Clutching the steering with Beastly grip he drove the car with a high speed, not caring about anything

His mind kept recalling the past moments which he & Ragini spent together

The most precious moments of his life when he found a person who instead of judging his actions, always tried to understand his feelings

And then the recent moments flashed in his mind,
Arjun holding Ragini's hand possessively and that proud smile on his face when he introduced Ragini as his wife

Sanskaar felt the necessity of screaming & crying loudly to free himself from this suffocating state

But he couldn't, and that's what made it difficult for him to breathe

His chest heaved as he struggled to control his breathing

And he felt the pain in his throat when he gulped the saliva

He changed himself for her and she betrayed him?
Broke the promise she gave him?

When & how he became so unimportant for her that she chose someone else to replace him in her life and didn't even felt it necessary to inform him about it?

He felt angry, betrayed but most importantly hurt & broken

Not thinking about his destination he just kept driving aimlessly, just to put a full stop to everything

He smiled, but his eyes were filled with tears and anger

Sanskaar-You'll regret for what you did with me Ragini, you will be Burdened With the Guilt for lifelong.

He smiled maniacly, and his eyelids felt heavier than before

A light blinded him for a moment and his grip loosen around the steering
Then a loud sound of bang & everything turned dark

1hour passed after RagSan conversation and this is the 40th time when she's calling Sanskaar but as usual his number isn't reachable

She felt a sense of dread every time the thought came in her mind that maybe something bad happened with Sanskaar

Though she knows she's married now and it's not right for her to have feelings like for someone else

But feelings are feelings, you can't force them to change if you're honest with those feelings

She never wanted to be in this situation
She never wanted to get married with Arjun or to give Sanskaar's place to him

But it happened but is it her fault that she can't stop loving Sanskaar?

No but she doesn't want do wrong by letting Sanskaar come closer to her when she's someone else wife

So she needs to stay away from him but if her decision brings destruction for Sanskaar, she won't be able to forgive herself ever

She can't afford to loose him coz for Ragini loosing Sanskaar is like loosing her own life

After calling him for so many times also when she didn't get any response, she felt dead inside

Ragini-Where are you Sanskaar?What have you done with yourself? Please for god sake just stay fine!

She cried out not being able to tolerate this pain anymore

Her head hurting like hell,
eyes are stinging with burning sensation, Red & swollen

She felt lack of oxygen because of crying nonstop for a whole hour

Ragini-What to do now?How to search him?

She thought in her mind throwing the on bed in frustration

As soon her phone started ringing , it caught her immediate attention

Ragini-Sanskaar?

She thought maybe Sanskaar finally called her back and grabbed the phone from bed hastily

Sanskaar's number flashed on screen and she let out a breath of relief feeling that Sanskaar is fine

But as soon she answered the phone her heart skipped a beat when the person from the other side spoke with seriousness

Person-Hello mam are you relative of Mr Sanskaar Maheswari?
Please listen carefully I'm calling from City hospital, Mr Sanskaar Maheswari is hospitalized here, he met with an accident.
Can you please come here?

And the slipped from Ragini's hand

For a moment she stood still like a mannequin and the next moment she collapsed on the ground like a dead body

IT HAPPENED

The thing that was scaring her it happened and she couldn't do anything to protect him

She felt helpless and worthless
And most importantly the Guilt darkened her thinking ability

She felt responsible for his this state

She pushed him at the verge of death and this thought made her feel disgusted about herself

But she never wanted this
Only if Sanskaar could understand her

Her phone ringed again breaking the chain of her thoughts and just then she realized this isn't time to cry for blame herself

This is the time to act maturely coz her love needs her and she needs to save him anyhow

She held the phone near her ear and answered the lady's all questions and then she hurriedly left the place

As soon his eyes caught the glimpse of the person staring at him with a smirk on his lips, Arjun's blood boiled

He gritted his teeth and controlled the urge to his eyes at him

The person walked towards him with wicked smile on his lips

Person-I've been waiting for you so long!

Arjun-How many times I need to tell you when I reject your call, you need to wait for me to call you back instead of that you keep calling me continuously!
And why do you need to call me so many times when I already told you I'll give it to you soon?

The person chuckled as if Arjun just cracked the funniest joke

Arjun closed his eyes and took a deep breath to calm his boiling anger

Person-I don't get peace Until I get what I want! Anyways let's come to the point, you brought it with you, right?

Arjun shook his head positively then slipped his palm inside his jeans pocket

The person who was seeing Arjun keenly , his eyes glowed with greed seeing the bundle of money in Arjun's hand

Arjun held it infront of him with an annoyed expression & the person smiled evilly snatching the bundle of money from Arjun's hand and started counting the money

Arjun-20,000 , I can't give you more than this right now!

The person sighed making a sad face

Person-Ok for now I'll survive with this little amount but I'll need some more soon so arrange for it ok.

Arjun-Look you're crossing your limit, I gave you enough but nothing is enough to satisfy your greed!I can't give you anymore and don't show your face to me again.

The person clenched his jaw looking at Arjun

Person-Fine don't be obedient to me and you know what I will do? I'll straight go to your sweet wife and inform her everything about you, what's say?

