hi hello very much and merry christmas if you celebrate ! here's the more so "official cover" for handsome devil ! all i can say really is that i'll give myself a pat on the back for not overthinking everything and that gradient maps—set to lighter color—and posterize are my new best friend

i've come to learn that i'm very much a dynamics writer so instead of really focusing on plot (which i need to do more tbh) i rely on writing dynamics (no shit) between characters and how they interact with each other and everyone else so in this case, this is more or less an exploration of a dynamic between teen boys being teen boys being best friends (but not to the point that they're reaching incel-ish levels of behavior bc. . .no) and what happens when one of them is highly aware that they're in love and the other is just 😗 before they get hit in the face with a brick called realization

i would have draco scream cry and throw up about it like i did in insv but i think it'd be fun for him to just be like "what the hell sure"
