Nandini's POV

The person had a mild heart attack but I put my whole trust in Ayyiappa that he will not let anything wrong to the person. Thank god that the surgery went well. After washing my hands and taking out the uniform I went outside to let the family know that the operation went well but still they have to take care of Mr. what his name I don't even know. As soon as I went out.

"How is Dad? Is he okay? How is his health? What happened to him? He was having chest pain when we get him to the hospital? " the question from the family attacked me.

"Calm Down everyone the patient is very well. The operation went well. All of your prayers worked very well. Nothing to worry about."I let them know about the patients.

"Thank you so much, Beta. Tum hare vajase unki jaan bach gayi. Agar tum nahi hoti to pata nahi kya hota. Tumhara bohat danavad," she said joining her hands together and thanking me.

"Arre arre aunty yeh aap kya kari ho. Bado key hath sirf asirvad kye liye hut te hai. Aap ko thank you kye nahne ki koyi jrurat nahi hai. This is my duty." I tell her smiling at her but she took me off by my walls. She hugs me after that day no one has hugged me at all. I hug her back she is having motherly warmth for her. I had tears in my eyes. I wiped it before anyone could see it. I don't like when someone can see me in a vulnerable state.

"Mr. Malhotra is fine now and we have a shift in the VIP room you guys can go and meet but please keep it little low as you know we just had done his operation. Do not give any stress to him." I informed them.

"Dr. Nandini the patient's condition is getting worse please come quick," One of the nurses informed me. I told Mrs. Malhotra that I will come for the check-up later and that if there is an emergency please inform the nurse and she will let me know or any other information.

"What is the condition?" I ask one of the junior doctors who is helping me in the operation.

"Dr. Nandini, the baby has turned in her stomach and I don't think so we can have a normal delivery. We have to do secession." I told me as I nodded and we start the operation.

Manik's POV

Please, Dad, be healthy. You are always our pillar we can't lose you. We will be broken. We will lose ourselves in this world. I am sitting next to mom side hugging her she needs our support. My phone rang as I came out of my thoughts.

I looked at Cabir who is sitting next to me. I looked at him and he nodded. we don't need words to let each other know what we have to say. I get up from the seat and Cabir seat next to mom side hugging her. Mukti and Aliya are on each side of Dhruv both heads on his shoulders. He looked at me and smile a little. They all are my lifelines.

I picked up my phone and it was my PA. I moved a little away from them.

"What happened?" I ask sternly

"Sir, the client wants to meet right now," he said to me.

"Look Aman, I am in the hospital right now I can't come to tell the client and they are very unprofessional they should have let us know beforehand. If they want to meet then they have to wait for some days." I try to control my anger. What they think that I will dance on their fingers whenever they want to meet they will call.

"I will do that. Sir, everything is alright?" he stutters will asking me.

"Stop stumbling, I am not going to eat you up over the phone. Dad's health is good that's why I am in the hospital." I told him and he greet me and then cut the call.

I moved toward them and as soon I got there. Everyone is having smiles on their faces. Mukti and Aliya hugged me making me stumble a little but I manage and hugged back.

"Bhai, Dad is alright." both said at the same time and I smile a little.

Right now we are sitting in the dad's hospital room he is waking now after 2 hours and the ladies take his class saying if this happens again they will not talk to him and also he has to take them shopping and no one is going to help him. We boys try to control our laugh but couldn't hold it for a while.

"Stop laughing, Kutto! Aliya and Mukti why are you crying babies look I am alright nothing happened to me. Neyo look now I am good. You guys please stop crying," he said as he looked at us for help and we nodded.

"Makeup kit, if you keep crying then your makeup will come off please stop crying. You are looking like a ghost right now and someone will get a heart attack," Cabir said dramatically. Which he got punched by Aliya.

"I don't care!" she said weeping her tears.

"Lady Bheem, tu to badi rotlu nikli be. Tu sabko darake rakti hai na ad tujhse koyi nahi darega dekna." Cabir again comments and there goes their sanity. They start their tom and jerry. I and Dhruv nodded our heads in disbelief. I hug mom and kiss her forehead and try to calm her down and we got our strong lady back.

"Kaise ho uncle app," A man's voice came up. We all looked at the door. There he is.

Nandini's POV

After completing the operation I come out to see the lady's family is standing asking the junior doctor how his wife and baby's health are. The doctor tells them. I moved to check Mr. Malhotra's health he might be up. I knock on the door before I go inside the room getting a positive reply, I open the door.

"How are you feeling Mr. Malhotra?" I asked him as I looked around the room I spot the person who I bump into.

"I am feeling good now," he replied

"That's good? Any chest pain or anywhere you feel uncomfortable?" I asked again checking his pulse and heart rate.

"Nandini Singh Oberoi" I stop doing whatever I was doing and looked at the person who said my full name. He is standing in front of me. I am frozen. I don't know what to say or do.