His threat made Arjun loose his cool

He lunged at the person and within few seconds he gripping the person's throat in a death clutch , knocking the air out of his system

Arjun-Dare you to threaten, I'll straight go to police station and file complain against you then spend some nights at jail , you scoundrel!

He screamed at the top of his voice

But the person started laughing while trying to get free from his grip

Person-Jail can stop me for few days or months?But not forever!Try to do it with me , I'll come back and bring destruction in your happy married life!

Arjun left him and pushed him away feeling disgusted

Arjun-Look I'm not a billionaire, and I don't stay with my parents also that I'll ask them money and easily get it from them. I'm giving you as much as I can but you're greed is never ending.

Person-How you'll arrange money that's not my problem. You should've think before creating the mess.Anyways I'm leaving and don't think about complaining against me or else you'll loose everything what's important for you!

He glared at Arjun and left the place

Arjun pulled his hair in frustration stamped his foot on ground in anger

Arjun-I can't let you know anything Ragini , or else you won't forgive me ever!

He thought in his mind and the thought of it made his eyes teary

Ragini didn't realize she's running until she stopped infront of hospital reception

Ragini-Excuse me, I'm Ragini you called me to inform about Sanskaar.
Can you please tell me what's his condition and where is he?

Receptionist-Yes mam, Dr Verma is treating him, head injury mam.Cabin no. 211 , doctor is there you can talk to him.

Ragini-Ok thank you.

She was about to walk towards Sanskaar's cabin when the receptionist interrupted her movement

Receptionist-Excuse me mam, may I know what relation you share with the patient?I got your number in his call list, the person he called last it's you so I guess you're his wife or fiance right?

For a moment Ragini stood silent not knowing what to reply

Then after controlling her emotions she replied back with low voice

Ragini-I'm..I'm his close friend.

Receptionist-Ok mam so can you complete the formalities or please inform his family to come and do it? It's needed urgently.

Ragini-Umm can I do it?Ok I'll do it after checking on him.

The Receptionist noded positively

Ragini walked towards Sanskaar's cabin with heavy heart

When she her eyes caught a glimpse of injured Sanskaar laying unconscious on hospital bed, she felt like someone is stabbing her heart

Her legs dragged her near him and she stood infront of him silently

She noticed the bandage around his forehead and saw blood drenching a small part of it

Some small cuts on his face and his upper body parts

The Doctor looked at Ragini and then spoke gently

Doctor-Don't worry Mrs Sanskaar Maheswari, your husband is perfectly fine.He met with an accident but luckily got some minor injuries only, nothing serious.He lost little amount of blood that's why he's weak right now but he'll be fine very soon.He just needs proper rest & care that's all.

Ragini-Thanks Doctor.
Can I stay here with him now? I won't disturb him.

Doctor-Sure he'll get  his conciousness back soon.

said the doctor and left the cabin

Ragini collapsed on the chair besides Sanskaar's bed and her hand automatically moved towards his head

Her fingers played with his hair affectionately and tears kept flowing from her red swollen eyes

Ragini-What have you done to yourself Sanskaar?To punish me you're hurting yourself?How could you do this!

She started sobbing not able to see him in this state

Thankfully God fulfilled her wish and kept him safe but still it hurts to see him in pain

She grabbed his wrist and kissed on the back of his palm while passing her fingers through his hair

Feeling her touch Sanskaar moved a bit

As soon Ragini felt it, she felt nervous to face him

Sanskaar opened his eyes slowly and the first thing he noticed is Ragini's tears-stained face

He smiled at her, a sarcastic one

Sanskaar-What are you doing here Mrs Rawat? You should be with your husband right now, not here.

He spoke closed his eyes tightly feeling difficult to control his emotions

Ragini-Sanskaar please. I know you're hurt, you're upset with me but believe me I didn't want all this. I never wanted to hurt you.

Sanskaar-Right! You got married with someone else in my absence when we promised to each other that we'll spend our life together.You broke your promise about waiting for me.And you're didn't want to hurt me?

Ragini-I waited for you Sanskaar, but you didn't come back & My parents forced me to marry Arjun. I told Arjun that I already love someone and don't want to marry him but still he agreed to marry me. I was waiting for you to come back and stop all this but you didn't contact me , you didn't come back and I was forced to get married with him.

She tried to explain but her words made Sanskaar furious

Sanskaar-I didn't contact you? You're still lying?Great!
I changed myself for you, I worked hard to give you a secure future, to make your parents proud of your choice but what you did? You never responded to my calls and even didn't respond to my letters which I sent to you.

He spoke with seriousness and his words shocked Ragini to the core

Sanskaar-I hate you Ragini and I hate myself the most for letting you play with me.

His words pierced Ragini's heart and she felt even death is better than this life where she's getting hatred from the person whom she loved the most.

Sorry for this boring crap chappy😑
Nowadays I don't feel like writing anymore, I lost my inspiration for writing and I badly want to stop writing because I'm not able to do it anymore.This is the reason why I'm not updating my stories.
Anyways I'll try my best to continue the stories and end them but can't promise.Sorry for disappointing you all.
