Karan and preeta comes back to Mumbai and Karan was all confuse because of her behavior as she was all silent throughout the traveling and just answering him in just one sentence ending the conversation there only.....

Preeta was all heartbroken she starts ignoring him as she don't want him to see her tears....she don't want her  breakdown infront of him in pool of tears as she knows if she will look at him she will not able to control her tears as her heart is getting heavy each passing time to carry this pain.....

Karan and preeta moves to room and Karan is about to talk to her when she moves to bathroom taking her clothes....

Karan- isko kya hua hain....aise chup chap tho kabhi nahi rehti....meri kisi baat ka bura laga hain kya isko....vho aati hain tho puchta hoon....

He takes his clothes and moves to guest room bathroom as he is equally tired as hers because of traveling....

After sometimes preeta comes back and looks at the room and didn't find him....she moves towards mirror and takes the vermillion box and about to fill her hairline when she remembers Karan and Nikita's conversation.....

Tears rolls down from her eyes and she glance at the vermillion box with tears...she gazes at her mangalsutra and holds it looking down with tears and sobs.....

Preeta- jab shaddi ke din tumne muzhe yeh mangalsutra yeh sindoor pehnaya tha tho mere dil main tumhare liye bhaut gussa tha karan....yeh mangalsutra muzhe mere gale main bediya lagti thi lekin aaj muzhe yeh sab bhaut pyaare hain....main inko abh khudhsein kabhi alag nahi karna chahti par tumhe aise is rishte main bandh ke bhi nahi rakh sakti....main itni selfish nahi Baan sakti ke sirf khudh ke khushi ke baare main sochu....haan dard hoon raha hain takleef hoon rahi hain lekin vho tumhari khushi sein badhke tho nahi hoon sakti na....

She hears foot steps coming close to her and she quickly wipes her tears and and looks through mirror as Karan comes inside.....

Karan looks at her and she fills her hairline with vermillion while controlling her tears....Karan smiles softly seeing her and moves to her....

Karan- preeta....kuch hua hain kya...you seems upset about something....

Preeta- nahi tho....(keeps the vermillion box down) Karan muzhe ek important kaam hain main abhi aati hoon....(she hurriedly leaves from there)

Karan- isko kuch tho hua hain....(his phone bips with massage when he notices the date) kal mera birthday hain....yaar itna sab kuch hoon raha hain pata he nahi chalta konsa din chal raha hain....(he chuckles) may be preeta kuch surprise plan Kar rahi hoon mere liye isliye muzhe ignore Kar rahi hain taki uska surprise na khul jaye....pichle saal bhi madam ne aise he Kiya tha....(he smiles remembering their old days)

Screen sifts to preeta who is working in the kitchen and her eyes were moist thinking about tomorrow....sherlyen comes there with Kritika and they looks at her confusingly....

Sherlyen- preeta kya hua tum roo kyu rahi hoon....(keeps her hand on her shoulder)

Preeta(looks at her and wipes her little tears)- kya bhabhi main kyu roungi are pyaaz cut Kar rahi hoon na isliye....(she looks down and sherlyen and Kritika looks at her and then at the onion and gets satisfied)

Kritika- vaise bhabhi apne kya plan Kiya hain bhai keliye....I know aapne is saal bhi kuch accha plan Kiya hoga jaise har saal karte hoon....(preeta looks at her)

Preeta- plan?? Kaisa plan....(she ask them confusingly)

Sherlyen- don't be smart preeta....main na tumhari jethani hoon aur us sein pehle tumhari dost bhaut acche sein janti hoon main tumhe....are har saal karan apne birthday keliye jitna excited nahi hota jitna tum hoti....abh chalo chup chap batao kya plan Kiya hain kal keliye.....(she looks at them remembering the date)

Preeta- umm bhabhi kuch bhi nahi....aap yeh sabjj dekho main abhi aati hoon....(she leaves from there)

Sherlyen- dekha nahi bataya isne....dono ek jaise hain inke peat main chupi baat ko nikalna bhaut mushkil kaam hain....

Kritika- don't worry bhabhi...dekhna preeta bhabhi ne kuch accha he plan Kiya hoga....aur bhai ko vho kal ekdam dhamakedaar surprise dengi.....(sherlyen nodded with smile)

Preeta comes to the room and sees her phone....she checks the date and tears brims in her eyes....

