav: Done. Now let's go. Otherwise, we will miss the starting scenes. He grabbed her arms and both of them walked out of their house to enjoy their life to the fullest.