Preeta- Kal karan ka birthday hain...kya kal ka din sahi hain usko vho dene keliye vho kaise react karega....kal uska birthday hain kya mera yeh sab kal karna thik hoga....

Karan comes from behind and makes the scary sound to scare her and she gets startled and he laughs seeing her face....

Karan- kya hain yaar subha sein yaha vaha bhaag rahi hoon are aaj he aaye hain hum....tum takhi nahi kya....

Preeta- umm karan I have important work to do....I should go....(she is about to go when he holds her and pulls her back) Karan....

Karan- shhh....I know tum kya kar rahi hoon aur kyu kar rahi hoon....(she looks at him) are tum Mera birthday plan Kar rahi hoon na....(she looks down) but you know na mere liye mera birthday just ek normal day hain....muzhe koi bada celebration nahi chaiye is baar muzhe is saal ka mera birthday humari family ke saath celebrate karna hain apne apno ke saath....so itna bhaagna dodna chodo aur shant raho.....

Preeta- muzhsein accha tumhe kon jaanta hain....(he smiles) I know tumhe pasand nahi aise birthday ke din badi party throw karke paise barbaad karna....and I love that thing about you....but main isbaar kuch karna chahti hoon....(he is about to say something) no....tum muzhe nahi rokoge....that's final....abh main jau....(he nodded)

Karan- nahi bolunga tho manane vali tho tum hoon nahi....(she smiles and nodded)

Preeta- byeee....(he smiles and nodded and she comes out from room) yeh shyad mera tumhare saath akhri janamdin hain aur main isko tumhare saath bitana chahti hoon....humara yeh rishta tute us sein pehle main usko jee bharke jeena chahti hoon Karan....(she says in mind feeling her heart heavy)

It's another day preeta wakes up and found herself on the bed and gets confuse as she was downstairs at night planning for his birthday and looks around and found him sleeping on the couch peacefully.....

She smiles knowing he brought her here and gets down from the bed....she walks to him and sits down at his level....she looks at his sleeping calm face and adores it for good time...

She moves her hand in his hairs correcting them....she smiles and cups his face and he leans to her touch making her smile....

Preeta- Happy birthday Karan....(she bends and kisses his forehead softly and he smiles in his sleep) main pray karti hoon karan ke tumhe is duniya har ek khushi mile....tum khush raho uske saath jis sein tum pyaar karte hoon.....
I lov...(she stops in middle and looks down with tears) shyad yeh abh tumsein kabhi nahi keh paungi....

She stands and wipes her tears she is about to go but stops.....she moves close to his ears and shouts....

Preeta(shouts happily)- Happy birthday bajarbattu.....(he gets startled and wakes up with jerk and she laughs seeing his face and glares at her cutely but then smiles seeing her laughing face)

Karan- koyi kisi ko uske birthday par aise utha tha hain bajarbatti....abhi dekho tum....(she widened her eyes and runs from there and he runs behind her)

Preeta(mind)- shitt niche tho sab tyaari kar rahe hain main unka surprise kharab nahi kar sakti...decoration chal rahi hain main Karan ko niche nahi le jaa sakti....(she runs back to him and he gets confuse)

Karan- kya hua bajarbatti vapas u turn kyu mara tumne....

Preeta(moves to him)- tumhe kya lagta hain tum muzhe pakad loge....tho yeh kabhi nahi hoga...(she pushes him and again runs to their room) abh pakad kar dikhao....

Karan- you bajarbatti dekho tum abhi....(runs to room and she moves towards bed)

She stands on the bed and she laughs seeing him....he comes there and she is about to move down from the bed but he holds her hand and pulls her back...

Her leg gets tripped on the blanket and they both falls on the bed and she is laying over him....

She starts laughing loudly and he smiles seeing her face and admires her face....she feels his gaze on her and looks at him and stops laughing....

She looks at him and then gets lost in his eyes....their heart beats increased feeling eachother this much close....Karan cups her face and tucks her hairs behind and holds her through neck....

She breathes heavily feeling his face close to her....she clutches his shirt in her fist and their eyes travels to eachother lips....

They both gaze at eachother lips and then looks into eachother eyes....their eyes locks with eachother and they leans close decreasing the gap between them and closes their eyes....

They forgot about the entire world and gets lost in eachother and their unsaid feelings overpowered their mind which is enabling their heart to confess their love they have for eachother.....

They leans more close and their lips meets with eachother....preeta takes shrap breathe and her hand slips from his shoulder to neck and holds him firmly....he clutches her waist tightly and starts kissing her slowly.....

She also starts responding to him with slow speed....she closes her eyes feeling complete at that movement and  just wants the time to pause for forever and they stay always close to eachother....

Karan felt himself drowning into another world when her lips meets with his....he is in complete bliss and don't want to leave her and stay close to her and be with her for his entire life till his last breath....

Preeta comes back to sense as she remembers all and her eyes fills with tears and her tear drop falls on his face making him come back to sense and he opens his eyes with jerk and departs from her.....

She stands from him and he looks at her who's eyes are filled with tears....he closes his eyes cursing himself for crossing his boundaries and making her feel uncomfortable....

Before he could say anything she leaves from there not because she is angry at him but she is angry at herself because she find herself lost in that moment and she crossed her boundaries.....

Karan looks at her going with tears and moves inside the bathroom....he turns on the shower and drenched himself in cold water....tears slips from his eyes and he sits on the floor.....

Karan(brokenly)- how can I....main yeh kaise kar sakta hoon...maine preeta ko uski marzi ke bager kiss....maine uska vishawas toda diya...maine us sein Kiya hua vaada toda diya...(he remembers her teary eyes) usko nah chahte hue bhi dukh de diya aasuo de diya....abhi Jake huamre bich sab kuch thik hua tha aur maine sab vapas kharab Kar diya....(he cries sitting down)

Screen sifts to preeta who is crying sitting down in the guest room...she remembers their kiss and smiles with teary eyes but still she is angry on herself as she knows that he loves someone else still she felt drown into that moment and crosses her line....

Preeta- Main aise kaise kar sakti hoon apni hadh bhulke maine karan ko kiss kar diya....us vakat main sab kuch bhul gayi main....mana main us sein pyaar karti hoon lekin vho tho muzhsein pyaar nahi karta....mera uspar koi haq nahi hain....(she sobs) uspar kisi aur ka haq hain vho kisi aur ka hain kisi aur sein pyaar karta hain aur maine ahhh....(she hits her hand down on the floor) jitna Karan ke pass rehti hoon us sein dur jana utna mushkil hote jaa raha hain....yeh thik nahi hain...I have to let him go....jab vho mera hain he nahi tho usko apne pass zindagi bhar rakhne ka sochna galat hain....

It's evening all the family members are gathered in the hall....they are waiting for Karan and preeta to come down so that they can celebrate their birthday.....

Karan comes down and then preeta comes from from behind and their eyes meets....preeta looks away from him and Karan looks down....

They comes downstairs and all wishes him happy birthday and he carries fake smile on his face as he don't want his family members to get sad as they are all excited for his birthday....

Kritika- bhabhi cake lekar aao na cut karna hain....(she nodded and leaves and Karan looks at her)

Preeta comes back with the cake and moves to him....she lights the candles and Rakhi and Mahesh makes him stand in middle....

Sameer- abh bhabhi aap bhi jao na bhai ke saath khadhe raho.....(she sees him)

Shrishti- dii apke he pati hain aap itna kya soch rahe hoon....jao na....(she holds her hand and makes her stand beside Karan)

Karan and preeta looks at eachother and preeta forwarded him knife....he holds it and she keeps her hand over him controlling her tears....

All starts singing happy birthday song and Karan blows the candles and cuts the cake....he takes the piece of cake in his hand looks at preeta....

Shrishti- dii aap diet par hoon nahi na tho cake Khao na....

Preeta looks at him and he feeds her cake....she takes the piece in her hand makes him eat the same piece...all the family members smiles and claps....

Kritika- abh mere pyaar bhai ka birthday hain tho bhabhi apka unke saath ek dance to Banta hain na....kyu aap sab bhi agree karte hain na....

All- yess....dance....dance....dance....(Karan and preeta sees them and then eachother)

Shrishti goes and plays one romantic song and sameer keeps the trolley away and Kritika makes them stand in middle of the hall and lights gets dim...

Preeta keeps her hand on his shoulder and he keeps his one hand on her waist and holds the other one....they moves their body with song rhythm....he twirls her and back hugs her.....

She looks back at him and her eyes fills with tears....he swings her left hand in the air and twirls her pulling her to him....she keeps her both hand on his chest and looks down....

Dil ke nagar mein shehar tu basa le piya....

Karan gazes at her with pain and tears being angry on himself....he secarately cups her face while dancing and she looks at him and he wipes her tears....

Preeta holds his hand they throws eachother hand in air and turns around joining eachother back with eachother and takes two round like this and then entwined their fingers.....

Chhune se tere haan tere haan tere
Fikki ruton ko rang lage

Karan steps close to her and makes her wrap her hands around his neck....she cups his face and creases it and then turns but karan holds her hands and pulls her back.....

Karan(whispers in her)- I wants to talk to you....(she looks at him)

Teri disha mein kyu chalne se mere
Pairon ko pankh lage
Raha na mere kaam ka jag sara
Haan bass tere naam se hi guzara....

He turns to her and twirls her around him two three times and she lands on his chest....

Preeta- muzhe bhi tumsein kuch kehna hain....I mean tumhe kuch Dena hain....baad Main terrace par.....(he looks at her and nodded)

Ulajh ke yun na sulajh na saku
Zubaaniyan teri jhoothi bhi sach lage....

Karan holds her through waist pulls her up from feet....she holds him through shoulder and looks down at him....their eyes meets with eachother causing eyelock filled with love and pain....

Karan puts her on her feets and and joins his head with her....she cups his face feeling his warmth and closes her eyes wanting to live her rest of her life like this.....

Karan closes his eyes and tears rolls down from his eyes....preeta so badly wants to hug him and cry her heart out but she controlled her tears and all others claps from them....

Lights turns on and Karan and preeta departs from eachother....Karan turns and wipes his tears and preeta leaves from there....

Shrishti- aree...yeh dii ko kya hoon gaya yeh aise chali kyu gayi....

Kritika- are samjha na Shrishti apne pati ke saath romantic dance ke baad thoda sharma rahi hongi bhabhi....kyu bhai...

Karan- I'll just come....(he leaves from there to meet preeta and all laughs)

Karan comes upstairs and looks at preeta who is sitting on the swing with tears....he with slow steps moves towards her....

Karan- preeta vho main...subha vho....(he cuts her)

Preeta- shhh...(she stands) muzhe aaj subha ke baare main koi baat nahi karni Karan....I know aaj subha jho hua vho ek  galati thi vho nahi hona chaiye tha....(she looks down with tears feeling pain and he looks at her) I am sorry....(he nodded in no)

Karan- why are you apologizing preeta...tumhari koi galati nahi thi it's me...maine tumsein Kiya har vaada toda diya....I am sorry for making you cry once again....but muzhe tumsein kuch kehna hain aur yeh baat bhaut jaruri hain shyad aaj nahi kaha tho kabhi nahi keh paunga....(she cuts him)

Preeta- nahi tum aaj kuch nahi bologe....I know aaj tumhara birthday hain muzhe tumhe kuch Dene chaiye lekin aaj muzhe tumsein kuch mangna hain bolo kya tum muzhe doge....(he sees her)

Karan- haan...bolo kya chaiye tumhe....(she forwarded him something)yeh file isme kya hain preeta...(he starts opening the file)

Preeta- divorce papers...(he looks at her shockingly and his heart beats paused and his body went all cold listening her) muzhe samjha aa gaya hain karan ke humare rishte ka koi future nahi hain...are jab rishte main pyaar he nahi hain tho vho rishta kaise aage badh sakta hain....we are not meant to be Karan....I..I wan..want to end....this relationship....(she stammers while saying this and tears rolls down from both of their eyes) main hum dono ko is anchahe rishte sein aazad karna chahti hoon....

Karan heart break again into pieces listening her....he feels like he is dying and someone just snatched his soul from his body....

After that morning incident he thought that she will misunderstood him and he don't want any misunderstanding in between them again as their relation comes on the track just so after fighting with his mind and heart he decided to confess his feelings to her....

Today he calls her here for that only....he comes here with that ring which he brought for on that day when he first time thought to confess his love....

But now he is thinking that his love story is made to be incomplete....as whenever he thinks of confessing his love to her he faces very bad heartbreak.....

Karan- you...you want this relationship to be end....(she just nodded looking down feeling immense pain in her heart) fine....(she looks upto him and tears rolls down her eyes) pen....

She gulps her tears and moves to him and gives pen to him....he takes it and stops his hand on the paper....

He remembers their marriage and tears brims in his eyes...he knows that she is not happy in this marriage from start and one day this is going to happen but still his heart is breaking into pieces with the thought that their relation is going to end.....

He witnessed so many changes in her after marriage but now it's seems like an illusion to him....one beautiful illusion of him which just broke....or may be this is happening because of that morning incident he is cursing himself for messing up all the things and breaking her heart....

Ishq saccha wahi
Jisko milti nahi manzilein.. manzilein..

He don't want to ask her why she is asking divorce from him because he knows that this going to be happen one day as no one wants to live in relationship when there is no love why would she stay with him when she doesn't love him....may be she doesn't saw him more than her friend....he is just best friend to her but he can't be her love....

Rang thhe, noor tha

He closes his eyes and signs on the paper and tears rolls down from her eyes....preeta takes the deep breathe looking at the paper and controlled her sobs bitting her lips....

Waqt ki ret pe kuch mere naam sa
Likh ke chhod gaya tu kahaan..

Karan passes pen to her and she takes it and closes her eyes remembering her marriage with him....Karan looks away feeling pain in the heart....she remembers that day when she realizes her love for him but how bad her faith is that she can't even be with him forever as he is not hers.....

he loves someone and for his love and for his happiness she have to let him go....let him be free from this unwanted relationship as she don't want him to sacrifice his love for her.....

She don't want that pain in his life the pain of lossing love....she signs on the paper and her tear drop falls on the paper....

Preeta- Karan....(he looks at her with tears) I know abh ek rishta tuta hain tho dard tho hota he hain....lekin yahi hum sabke liye accha hain....ek baat kahu....(he nodded) I am lucky that I am your friend...I am lucky that I meet you Karan yeh rishta rahe yah na rahe lekin hum humesha dost rahenge....(he sobs and she moves to him) can I hug you....(she says with painful sob)

He looks at her and hugs her tightly and cries....she hugs him back tightly and cries her heart out hiding her face in his neck...

Preeta don't want to go away from him but she breaks the hug with heavy heart as she knows if she stays there she will not able to go away from him.....

She wipes her tears and runs from there and Karan slides on the floor with tears....

Karan(takes out the ring from pocket)- ahhhh....preeta....(he shouts with tears feeling immense pain and hugs the ring close to him) I love you....I don't want to live without you preeta....I don't....yeh kyu kar rahe hoon aap....kyu...(looks up in the sky) I am not strong...muzhsein yeh dard abh nahi sambhala jaa raha....nahi sambhala jaa raha.....

After sometime preeta comes downstairs with her bag and all family members looks at her confusingly....

Rakhi- preeta yeh bag leke kaha jaa rahe hoon....tune aur karan ne kahi ghumne jane ka plan Kiya hain kya....

Preeta- I am sorry Rakhi aunty....(she moves to her and joins her hand) main apne Ghar jaa rahi hoon....(all sees her) humesha keliye.....(shrishti and all sees her shockingly) maine yeh rishte ko todne ka socha hain....main Karan ko divorce de rahi hoon....(she controlled her tears)

Shrishti- diii aap yeh kya bol rahi hoon.....(Karan comes down and all sees him) Karan jiju....

Karan- shrishti tu preeta sein kuch maat puch.....yeh uska faisla hain aur maine bhi usko except Kiya hain...yeh hum dono ka faisla hain....(he fisted his hand to control his tears and Rishabh and sherlyen looks at it and then at him)

Preeta- aap yeh maat samjhna ke humare bich koi problem hui hain isliye hum rishta toda rahe hain....is rishte ka kuch future he nahi hain tho hum ek dusre ke saath reh he nahi sakte jab is rishte main pyaar he nahi hain....shrishti main bahar jaa rahi hoon tu aaja....(she glance at karan once and then moves out feeling hard to stand as she can breakdown anytime)

Shrishti- Karan jiju....(he nodded in no and runs upstairs with tears) yeh sab kya hoon gaya....main dii ke pass jati hoon....(she runs outside)

Preeta sits inside the cab and shrishti comes there and sits inside....the cab driver droves towards arora house...

Shrishti- diii....(she cuts her)

Preeta- shrishti muzhe abhi iske baare main koi baat nahi karni.....(she looks out with tears)

Shrishti looks at her with tears and being tense for Karan....

On other side Karan locks himself and cries loudly....family members are asking him to open the door but he ask them leave and said he wants to stay alone for sometime.....
